Run as far and as fast as possible. They damaged my door, totally wrecked the loading process, their movers showed up acting like they were high, moved very slowly, and the foreman was totally rude and disrespectful. When I complained to the company, they were then rude and disrespectful trying to blame us for not scheduling enough time. Note: More time can be scheduled as needed throughout the day. We are not professional movers - they are supposed to be. We do not know how long it should take professional movers to do this. Additionally, one of the movers brought his small child to the move with him. This is not safe. At the end, the company held us up for more money after they caused it to go longer. They would not rectify the situation until we paid them another $100. They will not take responsibility for their mess and they WILL make a mess. I'm attaching pictures of how the truck looked when we tried to unload. It too my professional movers ALL DAY to sort out the mess they made. And now, people in the company want to lie about what happened. Again, you see, she is blaming the customer. I am not a professional mover and they are supposed to be. Now, she is playing the race game. I won't play that. These guys acted like they toked up. Now, I see she is giving her own company reviews to try to bury my review. Won't work. I will make sure everyone knows.

I just want to give a handclap for this company! The movers were amazing. I moved from Charlotte to Texas and I want to acknowledge how professional these gentlemen were. They were on time, attentive, friendly and most importantly awesome workers. I appreciated the way they loaded and unloaded my belongings from origin to destination, which were storage units. There was no damage and it was loaded very neatly! They wrapped some of my belongings that were not wrapped properly from the previous moving company. They communicated well with keeping me informed about my belongings arriving. Not to mention, moving my belongings here to Texas during the hurricane. They were amazing and I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. Thanks TBC movers!

We are writing to thank TBC Movers for completing all our move and the replacement and restoration for the few items that broke during our move from Charlotte to Dallas. My wife and I enjoyed working with TBC and gladly recommend TBC. We are especially appreciative of both TBC’s reasonable rates and how TBC’s Mr. Kaseem Alexander, the project manager, personally ensured everything was safely and timely delivered -great, personalized, customer service. And for the very few items that for reasons outside of TBC’s control did not arrive in perfect condition, TBC had them quickly restored or replaced showing great professionalism and care. Thank you!

A couple of days ago I had the best experience with TBC Movers that we would love to share. The movers that showed up were on time, clean cut and prepared with tools and dollies and plenty of muscle. They called beforehand to let me know their ETA to my location, and once they arrived they went straight to work! No time was wasted at all. They used every inch of truck space and it took them only 3 hours to load my 26 ft rental. They even suggested some materials that I had to go purchase to protect some fragile items I had. Kudos to these gentlemen for making my moving experience such a pleasant one!

These movers went above and beyond. Morning of my move, the crew who was set to move me out called in sick. When this happened, TBC personally called around and found some external movers to come do the job last minute. The company took responsibility for a bad situation and made it right even though they weren't going to make any money from the job. I can't recommended this company enough. They were respectful, professional, and got the job done well. The guys who came were competent and cheaper than the original TBC quote had been!

Working with TBC movers was a great experience with my out of state move. Upon first reaching out to them they provided me with a great deal that was better than any quote I received elsewhere and promptly answered any and all of my questions. Moving day and delivery day were completed quickly and professionally with the teams showing up on time in both locations, securing and wrapping things as needed, and delivered with nothing damaged or broken. If needed I would absolutely use them again and would recommend.

We have moved around the country multiple times for work. Through the years we have hired assistance for loading/unloading of our moving truck-some good and some bad. We were very pleased by the professionalism, punctuality, and skill set of the 2 gentlemen whom assisted us with this round. They were excellent at loading the truck and took care of our items. Highly recommend using them for your next moving needs!

Stellar company to work with for moving. We hired unloading service of 3 person crew and I had to adjust our time due to Uhaul mishap. They were able to push start time back and arrived on time. Great group of 3 guys! They were positive, jovial, efficient, and got the truck unloaded quickly. Whenever we move out of this apartment we will certainly be hiring TBC!

They are the best movers I have ever had, and I have used many companies and tbc was by far my favorite group of movers! I called on Thursday to be moved ASAP and they scheduled me for moving and packing 2 hours away on Saturday! They are fun, organized, professional and experts on moving. I will only use tic movers from now on for all my moving needs!

We have used TBC Movers twice, once for a local move in Charlotte and recently when we relocated from Charlotte to Raleigh. On both moves they showed up on time, worked quickly, took care of our items to ensure nothing was damaged, and all of the movers were very pleasant and friendly.

Very professional and courteous staff. Knowledgeable about wrapping and packing furniture, and getting into and out of tight corners and spaces. They assisted me with moving my things from Newark, NJ to Charlotte and putting them into storage. Very good job and I would recommend.

We booked through US Relocation and were assigned TBC Movers. Next time, we'll skip US Relocation and go straight to the source. They are great! Kasim and the crew were professional, respectful, and all around fantastic to work with. We highly recommend using TBC!

These guys literally saved my moving experience from being a terrible one. I hired a separate company and they weren’t able to make it. These guys were able to make it same day and I averted a disaster after driving 10 hours.
