There were only 3 tellers helping at 10 am and one of them was handling business matters. The line up was consistently 9+ people and the business lineup was moving slower when it’s supposed to be quicker. Then someone needed foreign currency and they were down to 2 tellers for over ten minutes and the lines hardly budged. The management team really needs to hire more tellers and provide better customer service. It took over thirty minutes to take money out of my account!

You have it listed as open 24/7 on Google but obviously that's for the drive thru . So what are the hours for the inside ? I have to assume it's 8:30 or 9 am on a Friday morning ? I've been waiting since 8am to get in to see a teller . Also there is no info on the door for when it's open or closed

Why are you closed 3 days in a row? The only time we can go in a bank is weekends. Banks never used to be closed more than 2 days in a row.
