I’ve called James to help out with an issue we had with water infiltration around the back gutters of our house. He asked for a bank transfer to be paid in his personal account (first red flag) and not in his company’s name. Once we paid, we asked for an invoice which we never got, despite contacting and calling him multiple times. Unprofessional and not recommended.
