WORST BRANCH EVER!! Ok, where to begin... set up my small business account here 3 years ago. We receive consistent Cheques from same contractors monthly and we have never bounced anything. When handing a cheque to the tellers to Simply deposit the funds into the account they ask me, “so you are writing yourself a cheque?” I don’t feel they even realize what they are implying when they ask this.. why would I write myself a cheque to have it deposited into another account that I have established? Are you asking me if I am producing a fraudulent cheque? Seems Very odd that our company has doubled in size 3 years in a row by nothing but fraudulent activity (very sacarstic if that wasn’t clear). Then they asked if I receive these cheques consistently. No problem with this question... I reply yes we do. You’d think this would tick some of the boxes on their teller scripting sheet, but due to the total amounts being inconsistent every month (as I own a demolition company and the amounts vary from month to month) they now say that due to a fluctuating amount, they cannot deposit the funds without a 5 day hold as they cannot seem to see the pattern (hand to face)! What is happening?!?! This blows my mind that this is occurring especially since we have had staff deposit these cheques in the past (without a hold) and now this has stopped? If they cannot figure out the “inconsistencies” that don’t seem very inconsistent at all if they look at their screen and see that the same Companies are paying us every month, I find myself asking why the inconsistencies with the staff at this branch? Every time I take the time to go into the branch to deposit a cheque, in order for our company has access to these funds immediately, we get turned down from the same manager (Pina). Absolutely atrocious the sub par level of service this lady provides. This lady should NOT be in charge of approving simple daily transactions at this branch.... Finally, having enough of this service I go to another TD Branch and hand the cheque off to be deposited.. guess what happens.. THEY CASHED IT!!! The small business department is able to look at our companies history, determine that we make regular deposits, and that they would actually love to do business with us!! WOW!! What a great cool concept!! All of this headache that I have been through has taught me several things but we now know the difference between intelligence and ignorance can be very evident when dealing with individual branches. Do not let a brutal branch ruin your banking experience with a bank that has a lot to offer. Make banking enjoyable and avoid this branch at all costs until they restaff this one.

I will be moving my personal banking out of TD due to the horrible experiences I have had dealing with my mom’s estate with TD. I’ve had multiple appointments where my representative was not prepared and said she could not help me with what I was asking, only to be called within an hour to go back into the branch to sign paperwork or for follow up. I was also asked to come into the branch to call the estate team with her, but was told there would be no guarantee the estate team would pick up within the 1hr appointment time due to long wait times. She assured me the estate team would call me directly, which they never did (or if they did it was an unknown number and they never left a voice mail). Emails were often not responded to, and when I would follow up I was told by my representative that she has a lot of other accounts/file to work on, and therefore is too busy to follow up on everything. When trying to bypass her and ask a question for the tellers or visiting a different branch, they would say that the notes left on file were not detailed enough so they could not help me without first clarifying with the representative. Although probate was granted to me electronically and not via a paper document, I was told by the representative that this e document is not good enough and that I needed to produce a paper original (which does not exist). After escalating my concerns to the manager, I requested a new representative to move forward with the estate. I was booked with a new representative on a Saturday (my request as I work full time). However, I was not told that the estate team is closed on Saturday, so when I went in for my appointment, nothing could be done. I want to genuinely say thank you to my new representative Anuradha, who listened to and understood my complaints, and is going to help me moving forward. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service received other than that from Anuradha. I will be moving my own banking out of TD so that my family does not have to go through the same frustrations that I have.

This branch and it's Manager (Jeff Siu), really deserve negative 5 stars. I went to the branch to do a very simple transaction, PTS, which is transferring money from different Financial institution to my TD account..unfortunately, for my bad luck I dealt with the branch manager , and he did really well in screwing my life over in 40+minutes. He did screwed my mortgage payment as he changed it to completely taken off from my other financial institution without I authorized him or consent me to do so. Also, he was very rude dealing with me as he is the only person at TD knows everything..I used to be a TD employee for over 8 years and know the system well, and I still got well screwed by the Branch Manager who is used to work as FinancialAdvisor.....imagine regular customers without financial or banking backgrounds..!!! I discovered that TD Mortgage come out from my other financial institution account, where I did not have enough balance and did not have big over protection on..I found that my account is setting in very negative balance...Rightaway, I moved money from LOC to cover the negative as I didn't want the mortgage payment to bounce back..had to email him and call him..went through unnecessary stress beside my negative experience with him at the branch.. I had to post this here to warn customers Not to deal with this branch that have a big lack of coaching, and well unexperienced staff..if you have to deal with this branch try any other employee, except Jeff Siu the Branch Manager...but still be very careful, Will make sure to share this experience with my relatives , neighbors and friends who are TD customers as well..

