I visited the Blacktown store today, Sunday 26th February 2023. I was hoping to get a store credit or something done for me for a pair of shoes that was purchased from your store. I agree the timing isn't great as they were purchased on the 9th of December 2022, Christmas purchases. I did purchase the shoes for a trip that I have just returned from. I wore them for 3 days and noticed that the glue was coming undone. Even the Nautica label had come off the back of the right shoe. I went into the store to see if anything could happen for me as I really like the shoes and in need of a pair. I wasn't expecting a refund. I was happy with a store credit, exchange for a new or other pair or repair, but I was turned away by the manager. She was not helpful at all and looked rather annoyed that we had asked her to come out so we could chat to her. I've worked in retail so I understand what retail is all about. But I wouldn't have treated any customer with that sort of, if you want to call it "service". We explained everything to her but she pretty much said I can't help you, call our customer service. So I did just that, but the lines are only open Monday to Friday. Information that I would've stated to the customer if I had told them to call the Customer Service as they can only help me. Again showing lack of service and rather passing it off to someone else so she didn't have to deal with it. On duty manager: Nicki

Look for years i have read the name and couldn't really understand what the heck this place was. Reluctant to go in every time i pass it. However heading to westpoint as a family we thought we covid stroll through the shops and decided heck let's check it out. Surprisingly the place is actually good, a clothes shop u thought but it actually sells a lot of different items not a huge collection but things that surprised me like furniture! What the? Lollies, ornaments pretty cool unique things, the items appear to be seasonal so things get changed regularly (apparently). I would go there again because pretty sure you'll find something different to a lot of other shops.

The staff who was working today around 2 to 3pm in the fitting room was such a smug as I walk through twice (she knew I was with my partner the first time, went out to get another size, and came in again and questioned me with an unwelcoming face why I am coming back to the fitting room without asking her). She could’ve asked me properly because I thought she might’ve remembered me as I asked her nicely the first time I came in with my partner. She acted as if she was entitled. She also didn’t talk nicely to the other staff that was hanging the dresses while I was walking around. Quit customer service if you can’t be at least nice.

Usless staff, stupid store Manager - Smita Double scanned 2 of my purchased items, charged me more and when called they said they will investigate it and ETA for a resolution is 1 to 3 BD when i provided my invoice details. Firstly i was considering it as human error and was trying to resolve but the ETA of resolution is 3 BD…… like are you even serious. RUDE and usless store manager not co-operative and would not refund, to send an email confirming the incident and their process they need 24hours…..like what are they even doing? Shop there if you need to but TRIPLE check your Docket as they will put money in their pockets….

My mum purchased a handbag for me. After a few weeks the handle completely broke. Unfortunately I did not keep the receipt however my mum had the proof of purchase on her bank statement. We took it here along with the broken item. No refund or credit. Instead told to email head office with the date of purchase, item and amount. This was done. No response. I messaged the Facebook page and was told to email it again and it would be handled with priority. My mum did as requested. No response. Terrible customer service and goods. Only giving one star because negative stars are not available.

TK Maxx is a great store to grab a bargain, they have branded items at a great price and some that you can only find in there. I wish it would be as cheap as the American TJ Maxx but unfortunately the Australian tax won't make that possible. If you see somenthing at any TKMsmaxx, you need to buy it as you won't find it again! Today I found they had most of their clothing discounted, especially the winter one as it was their new stock when they had to shut down due to the lockdown. Long queue to pay but it moved fast.

PROFILING AT ITS BEST: Saturday 17th June 2023. Wont be shopping there again. Next time can you be more discreet with the profiling. When I approached them, of course they would so "not you its a couple that we know that etc....." ummmm I was the only person in that aisle. I even told them to check my bag but they acted all innocent. What confirmed my suspicion was their P something officer actually followed me out and saying it wasnt me rather than asking me to stay and shop! MADE TO FEEL LIKE A CRIMINAL

The tag price is $89.99 Aus and $99.99 NZ for a bag but when we pay it the reciept shows $99.99 Aus but when we came back to complaint the sales girl said its a warehouse mistake we are only selling them this happened to many customers as per sales girl ... they know it bit deceiving why havent they pull itout from the racks? Whats out people when doing shopping at TKmaxx....big brands small prices ...but it this situation its big prices

The items in the store are good, I bought some Christmas presents that I would happily buy again, however I will never buy anything from this shop again. The staff have the most horrible customer service skills I have ever seen. They talk horribly about the customer they just served to their mate at the next register loud enough for myself to here. The attitude of all the cashier staff need to change. Overall a horrible experience.

Customer services are so bad and rude.Why do customer needs to hang the clothes back after trying in the fitting room individually.That’s their jobs. When we enquired about sizes,they did not give the information from other stores.She looks like middle eastern. This branch will be bankrupted soon. Castle Hills branch is so nice and different customer relationships with Blacktown branch. Good luck for Blacktown branch.

So much to choose from and the price range is reasonable as well. But one time I had to go back the next day to get the alarm thing off of a dress that I bought the day before. Also clearly shows that the security is not good because no one came to check even though the alarm went off which made me think maybe it did not go off because of me. It could also be a little more organised.

I love TK Maxx and this location in particular. They have a great range of home-wares and clothing, as well as toiletries, toys and anything else you can think off! I visit each week and usually exit the store with at least one item! I've never bought clothing here but I love the Candles and photo frames, as well as the Foot-care range they usually have.

