Had a simple business return. Since I paid and had my initial request completed I can never got a hold of anyone. Tried several times over email and calling over several months. I have CRA asking following up questions on my returns and I can’t get any response back from TPS. Very disappointed and frustrated.
I had a negative experience, ending up having to re-file the tax years I did with TPS with a new accountant due to mistakes. Very frustrating as a small business owner. Really hope they can improve accuracy and communication.
