I had the best experience shopping at TIVOL with Percy and Christopher. My boyfriend and I came in wanting to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and Percy helped me pick out the most beautiful pair of earrings, and Christopher helped my boyfriend, Ruben, look at Rolex watches. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted with warm smiles from all staff members. When I told Percy I was looking for earrings, she listened to my preferences — gold, an every day earring, hoops —and helped me choose the most perfect pair of earrings that matched my style. (I'm so obsessed with them, I haven't been able to take them off since I got them.) Her recommendations for me were spot on — so spot on, in fact, that I had a hard time narrowing down my earring selection to just one. Christopher helped my boyfriend, Ruben, look at Rolex watches — and even took the time to show him some other watches similar in style and aesthetics to the one Ruben was interested in. It was clear that Christopher had a vast knowledge of watches, and Rolexes specifically. I also very much enjoyed chatting with Halston and Gary, who both helped me narrow down my earring selection and engaged in thoughtful, genuine conversation. Halston even went above and beyond to shine some earrings I had been wearing when I walked in. Overall, I cannot recommend this location enough. When it came time to designing the most special ring that I would ever wear, Kathyrn at TIVOL was the most perfect match for me. I had shopped with her in the past whilst on holiday in KC and was always thrilled with the purchases I made. The fact that I live in Atlanta, but chose to fly to her to help create this stunner, speaks volumes on her client/customer values and care. She was able to track down the most most fabulous center stone and trapezoids in all of the C's we were looking for. She made my fiancee (now husband) and I feel special and walked us through the entire process whilst waiting in Atlanta. The relationship she established with Robert convinced him even more that taking the trip to Kansas City was worth it considering our first class treatment. We have since referred her to our friends and family as we know NO one can top her service! After the engagement, we took another trip back to KC and purchased all of our bands with Kathryn! I am 100% honest when I tell you that this store has the BEST service I have EVER experienced anywhere. I was in town visiting from Las Vegas. I just happened to wander in with no intention of buying anything, just looking at pretty things. When I met Christopher, he was beyond helpful, kind, sweet and fun. I was on the fence about a beautiful David Yurman necklace. He ended up delivering it to my hotel before I left and took care of every detail for me. I can say with great assurity that Amanda Thompson is a first class individual that could stand her own at any of the finest jewelry houses on the globe! Amanda helped me with watches for myself and my clients at BMW and Mercedes and left us all 100% completely satisfied.. It's true that luxury goods are available everywhere, though Tivols always provides attention, selection and ambience in a no pressure environment. I have done business at Harry Winston and Van Cleefs...Thay have nothing over Tivols! I always look forward to a visit at Tivols and of course being spoiled by Amanda Thompson!

After a terrible and scary bout with Covid, I stepped into Tivol to just browse! I grew up in Kansas City and have many cherished memories of The Plaza. Amanda greeted me with a warm smile and genuine interest in me. We looked in the cases and shared stories and laughed. She looked up my mother’s records including jewelry repair, etc. Amanda’s expertise was so impressive. She could answer my questions with extensive professional knowledge. I love the history of Tivol. So, I started to feel much better and we found a beautiful pair of 2-carat Diamond studs…something I admired for years. It was a great experience with absolutely no pressure. Now, when I’m in KC, I enjoy going in to see Amanda and finding new special pieces.

Recently moved to KC and heard of TIVOL through coworkers and decided to check them out to get myself a nice watch. I was immediately greeted by Percy who was literally amazing. The Tivol team is extremely friendly and make the shopping experience fun. I had an excellent experience at Tivol this past weekend. I went in specifically to find some new David Yurman pieces. Christopher Ray was so helpful and patient with me as I tried on a few different pieces before finally deciding on my favorites. My fiancé and I went into TIVOL to explore wedding bands. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Christopher and Percy. The two of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