Not fantastically in love with TK Maxx as a shopping experience. The clothes are often in disarray, and I get that is likely caused by other customers, but then, the should have enough staff on hand to tidy up. I am yet to buy clothes here but I do know of a few people who Love TK Maxx. Maybe they go early, when racks are still tidy... IDK...

Kids love checking this place out to see if theres anything new and different...stuff is great when on clearance...a bit hit and miss as stuff is seasonal and the good stuff gets snatches up quick! Not a bad place to walk through if youre wanting to get your steps up or just chucked a sickie at work to sort out those shopaholic symptoms

Love it. Has some amazing bargains on BIG names. The staff are great and hassle free. Ask for 'Duncan', for the best help. Bought a really nice 'Michael kors', puffer for $70.00... rrp$240. Tommy, quicksilver, fila, Hurley's... something for everyone. Nice trackies for $25. Is worth a look at 'blackthorn store '... cheers

You can find some awesome bargains here. Some big brands, some Ive never heard of but the quality is fantastic. It's a matter of whatever they buy and whenever you go what you will find.. all set out in sections and sizes, it's upto you to search for what you want. Fairly cheap prices, always neat and tidy.

TK Maxx does have pretty good collections of popular brand names including bags, jeans, dresses and shoes. For clothes you do have look through racks where they are assorted by size and not type. For shoes they dont have much variety but clothes, bags and christmas presents there are heaps of items.

Every time i go to TK Maxx i spend a lot of money there ,love a bargain ,always come out with something nice . Its getting a bit pricey lately and a bargain s getting harder to find but on the whole its a good shop and staff are courteous good experience if u aint been i reckon u should av a look

Great range of goods including homewares, clothing, shoes, food, toys and decor. Lots of good prices, although most of the items are still almost at full price and very expensive. That being said, I'd recommend going because you can still find a bargain on something you probably don't need …

Excellent shop always clean tidy well stocked nearlly everything in my home is from there its my GO TO STORE .. The staff are not as friendly as they could be & u certainly dont see any staff till the checkout.. this could be improved..BUT this dosnt alter the fact this place is amazing ♡ …

It's a delightful cave of treasures and you'll never guess what you could find. The European branded toiletries are my favourites as are the cashiers who chat up the customers endlessly.. they often enquire after yr whole family tree...so grab a chair and sit in the queue.

I recently found that TK Maxx has got lots of branded dresses in sale. I bought many good branded T-shirts from here recently for cheap price. It is a recommended place for some cheap quality dresses. This particular store in Blacktown seems to have a great collection.

one of the best TkMaxx so far, the best place for treasure hunter. I got so many valuable items with my extremely low price like French-made copper pan and pot, Clarins, L’occitane and much more. they also well organised compared to TkMaxx at Ryde and Castle Hill

I've seen garage sales neater & tidier than this shop. The floor looks like it's never been cleaned. It doesn't seem to stock anything worth buying, you'd have more luck at an op shop & probably better quality too . So basic compared to other TK MAXX stores.

Great toy shop with awesome prices. I did most of the shopping for my daughter from this store. It is a great place to visit and getting presents. There is always something new and attractive, that grabs my attention that make me buy the toy immediately!!!

Worst store layout I've ever seen. Who puts checkouts on the side wall? Not exactly cheap or value for money. Seems to be a store for end of line stuff where there's one or two of the item left over from USA stores, shipped here and just shoved on a rack.

It's got a great deal of goods at mostly reasonable prices. I generally go in to pick up stuff for gifting purposes. Some of them are pretty good, some you might find better/ reasonable in other places. Choose, check if it's not damaged, compare and buy.

It's a new good store with variety of brands and item at reasonable prices but still getting better day by day as per customer response. But still need more variety to attract a good range of customers but it's better than myre according to me

The stock at some of the other locations is probably of better quality and quantity and the floor space seems to be smaller. However, the staff are friendly enough if you need help and you'll still be able to find a bargain.

All stoes of TK Maxx almost same, but I found in this store there were less variety in home and decoration section as compared to other stores. Bit busy but might br due to weekend. Overall I always love to visit TK Maxx .

I love their collection of scented candles and kitchen knives, both are so reasonably priced. Specially the candles, way too many varieties, totally worth shopping there for anyone who has got passion for scented candles.

Will go to North Rocks TX Max...long queue at billing counter...people returning items are more in number than people buying items..waiting time to buy one single item could vary 10-15 min. Disappointed

Was looking for Cushions for my sofa, did not expect much options when entered the store but was amazed at collection. Found so many options and found good ones for my sofa and at reasonable price

Variety range of products. Price range from high to low. You can get really good products with great bargain. But some products are not worth the money. Overall the shop doesnt look organized.

Good stuff. Sales staff need to be more friendly and actually make an effort assisting you. In the whole store there are two males and they are kind enough to assist when help is required.

Had some good sales but in the dress i liked they didn't have my size which was disappointing, my son however bought a few shirts there though, so he likes it & that's why i was there

The clothes racks are jam packed which makes it almost impossible to look at the clothing, and if you take something of the rack to look at it it's a struggle to hang it back up

Bought a full cart of items and they dont have any plastic bags. They wont allow us to take out the trolley either. Clerk coldly says to just get a cart at big W. Bad service.

During my every visit I had one common experience, and that is they don't have clothes in all sizes. And most importantly the clothes are not at all of good quality.

First you spend lot of time going through lot of mixed stuff and then you spend long time at checkout as there will not be enough staff and always long slow queue.
