I had gone today to Purchase some Formal Shirts. I asked a lady standing nearby on Formal Shirts and she showed a Rack kept complete untidy and disassemble .Where most of the Shirts were printed. I told this are not Formals. She raised the voice with body language raising fingers told this are formals. And when asked why are you raising voice she brought Narsimha murthy and another Store incharge who started arguing those are Formal Shirts. I'm surprised this is Bangalore behavior or Reliance culture. No one was bothered to show me Formal Shirts or convince me to but from the Reliance trends. Being in a customer service industry The way Narsimha Murthy and the staff at Reliance trends GT mall behaved should be noticed by Reliance management. Whether they are paid for convincing customers to buy trends or Argue and rude behavior.

I really hate to say this, the staff at the billing is worst, i had shopped for 8000/- with the borad below of buy 3 50% off and at the billing they said no discount it has not yet been applied to system and they asked me to pick something else or leave .....i am really unhappy.....i walked alway and will never visit this branch of trends again ......they didn't even bother to call the manager to find me a solution. This is not what I expected from trends, i was a very loyal customer of theirs and now they lost one and will tell my frnds also to never visit. Thank you for the great customer treatment!

Here the cinema is available near it was good and big screen and good quality sounds and very clean and foods are compare to other places is very good price. Ticket prices also very low and calm place to watch movies... Trends is average here... Here more collections for ladies only....

A popular store in GT Mall for readymade cloths. Plenty of varieties at reasonable rates. GT mall is on the Magadi main road. Access to GT Mall can be by metro or Public transport of BMTC. Bus stop is right in front of the mall. Walkable from nearest Metro of Magadi Road. Plenty of car parking space in the basement of the mall.

This Reliance trends is inside GT World Mall and ambience of place is good. Readymade clothes like Shirts , T-shirts, Pants are available here. Prices are also in affordable ranges . Less crowded and Mall does have parking space. It is near to Hosahalli metro station so commute is easy.

Good place to buy clothes. There will be good offer on the product.but the product on offer may have some damage or wrong fitting.max is also good for kids clothing there are many options for kids.if you go in max mega store it will be good so that you can get more choices to choose.

The store is quite big. But the collections inside are very less.. You won't find things you are searching for inside it.. Check all other stores in this mall before going into this.. Other than that, the customer service is great.. Or you can try other reliance trends stores..

Reliance trend as the name itself says it's all about the trend.. they provide the best update trend clothing and other materials to the people and they are good at service also m staff are very cooperative. Well maintained and we can see a attractive display of the clothing

Stocks not updated in regular intervals. Staff Response is very bad. Billing section/department is worst. Visit Vijayanagar reliance trends it has good collections and staff response is superb. Didn’t expect this from reliance trends. Hope they change Thank you

Nice place for window shopping and time pass for couples. I got few good offers during my visit. I was happy that i could find Quality clothes. Not many collections though. But still good place for buying as there many stores available in the same building.

It has great collection of dress and various options for women and men and children and it has separate section for women and men it has various brand options it has great collection we get great discount and offers it gives you a great shopping experience

The collection is average and the staff is not very helpful. I had a coupon that I wanted to redeem.. I really struggled to find food stuff at this place.. I wouldn't recommend Reliance Trends at this location. I'm guessing the other outlets are decent.

There is single store manager in the floor and there is no proper management if we ask for manager every day he will be absent the worst manager plz dont visit this store again worst experience …

The store has a huge collection of dress materials for all ages . The display is nice and convenient for shopping . This store caters to the residents of Vijayanagar, Rajaji Nagar and Magadi. Road.

Good collection of clothes can find good and cheap clothes shoes are also available and also in the above floor you have got food court and also a cinema The collection updates every 2-3 months

Good place to shop this trends has variety of ranges in apparel including some good external brands other than their own. Its very near to magadi road tollgate bus stop and prasanna theater.

Good collection of winter clothes. Helpful staff and clean store. A bit pricey but worth the cost. Long line for billing otherwise I'd have given 5 stars

Very bad experience, staff are very rude and not responsive at all , not attentive, negligence, offer time they didn't provide us offer only.

Not customer friendly ,spend 45 min in row for paying bill only for 2 cloths and there is no proper line also salesman is not cooperative.
