I went for an 45 full body deep tissue/remedial massage but all I received was 45 minutes of back and shoulders. Whilst getting massaged, all I could hear was the coles “team member assistance required” going off every 30 seconds, trolleys being pushed and loud shopping centre chat. I was never able to get fully relaxed because of this. To top it off, they over booked and the person who booked in for the same time behind me was offered to come back in an hour or he had to cancel. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Usually I have a great experience but this time the staff didn't seem to understand English and I had to point to what I wanted. Instead of an hour relaxation massage which is what I usually get and has always been full body, I got an hour with just my shoulders massaged. I tried to ask if he could do my legs and lower back as these were the areas I needed and he just said finished and walked off. I could also hear him sniffling and coughing which implied he seemed unwell. Definitely didn't feel relaxed.

I seen this massage place every time I shop at coles. I haven’t had a massage in a year and I felt like my body was tight and my back was sore so I wanted to try Tao Massage as it was close to home. I tried the 1 hour massage with oil, they got the pressure points in my back. It was very relaxing I think I dozed off a couple times. I would definitely go back again and I would recommend this place to my friends and families.

“this is the best thing that has ever happened in my life” - my mum. My mum got a 50 min remedial/deep tissue massage and she came out basically a new person. All her stress and built up tension was relieved. She used to go get a massage in other places every 1-2 weeks when she could find the time but after this one, she says she’s good for the next month and a half. Had a massage at the Merrifield store. Sandra was my masseuse and she was amazing. Got all the knots, checked in about pressure to ensure I was ok and was very friendly and professional. Defs Left feeling amazing. Left my necklace behind she was very quick to call me to let me know which I was very grateful for as the necklace hold a lot of sentimental value.

Had a 30 minute remedial massage and the therapist was amazing! She focused on my problem areas and knew exactly where my trigger points were. I left feeling refreshed and revitalised. I will definitely be getting regular massages here. Highly recommend and so glad that you are local!

Went there today for the first time with no expectations and was extremely happy with the massage I received from Connie. Was amazing. Felt so relaxed and nearly fell asleep. The place is very clean and plays soothing music. Will be recommending this place and returning very soon

Been there twice, first time with Linda was really good. Second time was torturous, I was supposed to feel relaxed, ended up being so painful I could barely relax. Asked to go softer, I don’t think they understood, what a shame and waste of time and money.

Best massage I’ve had in years, 1 hr relaxation. Can’t wait to go back. Soothing music almost put you to sleep. Only drawback is the staff chit chat was quite noisy, you can hear it all as the rooms aren’t completely sealed off.

This place, and Carmen in particular, are incredible. I have had major pain since a fall and their therapy has helped with this and now i go on a weekly basis and will continue to do so. Money definitely well spent …

Went to massage today to Tao at Merrifield. Staff name Sandra very rude feel like she doesn't want to be in this profession, waste of time and money . Plus face the arrogance and rudeness.

The tall therapist understands my needs, and provides a good service with detailed explaination. He even suggests some stretching exercise I can do to relieve my tightness.

Really comfortable clean facilities, and a great massage with friendly staff. I will definitely come back here, the best place I have tried in the northern suburbs.
