"Has a decent interior Design with Great material used to build this residential I liked the layout of the corner one bedroom The biggest issue is no guest parking! Had to pay $40 for parking on the entertainment district lot, to visit my friend for a couple hours on a weekend"

777 Richards is at an incredible location with some truly spectacular views. Building itself though is somewhat cheaply made and the AC (at least on the 33rd floor) is completely useless