Very low quality service, I've come to expect better from TD. I was at this location Monday, July 16 around noon, the three cashiers on staff worked very, very slowly, and when 2 of the 3 cashiers were available they went and fiddled around on the back bench, ignoring all waiting customers. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with no staff member even making eye contact with anyone waiting. I ending leaving since I was clearly not going to receive any service. It seems unlikely that all 3 employees were coincidentally terrible, seems likely that this branch is just poorly managed. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere!

This branch is my absolute favorite! I've always gone here from the time I opened a student account because of the quality. Quick service, great advice and best of all - an amazing staff that always goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need & that they've helped you in every way possible. I'd like to highlight a particular member, Anu, who was a team lead for this branch who was of immense help to me. Highly recommend this branch!

Today Wed, Dec 4, 2019 around 12:15 pm I went to TD Beacon Hill Branch Sarcee Trail and I was really very disapointed with the way the teller employee which it's turned the manager. She was very rude and forcing her information on me even I mentioned twice but she didn't respect my wishes. And she knew that she made a mistake but she insisted to talk with rudness about something else is not related to the mistake she made.

They closed earlier than the listed hr by 2 minutes and they were already outside when I got there but by the time I was in the building it was 5:58 and I'm wondering if it would have been the same even if I got there 5 minutes earlier. The lady walking out was trying to say that was pretty much 6 but I drove 20 minutes to get here and wasn't very pleased. I hope to see a more enthusiastic management in the future.

It was horrible experience at the branch. After waiting 20 minutes in the line and one of lady told me to wait more for my service as they want to serve more customers in the line first because the service I was looking take longer time. I was really disappointed. TD should have given the best training to their employees and how to handle the situation. I am thinking to move my business to another bank.

Nothing spectacular or top class. Always had normal usual experience. There was a particular day that the cashier (a young lady) showing off her body in a loosely covered dress (like a short night gown with cotton material) in the name of 'hot summer'. Appropriate comportment is still a requirement in a corporate settings and not everybody is there to check your 'body' out. Just do your damn job!

This is the worst branch in whole Canada. You guys is number one at the end. 1) The reception desk is about 7/24 empty, the branch phone number never been answered. 2) without receptionist nobody knows you are here already and no checking in... 3) waiting time is longer than any other branch... Branch manager, Are you going to take some actions to improve it?

This is the second time now that they have held my cheque i've been getting it deposited there for 3 years now . I talked to Sharon the manager for the this branch, and she explained to me any cheque can be held even a certified cheque .As for helpfulness i would give them a - 5 because of there lack of caring and concern. I will be changing to another bank.

Everytime I come in, it's a hassle and major pain to get anything done. A million questions about my personal and private banking that doesn't concern them. Trying to convince me into services I've declined, trying to push me into opening accounts I don't want. Will be closing with you guys, your tellers make it a miserable experience to bank with you

The worst bank service ever. Booked the apportionment at 3:00pm with a adviser for buying the GIC's, she meet me at 3:10pm and was told no enough time to do the paper work. it has to book another apportionment. Cost me 1.5 hrs and doing nothing. Avoid this branch's financail advisor to save your time. She doesn't want to help you!!!

First, there was no one at customer service to help replace my debit card so I had to wait in the regular line. When I finally got to the teller after half way getting me my debit card, she was asked to step out and help finish my service after. I was already in a rush so I decided to leave. Waste of time coming to this branch.

Literally the worst branch ever. I had the worst experience with Emmanuel Edjere. He could barely answer the questions I asked and despite asking him multiple times not to open certain things, he went ahead and did it anyway because “it would be beneficial”. Planning on closing the account now.

I would have only given one star, however that would be unfair to the hardworking tellers at this Branch. One star to the financial advisor i dealt with, she needs additional training in customer service. I would recommend losing the attitude, the tone was apparent over the phone.

Very incompetent staff. Have no idea how cheque deposit works in Canada. Even the manager was incompetent. Pick out any finance text book and read about cheque deposit and withdrawal rules in Canada please. That branch needs to retrain its staffs from manager to frontlines.

Waiting 30 mins just to do a deposit. Even the person in front had issues and was put on hold. The ceos and management going on luxury cruises and they can't hiring another $15 an hour teller. Absolute scams

Don’t post usually. But I was treated like a criminal even though I had my TD card with my pin, government issued ID and 7 other cards with my name on it. Never using this branch ever again.
