TBS is always my best place for a coffee but this branch need to enhance hygiene, we were going to order create your own sandwich and the server just left the mop and was going to start preparing the sandwich without washing hands, we canceled the create your own and chose ready made small crepe sandwich but unfortunately we found a hair in it. It was disappointing .

Simple & small place yet serves the best bakery, patisseries & coffee. The view to Katameya Heights was wonderful. No seating inside or outside, just a chairless table where you can put your stuff & lean on. But still very beautiful, clean place, nice music & service was very good. Simply TBS is one of the best places for a quick bite & cup of coffee.

At the start, the food was as a left over bakery! Phoned the branch complaining, got promised to have the.op manager to call back. But one hr back, I got a call from the op manager, cleared the issue, totally re do the order with delivery. His name is Ahmed Ali, well handled.

The best TBS branch until now. At times where TBS quality is degrading, this branch is maintaining mostly good service and products. If you are lucky then “Toqa” will serve you, she is very nice and welcoming. PS: I tried the mango smoothie in the pic and it was really good!

Not clean, bad taste, when compared with other TBS shops like korba shop or katameya Total station its very bad in taste and quality, needs better management over there, and portions are less, I think because rent is high over there maybe? Never going there again.

Amazing bakery products. The shop is smaller than other branches but offers all your heart's desires when it comes to baking. Very satisfying vareity coupled with tasty sandwiches that make it an amazing lunch option.

Location is very confusing,less then basic coffee , almond croissant tastes cheap I don’t recommend this shop plus overpriced . واضح التوفير في المكونات على حساب الجودة وطبعا السعر غالي يا ريت كان يستاهل .

Why are you getting so expensive and for the same quality and even less than your start-up time ! Obviously you are minimizing your customer segment and it is getting down to a niche..! Ya Rab yenfa3ko

I love this place, specially this branch because it never gets crowded unlike many other branches. A very good place to get your morning coffee, or night coffee and anytime coffee.

Always loved TBS but today I ordered a jelly filled donut and a pistachio donut they both weren’t good. The jam tasted really weird I was worried so I couldn’t finish it.

Typical TBS quality for sandwiches,cakes and cofee good place for takeaway . Being inside Qatamiya heights it's too quite to dine in ! at least for me …

Tasty bakery .. Nice place.. But you have only one table, only white chocolate if you like to drink a hot chocolate , only black tea. Sorry...

Extremely overpriced for the quality and the staff friendliness , I don’t recommend any branch tbh
