I have been coming here for a few times, what I liked most is how Jess handled my concern (my shellac chipped off). She was prompt in setting something up again to take care of it. I feel you now more about a business by how customer complaints are handled and I love the way they did. So im coming back here again.

I love having my nails done at TEN. My nails always look beautiful after a visit there, and I regularly get compliments.
