Cool and the best place to train for adults and kids. All the equipments are good and there's a good gym instructor that's friendly .. the environment is very clean and moderate. I'd recommend here to any person who is willing to train and get to proper fitness leverl
Located inside the old Michellin complex now Trans Amadi facilities. The complex is highly secured and thus the gym as well. The gym is very neat and not crowded with equipments like some others so one can work out in comfort. Although open
