First Would give TD a 0 if I could. I started out talking to a financial advisor on the phone, he just stopped responding to me after asking to meet in person as he probably thought I wasn't worth his time. So went to this branch on Broadway and had just as bad of an experience here with another financial advisor. First he didn't even introduce himself, then proceeded to not even offer advice on our situation. The whole meeting seemed like he was not happy explaining everything to us. We wanted a switch from our usual bank, but this was just the worst, so much for financial advising. I would stay away from this bank if you can as they have absolutely no customer service skills. Brutal service all around.

TD is severely unorganized. I’ve had issues on my card and they ask me to visit a branch and when I do all they do is give me phone numbers to call which is inconveniencing cause why ask me to visit the branch? Then on top of that the wait times over the phone are absolutely insane 1.5 hours plus of wait times and still will not get any update and i’ve been dealing with this for a week now and still no proper help has been offered. Would not recommend.

I have been coming here for 3 years. Recently, I find TD to be too uptight in branch. They cheque deposits over $1600, which just slows everything down. It doesn't seem to matter how long a history you have had with their bank. In my case, 28 years. I was treatedly very rudely by this branch the other day, for accusing me just off hand of my identity after already giving my ID.

These five stars strictly belong to the branch manager, Stephanie. As a TD client for over 30 years, never has any staff gone to the extent Stephanie did to help me with my account, especially since it was only the first time we have met. Truly customer service at it's best. Otherwise, TD has gone downhill and has stopped valuing loyal customers years ago.

It’s Freezing Monday morning, Branch is posted opens at 9:00am, still not opening. So bad morning experience with this branch, no staff even coming in to acknowledge us outside lining up since @ 9:00am. It’s almost 10am. Please address this issue for a better service, thank you

Friendly, helpful service. These guys seem to really care! Parking and location are great, the bank itself is clean and professional, but its the employees that really set it apart. Come here if you want great service!

I've been here twice in the last month and both times I was presented with very friendly service! Also the free parking on the street is very convenient.

Never been inside for any service. I usually just use ATM quickly. There's parking available and so it's perfect for me to pass by here
