Highly inconsistent broken and asymmetrical information being given out to TD staff throughout Kingston. Went to the bank and was suggested to open a new account, they said if I wished to switch back I would have to see the teller in person again. I was unaware of the monthly fee and wanted to switch accounts ASAP - They were closed on Sunday so I travelled all the way to a far away TD bank. When I got there, they said that they "cannot do it for me" and i had to do it myself online. I said I was told to come see them in person and they said they cannot be authorized to switch an account (although they opened it)... I asked the teller if the change would be instant and she agreed. So I went through the online route and after sending it in, the confirmation says "your request will be processed in 2 business days"... taking me to Tuesday at least. Very frustrating process and wasted way too much time and energy on something that is not at all my fault.

Very frustrated after the third time going here to deposit a cheque on our business account and had issues... It's ridiculious that they are giving me issues again and again depositing cheques into our account!!! I waited approx. 15 minutes for the teller to serve two other people (which was also very slow) then have these issues again after last week going through that again and waiting while the assistant manager verified that I had indeed deposited the same way other times as we never have three names on cheques. He then okayed depositing it. Now today I go and have the same issue which I politely said yes I know there are three names but we have never had a cheque written with three names before and they went from approval level to the manager and she said no she would not approve this...So ridiculous. I have done so for years and this is the only branch that seems to have this issue.

I recently became the treasurer for a small charity. The account is at a TD branch that is not very accessible if you have a disability, so I deposit at this fabulous Kingston Centre branch, which has lots of accessible parking spots right in front. The home branch did not set up my client card, despite promising to do so. The staff at Kingston Centre went out of their way to help me, even though it was an extremely busy banking day. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, and patient with their customers. They provide very prompt sit down banking for disabled customers.

Terrible experience. The advisor was incredibly patronizing and did not take our opinions or requests into consideration. We walked into that meeting and it was very clear that he had already determined that he could not help us, without even looking at the paperwork that he requested we bring. Made us sit for 25 minutes so that he could advise “from an educational standpoint” about lending/borrowing. We were not upset with the fact that TD could not help us, but rather the way in which we were treated and talked to. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Manager of customer service Lindsey very unprofessional. She is a single mom and sure to let you know. Expensive fees, I wanted to change my account but instead left in tears and will go back to remove all my hard earned money and go to another bank. My chip card was not working and I did not have my cell phone with me so they wanted me to walk back to get my cell phone to identify myself properly. I was demanding to answer the security questions as I have balance issues from my previous stroke. Just AVOID!

Beware of ATMs and non responsive customer service representatives. I deposited bills into the ATM machine and it could not detect the amount. The machine had an error and I am still waiting for customer service to respond to my request. Know the amount of money you are depositing because the bank has no idea. What kind of bank machine cannot count money? Isn’t that what they are made to do? Being a TD customer for over 20 years, this incident has made me switch banks. So disappointed.

I have been at the TD Kingston Centre to open a account with a US cheque I was told I need an appointment!! I then received an appointment for February 28!!,,this is not suitable as I need the US cheque converted to Can. Dollars IMMEDIATELY!!! February 28 is much too late as it takes time for the exchange as stated!! If you cannot make a earlier date I will then close all accounts with TD . I have been a loyal customer for many years. Just what in God’s name is everyone doing!!

Had a fantastic experience at the 1062 Princess Street TD. Corey was extremely helpful, I had made a few mistakes with my online banking and he was able to quickly solve my problems and offered me a better alternative to what I had gone in for. I have always had positive experiences with this branch of TD. The team is full of hardworking, cheerful, and efficient members. Would recommend to anyone.

I was there yesterday to get a new bank card. Whenever i come here everyone is so friendly and helpful. In just a few minutes i had my new card and everything was fine. The tellers are always pleasant and ready to help. I used to deal with CIBC, but changed to TD when i moved here and im staying with TD. Thank you for making my life easier when i come in with a problem

They cut back the hours they are open but are service fees never go down and there drive though machine is always out of cash so have to go to different bank and I get charged for them not having a working ATM, every month I get charged for over draft protection but I don't have overdraft funny how there can do all this and get away with it

Bad experience I was not able to use my debit card since I have opened my Td account. I don’t know what happen to it. I am so disappointed. I went to the branch and they gave a no. To call and I tried tons of time and all the time they didn’t pick the call or keep the call on hold for years.

Was toldd to go to b ranch so I did. The after they were useless they said said had to call.. again.. Sat on Hold for 5 hours. 3 separate times you just pick up the phone and hang up. You work behind a phone learn to use it! Not hard to pick up a danm phone .

I love TD, but If I go into an appointment to ask about the details on a promotion and am told it's great and that I should call tomorrow to activate it and the "advisor" forgot to tell me that promotion was going to end TOMORROW...I'm going to be upset.

Went pay my visa. 3 tellers on and 8 people in line. I left. I deal with TD only to pay my visa. I deal with the Kingston credit union. No line ups there. Banks are a joke.
