Really frustrated with TD. Opened a TFSA Direct Investing account on January 23rd and received the email that "...will provide more information and the required next steps by email within 1-2 business days.". Contacted my branch on Monday Feb 3rd and asked why I don't have the account yet! Heard about an internal problem and they promised I will have the account by end of the week (already more than 2 weeks!). I received the same email again today "...We are reviewing your application and will provide more information and the required next steps by email within 1-2 business days.". Seems we are at the start of the line once again. Called my branch and asked what are my options? They suggest I can take my business to other banks if the account is not open by Monday 10th! Thanks TD for the advice, I will definitely consider this.

Just called my local branch, the gentleman who answered helped me with my inquiry was rude and condescending. Its a shame that he has such an attitude when dealing with customers on the phone. I have been with this bank exclusively for over 15 years and consistently had five star experiences with each service they provide from easyweb, in branch and insurance, too bad this man is representing them on the phone. Don't even want to give one star.

Great experience at TD recently. I had tried to make an appointment to discuss investments but had a hard time selecting the appropriate type. Despite making the wrong apt type, TD was able to have another advisor meet with me right away (no added wait time). Extremely knowledgeable! Four stars because of the difficulty making an online apt for something other than the options listed.

After a bad experience at TD McKenzie towne branch, i went to this branch with a thought of closing my account with td forever. However i changed my mind about when the banking advisor Grace, responded to my situation and helped me clear the issue. She was very thorough and spontaneous. I would definitely go there for my future banking needs. Cheers!

Came here today to withdraw money and the teller said I have to get charge of $5 even I have more that minimum amount in my savings!! Came to other location and they said this location is trying to get money from by charging me ! I shouldn’t get charge at all coz I have more than minimum balance ! Don’t go in this location at 8st ! Worst !!!

for a bank in the middle of downtown, its hours make absolutely no sense. helpful staff, but often times only one or two tellers are at the counter leading to long line-ups. they close the ATMs at night too which is really inconvenient.

Admin was horrible with his costumer experience, he did not solve any of my issues and just gave me evasive answers, not a fun time and the costumer service that I called I had to wait for about an hour and 20 minutes and nothing.

Great experience here. Fatima was extremely helpful and patient. After I went twice to the 751 3 st SW and nobody knew help me, I went to this TD bank and she solved my problem professionally. Best TD bank branch at Downtown!

Nice and friendly staff. I hope they can review the hours for this branch. It is at the heart of downtown. Maybe close at 8 like the other branches and open maybe on Saturdays for a few hours. That would help a lot.

Everyone who works here has been extremely kind and helpful ! My favourite bank to come to as they are super friendly and knowledgeable. They help me with everything I need and keep my best interest in mind 10/10

Not really their fault but everytime I go use their ATM at night there is atleast 3homeless people sleeping inside. Sometimes blocking the ATM or asking for money standing beside the ATM.

Staff is unprofessional and poorly trained. I had to explain the staff how to perform simple currency exchange operation. Poor, very poor service.
