Ok Calgary, let’s get ready for some real banking. Remember all those times when you complained about a bank service? Well, this location definitely does not fit that bill. Kevin (the new guy) and Jesse (his side kick) and the front desk person (also a guy - sorry don’t know your name but you wore glasses) all have provided me with OPTIMAL SERVICE today. For the first time in a long time I felt like back in the days, when customers were seen as “valuable”, “important” and an “investment”, not just a number in a corporate pool. Opened up a new account today, had a nice chat, some laughs - felt relaxed (oh and there is an AC on these hot summer days!). If I were you, I would switch providers and if you are looking for that one stop shop where it feels like home…. This is the spot to go to. Thanks guys for making today a great experience! ET
I dont know why I chose this bank to deal with.. I walked into the bank to deposit some money with a lot of cheques. The lady that walked up to me told me to use the app to deposit them all in, and I let her know I am not set up with it yet as I just opened my account. She disregarded the fact that I asked for a teller, and told me to go use the ATM to deposit over 10 cheques. Once again, I told her I wanted to go through a teller and she told me sorry, you have to do it through ATM. There were tellers that were not helping customers ready to help next in line, and the lady in the front wouldnt listen to my concerns. Its ridiculous that this lady cant do her job. This got me thinking to move my business somewhere else.
Amazing experience at the Mission TD location on Saturday as I originally booked online, with the wrong location. They immediately accommodated myself and assured me it happened all the time. I met with Osazuwa to open an account and I must say that I walked away from my appointment thinking this was the best bank interaction I'v ever had. Osazuwa took the time to go over goals and set me up with a savings account. He ensured my phone app was up and running and that I'd have no problems prior to leaving my appointment. I was impressed with how kindly I was treated. I received a follow up email hours later informing me of a cash incentive I was enrolled in. I have zero regrets with my decision to switch!
Most of the tellers at this location are not very good at their job and they do not know what they doing. I have paid for wire transfers where the note on the transfer was marked as a cash withdrawal which is problematic for business accounts. They are extremely slow. Do not know how to manage lines. For the last interaction I was asked for information that not only does not need to be provided, but ends up making them more confused because of the way my personal and business accounts are linked. I am done wasting my time at this location and will go to the 17th ave branch with a fast, friendly and efficient team.
As a previous TD Employee who has worked within retail and the digital realm, I am incredibly disappointed with the operations of this branch. The frontline staff here have NO product knowledge, and barely understand how compliance and processes work. Their Branch Manager also lacks the appropriate communication skills to support the front liners. As someone who understands the policies implemented by TD, it's incredibly frustrating to see how they run their branch. LEI here is low, and it's no surprise. Coaching for their team should be aggressively addressed. Would not recommend this branch at all.
walked in to ask to arrange auto-payments for my credit card. There were no other customers that needed attention there. Two employees were just sitting and chatting. Asked to set up the payment, told me to call Visa and do it with them. Next day found on Visa's website you should arrange the payments with your service providers (bank). So had to call TD and wait for 20 min until I got to a representative to do the auto-payments. Could have done it on my visit to the bank, but then they'd have to do actual work.
Never been so unimpressed with a TD branch. I had an appointment to pay off my credit card and move some money around. They were incredibly rude straight from the start no hello or anything, they all sat there saying they can’t help me and asked why I didn’t try to do this online. They pulled up my account for not even a minute and said “ya you need to call I can’t even do this, just call they’ll help.. so we good” I felt like I was being dismissed without them even trying to help me.
This review is more about the location then the actual branch. I hope TD corporate clues in on this. This TD branch only has free parking at the south rear side of the bank. However, if you park there, you have to walk through an alley to get to the front. No sidewalk! So if it’s raining or snowing and you are wearing heels- good luck. You need work boots to get through it. They are in such a hurry to open up these branches, they don’t use common sense for simple things. F
I use this branch on fairly regular basis and have always been appreciative of their excellent customer service. It came clear to me today why this branch stands out. While waiting in line Branch Manager Scott Campbell came out of his office to support his tellers. He demonstrated an above and beyond attitude through helping me with some technical queries. Such individuals are more than managers, they are leaders. Great job Scott and all your staff, keep it up!
Inder, the bank teller at TD 4th ave SW, provided outstanding assistance during my recent visit. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service made my banking experience smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor further enhanced the interaction. I highly recommend Inder for an exceptional banking experience. Well done to TD for having such a remarkable employee.
I’ve been with TD bank ever since I was a little kid. I’ve always had great service in Edmonton. I talked to a few ppl at chinook TD and it was absolutely terrible. I met with Kevin at this location recently and it was amazing . Truly never have had such good service. I will be going to Kevin for all my banking needs. Hats off to how much knowledge he has and how professional he was . Thank you
Came in here for a credit card. got approved, however the limit is not what me and the rep talked about, i tried emailing him to see if i could get in contact that way and never received a response, its been almost a month now. when i call the number it always says hes unavailable, very nice man who id like to try to get in contact with again to get this fixed
Have been here couple of times in the past years. In general they have very nice staff and I have been able to get the job done with one visit. Having ATMs in both US and Canadian dollars on premises is a nice thing and makes life easier. I wish they had somewhat better opening hours though.

Consistently garbage customer service, it seems like both the bankers and tellers do as much as possible to hand you off to phone appointments, or jump through hoops to perform basic tasks, that should be available easily through a web platform.
There was a sweet associate by the Naghmeh Mobarrez. She did such a good job with me today- did what I asked efficiently and kindly. She went above and beyond as well as built a personal connection. Thank you for your hard work today.
I couldn't deposit a certified cheque into my account... Had to walk to the 17th ave branch.. Explanation given was "we don't carry cash here..". I didn't need cash.. Just a cheque into my account with no hold..
Only one Canadian ATM to do everything and it's been down 3/5 of my last visits so only two stars. Just walk to 17th so you know you can guarantee someone can help you.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful & friendly. I got in and out of there much quicker than I would at a regular branch. Great service! Thank you!
