I’ve waited 4 months too leave this review. I didn’t want to write a review whilst I felt angry. I paid for a full car wash and detail, after coming back 2 hours later the job still hadn’t even been started despite being told it would be done in 1 hour. I waited another 75 minutes, then went to inspect the car. I couldn’t believe the dirt still sitting on my rear hatch back number bar. Even the tiniest attention with a hand wash would have removed it. Which I showed by wetting my finger and gently stroking through the dirt/grime. I wasn’t happy with the wheel trims, the car stank for the next three months and smelled of dirty water coming from the air ducts. I can only speculate that they had waged the dash/vents with dirty water. I approached the manager telling him I wasn’t at all happy. He basically said well if you want the dirt off you hVe to pay for a super expensive full detail. I said considering it’s supposed to be a full hand wash, and I’ve shown you dirt which easily wiped off, I want it done properly. He basically said tough! I threatened to leave bad feedback unless the wash was done properly. I even said you have a chance to address this poor wash. Well here’s your bad feedback. I would rather pay $15 at an auto car wash that get ripped of at more than 5 times the price for a pathetic job!!! Don’t use this pathetic car wash.

Took my car in for an interior and exterior detail, engine clean and steam cleaning of the seats - $200. Left my car overnight to ensure they had sufficient time but they did a very poor job. Took my car back the next day and left it overnight again to ensure they weren’t rushed and had ample time to clean properly. When I went to pickup the car I noticed the car was still not clean (spider webs and dirt still on the interior and exterior of the car). Spoke with the owner who was very nice the first time I went in who advised me to take the car back for a 3rd time however I was not interested in wasting anymore of my time and just asked for a partial refund instead as the car was not clean and for the time wasted going back and forth. The owner declined the refund. After reading the other reviews it is obvious this is a recurring issue and it is unfortunate that they don’t value their customers who are trying to support their small business. I have always used Jim’s mobile car wash prior to this and will go back to using them again as they always provide perfect service for very similar prices.

Avoid at all costs if you want to waste your time bring your car twice when it should be done first time. Asked me to come back to fix the problems was not interested. Key fob mysterious ended up scratched up. Windscreen barely cleaned. Dirt left in the seat tracks. The attention to detail is so bad it leaves you disappointed for what your paying. Prices higher than what you can get with mobile onsite detailers. I could have done a better job myself. Paid 250 for an interior detail seriously overpriced and 50 for clay bar and polish.

Great customer service. I didn't even get to park my car and their lovely staff had already approached me providing a full run down of their services. What caught my eye wasn't just the cleanliness of my car, it was the unique smile and positive attitude this family business provides day in, day out. I currently drive 35kms just to get my car washed here....sometimes its not about the cheapest wash, but the experience and the value i get.

Quite bad service. My SUV didn't look like it was washed/cleaned properly. It took them 2+ hours to finish their job after quoting 1 hour.. and I went there on Monday arvo so not busy at all. The exterior, mud flaps, side step, bull bar, tyres had absolutely no level of detail. I mean they didn't even put on the tyre polish.. They say it's under new management and all BS but their service is just pathetic. Never go there!!

I went to this place today they didn't washed my car properly. Wheels are still dirty, didn't applied tire polish property also they charge me extra for paint protection but they didn't even washed the body properly dirty patches here n there. Can't recommend this place. Waste of your money and time. Also little scratches some places may be they didn't clean the sponge while washing.

Only just 3 stars, got in the car and coffee I had spilt was still in console, couldn't believe they didn't see it,called someone over,points for honesty here " The guy that did it was in a hurry and left early, he was going out for his birthday "windows still smeared on inside, rest of job was excellent, this was their top of the range wash

Absolutely disgraceful. Took my car here and paid $85 for a wash and detail. When I picked it up the inside and out was still dirty. I could of done a better job myself with $8 at the DIY wash and vacuum. Owners attitude was horrible and I was told if I wanted it cleaned better I should of paid more. Will never be going back.

Terrible!! Paid $85 for an interior detail. Came back and looked like it had hardly been vacuumed. Took it back and they started cleaning the interior with the rags they used to clean the wheels, black and full of dirt! If you like your car clean, I wouldn't recommend taking it here.

This is the place to get your car spik and span. Listen up, you know I say it as it is. I have been going here since it first opened. Take your car in for a wash and vacuum. The guys there will make your car look and sa new. I highly recommend Top Wash to you. Dezi George, Notary.

Live local and been using for 15 years today they charge me $100.00 to wash inside and out claiming my Toyota Noah is larger than a SUV when in fact it’s smaller than a Toyota Rav 4. Just a wash and interior clean. Will never be back. They have burned me.

Such a joke! Charged me an additional $15 because of dog hair on my back seat and they didn’t even clean it probably, what did I pay extra for? I honestly could have cleaned the car better myself! Definitely won’t be back!

Best car wash in Melbourne. The attention to detail, customer service and overall management is 10/10. Since the new management alittle while ago this is the only place I would get my car washed.

Had my car washed, vacuumed and detail this morning. It's a new car so I was worried about getting someone else to clean it. Very happy with the results. Great customer service.
