I just had a misunderstanding with my bill resulting in my phone being cut off. So I came in to hopefully fix the issue and Jestin was such a great help! He saw the misunderstanding and explained to me what happened, and was able to get my phone back on! He helped me so much and was extremely kind the whole time! Great customer service!

The people here really need more training. Was wanting to open a contract but since I am not the primary person on my current contract they wouldn't even help me. Called their customer support in the parking lot and got it all sorted out in 30 minutes without issue. I really hope this location gets the much needed help they require.

Gary was super helpful today transferring my phone over to Telus! My husband and I combined our phone plans, I was able to use my discount through AHS, and he was able to get us a little discount on the transfer fee from my old provider! He answered all our questions and I feel super well taken care of!!

Went in on a Sunday, it was busy and he was the only staff there. He was able to help multiple people at once. The service was fantastic, he was knowledgeable. Night & day compared to Freedom Mobile (whom I was switching from).

Horrible customer service, initially came in just to pay my bill. But my S pen was acting up, so I wanted to figure out the issue/resolve the bug. As it has worked previously and just randomly stopped working.

Excellent customer service. Went there extra mile to check all our plans and save us some money each month. Also used my name when addressing me which is a nice touch!
