Pathetic service provided by them, took my Hitachi freeze for repair on 30-Apr-2023, was supposed to feedback the check result and estimate of repair cost by 6-May-2023, but today is 7-May-2023 and yet to get any feedback. Tried to get the feedback by calling their hotline multiple times, but all I heard from them that they will check back with their Service team and share update. After multiple tries today (7-May-2023) received one feedback from them after calling them again that on 8-May-2023 they will provide the estimate. I don't know when I will get my freeze back!!

What a dengerous technichian of transcom! Bitter experience we are facing from Madaripur sadar transcom service and sales center. Transcom loses It's goodwill. A few greedy technicians, demand a good money even in service warranty period as precondition, otherwise they didn’t agree to come to provide service.

তাদের সার্ভিস খুব খারাপ। কল সেন্টারে কল দিলে ৫-৬ মিনিট পর কল পিক করে। আমার ডীপ ফ্রিজ ২৭মে ২০২৩ তারিখ সার্ভিস সেন্টারে নিয়েছে। ৩১মে জানানোর কথা থাকলেও ৩জুন পর্যন্ত কোনো খবর নেই। জানিনা আমার ফ্রিজ কবে ফেরত পাবো।
