Horrible service, Martin Man does not know or care how his staff treat customers. The branch has lost cheques that belong to me also have at times forgotten to deposit the cheques when they had to be deposited. Never a sincere apology or written apology. Tempted to leave the branch and find another bank.p Just an update as of October 9,2018 Martin Man and his staff made a kind gesture toward my wife and I. I now am happy to continue my business with them. Update as of Dec 3, 2018 Martin Man and his staff again failed to deposit rental cheques. I had to call TD and remind them myself at 12:32pm. Again manager and staff do not pay attention to service. Going to talk to my representative at TD Wealth and see what I can do about moving to a different bank.

I would give this branch and TD in general a negative 5 if that was possible. Where do I start, they messed up my partners date of birth on our home loan causing issues with Equifax which have taken 2 months to resolve and cost us money. They put me a as a Mr. when I opened my account in person and didn't fix it when I pointed out it was wrong so then as my account was suspended every time I would call phone banking but I was never told why. I went into this branch 2 times and they couldn't figure out what the issue was. Finally someone on phone banking clued me into the fact that I was listed as a man. I will never use this branch again. If it wasn't for my mortgage broker choosing TD I would divest immediately.

I went to this branch to make a deposit today and was received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The Asian guy with acne on his nose (I don’t know his name) was so rude and unhelpful. He clearly hates being there and was impatient the entire time. not to mention counting my money incorrectly but depositing it into the wrong account! this is my first review and I’m going out of my way to post this because I left feeling like I didn’t want to come back.

Horrible. This branch doesn't get back to you when you leave a message. Also, they, along with the investment branch, lost one of my RRSP accounts and it took 2 days of calling before I could track it down and figure out what happened to it. Someone had randomly shut it down. I'm moving all of my funds out of TD Canada Trust. This wasn't the first time I had been given the run around from investment services but it is definitely the last.

I go here all the time, nice customer service like any other TD bank location. beautiful exterior, and tons of open space inside. Edit: I guess if you are doing more than just withdrawing and depositing you're gonna have a hard time. But that's what I only do, so no problems here

AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE l went for an appointment on time, l have told maybe 20 minutes more l have to wait for my appointment. l waited over ONE hour and nobody see me. Total waist of time. l just left the branch.

They tell me one thing at the counter when I cash my checks and then an entirely different thing happens after. Other TD's have served me well but my experiences coming into this one have NOT impressed me.

I opened my very 1st cheqing account with Canada Trust back in the 80s right through till now as td can trust. They've always been the face of new positive change banking. I recommend them highly.

Was assisted by Isaiah who was affable and professional and very efficient in handling our request. Couldn't have asked for better service and will return again when needed. Thank you!

They need a major correction in customer service. TD HQ really needs to look into this. Needs a lot of improvement. I did not feel valued as a customer there...
