The staff in the Wallington branch are extremely helpful and friendly. They are always willing to offer advice and support. We went in the branch to apply for a new credit cards for both myself and my husband, Rob was so helpful and set them up for us. At the same time he also changed one of our accounts to a joint account, as we asked if it could be done then. He couldn't have done more for us,. I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff in Wallington Brank for being so supportive to their customers, long may it last. Well done Melanie for leading such a lovely team.

Just had to call the branch to sort something out for my mother... Spoken to Melanie and she was so helpful polite and down to earth everything my bank is not.... Also credit to Rob who has helped me in the past, a really polite and helpful man. Basically great staff at this branch.. And I would like to say about the people that have given this branch a bad review when they have phoned up saying they never answer if they are busy they cant as they are helping other customers perhaps call back at a less busy time...? 11/10 from me...!!! I live so far form a local branch, but that does not matter because Melanie and her team are amazing and worth the trip. Welcoming staff that will assist where possible, good advice, genuine customer care and a pleasure to deal with. The bank is clean, light and airy and even on a busy day, you never need to really wait as the staff are quick and efficient. This is what a bank should be like!

My husband banks with this branch and we love how friendly the staff are. We have both visited and have found the staff to be efficient and polite. No issue is too big or small and my husband feels confident that his banking needs are being met. I highly recommend this branch.

The people in the bank are so helpful with my personal account but also with my business account when I have to use the phone in the bank. They are always there to help and answer questions or speak for you on the phone. Brilliant service. Much better than other banks.

Rubbish Bank, been with them 6 months first they had all the computer issues, local staff were no help, Now they have screwed up my payment costing me time and money and when you call the branch no one answers. Total rubbish.

Total utter disgrace - yet another computer failure and my wages have not gone into my account. TSB really need to get their act in order. Have been on the phone trying to speak to someone for 32 minutes - still not joy.

The staff and management members were very helpful. They were not only able to help me out but also were very friendly, understanding and are the reason I will continue banking with TSB

Staff are normally helpful, but have been badly let down by the new computer system that doesn't work and some bad decisions by the higher management.
