Some how my phone doesn't show the voice mail l got on the home screen so I went to the T-Mobile store at the Monterey rd. and Tully rd. for help. I was told that I have to pay $3 to $5 for that service I don't think it's right . So I wait for another expert but he can't solve the problem. It was the horrible customer service.
I went there twice to get a new sim card for a family plan I want to join. First time they gave me a wrong card and killed the service for another mamber in the plan, then the second time, they replaced a new card but I'm unable to make calls or go online. Why are they so good at making things complicated and wrong???
Service is very good at this store. I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile after being a customer for almost 20 years. T-Mobile charged me just under 50% stocking fee on the full retail price of a tracker they were pretty much giving away. So disappointed!
This store is always very helpful. This is the closest to my work and I have been there since switching to T Mobile in March of 2013. Andy and James (Manager) are always there to help with whatever that comes up as far as devices, plans or other issues.

I hate to complain but this location/store sucks and gives the brand a bad rap! First off this is not a certified T-mobile store. It's like a franchise of T-Mobile and they lack customer service, don't have a lot of phones in stock.
