The gym has air conditioning in summer. The ladies area is separate with aerobic equipment. There are two female trainers in the ladies section. Men's area timing is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the morning and 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the evening. Ladies timing from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
