I purchased rodeo Hannibal from Uppal track n trail. Ours is first booking of this centre n they promised free air pump but gave hand at the time of delivery Told we will justify at the time of service We went there for service after one year We waited there for the person to come and attend us more than one hour. No one lifted the phone call while we are waiting. Store was open but no personnel They gave delivery date after three days We went on fourth day. Again same scenario no one there till 1145am and no call pick up Once person came told us service not done and we only will call you after it is ready On fifth day no call was lifted and no information So called customer care track n trail, complained about their behaviour. Then after 20 mins I got a call from the centre and he started arguing with me harshly and told bike is ready collect it When we went same bike with lot of dust and no signs of service handed over to us. When we asked what are the things you did in service he couldn't able to tell us Further more they charged for most unsatisfactory after sale service which we didn't find after receiving

Worst service center. Staff is very arrogant. I usually give my Vespa for servicing at Ashwam Auto near masab tank, but this one being near to my house gave it for servicing here. The mechanic completely screwed up my vehicle - no pickup at all, brakes were not properly checked, took 2 days for normal servicing (My vehicle being the first on that day and they hardly have 3-4 vehicles on that day). Not sure if they replaced few parts from my vespa. I went twice to get it fixed but the mechanic is so arrogant that he kept telling that there is no issue, it is all normal. When you are spending around 90K for a vechicle, you expect service to be good. Just having a AC waiting room and LED tv doesn't qualify to provide good service. Suggestion to the dealer: Have qualified mechanics with cool head. Suggestion to buyers: Avoid this place to buy a vehicle, because you are for sure not going to get a good service here

Worst service and money oriented.. I have bought a cycle from here 3 months back..when I took the vehicle for servicing...he dont even bother to check whether the vehicle is under free service and no proper response. For any business customers are like god.. I am really upset for buying from here..When I visited the shop, I went to service my kid cycle and buy new cycle for me.. But with his way of treatment towards customers, I decided not to buy from here... Even after informing that we from long distance..he didnt atleast haven't asked for what the exact issue and when I went to a road side shop he completed service for just 50 rupees...We shouldn't encourage these type of shops where there is no proper respect to customers..

cycle was given for servicing on 1/ 8/20 at 11am.. they said you can take in the evening around 6pm...I had called around 6pm , they said Bcz of rain it got delayed but you come .. The servicing was done with replacing certain brake spares and charged 850 and extra for pump total 1250 .. ..today morning checked ..found hard to pedal and heavy sound coming ..atleast after service they should do run test .. Our peon went just collected cycle ..unfortunately he also not checked .. children wants to have fun on Sunday ..all gone .. Service quality requires improvements.. Ensure after servicing—one should check and deliver

It is exclusive Hercules cycle showroom located on main rod of Uppal. Here there are cycles ranging from 5K to 2 lakhs and sizes from 5 yrs age to adults. Accessories like helmets, wire locks, lights, bottle holders are also available but only limited options are available, I don't recommend to purchase accessories here as both rear lights that I brought are defective. They offer services facility as well for all brands of cycle. Staff is friendly. Place accepts cash, card and wallet payments. I recommend to visit place. #bicycle #cycle #kidscycle

Unskilled service mechanics, lack of relevant knowledge on bikes as sales man and unprofessional attitude towards non-sale activities makes this a place to avoid. They cannot service expensive bikes. I gave my gravel bike for simple washing. They held it outside the store for 4 days and didnt bother working on it. When i collected it back there were scratch marks on one side and quite evidently the bike fell down. I had to get it serviced at a professional center to make it functional again. Certainly a place to avoid.

We had a terrible experience at the time of Purchasing a Hercules Cycle for my brother . The Store manager's Attitude is worst ❌. He is not soft spoken and not heartily welcoming. Whenever a customer asks him a question he comes off Rude towards the customer. I would suggest to rather go for Track and Trail Karmanghat i.e ( Champapet Store ). As the Manager of that store is soft spoken and Heartily Welcoming towards the customer.

Friendly staff helped me to explore the various amazing models and to pick a perfect bicycle that suited my taste and met the demands I had, within my budget. Had a great experience, I would highly recommend this store for all the bicycle lovers:)

Waste of my money. 1 month back I bought 2 bicyles for my children 1is 6k and another one is 4k.in this one month period only totally dameged in the break parts it's broken. Worst break system don't go hercules bicycle. Waste of your money

I purchased a cycle just 4 days ago and along with it i bought a bottle cage and track and trail's lock but to my amazed it got broken in just 4 days and there is no warranty. Worst place for accessories. Please don't buy accessories.
