I have been trying to get An exchange on a faulty item they sold me for the past 4days. In those past 4 days i have beenin 5 times to get the item fixed/exchanged they continue to say tey dont know how to do so. However i.believe they are just trying to expire the 14 day return policy. I will.be calling fair trading to deal with the problem. If it comes to fair trading getting involved ill be requesting a refund. Wont shop there ever again.
