My family went there tonight 26th nov, two of our children ordered from the kids menu which includes an icecream after there main.Our oldest son didn't want anything from the kids menu, anyway we had spent over $100 all up and sadly we walked out very disappointed and a very upset 10 year old.The manager walks out with two ice creams for ethan 7 and seb 3 and said that we have to pay for the other icecream due to liam not ordering from the kids menu,i would have had no problems but when we only had a card on us and no cash and we had all ready paid for our meals.WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO FRIENDLY SERVICE IT WAS JUST AN ICECREAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE

Always spotless. Warm hospitality. Delicious steaks and the best peppercorn sauce going. We dine here at least once a month (sometimes more). We always get great service and really fresh, delicious food. I've lived in Tassie 10 years and this is our reliable favorite. We cannot reccomend it higher. Best pub, best Staff!

My hubby and I shared the hot seafood platter . There was more then enough for us both and OMG was it bloody gold. The beer batter fish was delicious with a slight hint of real beer taste and the squid was tender "ex squid sit" not chewy at all. It was yum yum yum!

I heard a man speak well of the seafood at the Snug tavern. My wife and I had a wonderful meal, with awesome seafood and a huge scotch fillet. Staff were helpful and prices were good value. Next time we come from WA we will come straight back here for a meal.

Great place! Awesome pub food... actually, better than pub, pub food! Great service, smiles and great guest engagement. Will definitely recommend. Keep up the great work guys!

We live locally and have been going to the Snug Tavern regularly over the past 35 years. The food and the service are mostly pretty good. We wouldn't be still going otherwise.

First up fantastic service and staff "well done guys" food was great good flavour and good value for money . Nice size venue plenty of seating and great theme .

Delicious fish and chips. Bit more expensive than your average pub meal but better tasting in exchange
