The only cool thing here is the fact you can get taco bell and KFC at the same time. The food: KFC aspect is way way overpriced. The iced team Machi es never work, the cups are sticky, and the tacos that were recieved seemed half filled. Flavors are you know what to expect from these chains but man is their no effort In to it here. Service: unmanned front counters for several minutes. I could have walked behind the counter taken what ever and they meter would have know. I stood just on the edge of the employee space for several minutes before anyone noticed or even returned. Food orders has been wrong 3 times, and is always sloppy. Atmosphere: If you like school cafeteria style with 1 table that looks like it's the show piece you see online to show how cool their design is the you will enjoy these tiny school style lunch benches. Parking is decent and is easy to access and drive through is fairly quick. End result: all the downsides of a KFC and a taco bell but compounded. Expect what you expect from chain fast food you go for the price and maybe a fav but expect poor quality and poor service.

This place is a joke. If they get your food wrong and you don’t settle for the wrong food, they give you dirty looks and rude service. Also what is with them soaking your tacos in black bean juice but only having 5 actual beans on the taco. The girl at the front, Nicole, is rude and didn’t wash her hands in between washing the floor/employee bathroom and going back to the register. Isn’t that a big no no? Definitely never coming back here. Hopefully you don’t experience the same thing.

I got 2 black bean chalupas, except was given sour cream and lettuce chalupas. There was a TOTAL of 5 beans, and A LOT of bean juice on 1 chalupa. Why do I HAVE to go back to them to have them make it right? When I did she took all cheese and lettuce off the chalupa and handed me back a bean and sour cream chalupa. WHY! I wanted to scream and cry.

I asked for a large mt dew no ice, they gave me a large mt dew filled halfway with the foam filling the other half of the cup. By the time the foam settled it was a little past halfway full. Next: 2 out of the 3 locos tacos supreme came broken when wrapped. Upon opening to eat i had to use a fork because there was nothing to actually grab. And finally my 2 bean burritos with extra beans: no actual extra beans served looked regular. Also asked for no cheese in the burrito and apperantly they heard "extra cheese". Mind you they werent even busy. I was the only car in the drive thru. She rushed me out real quick. They are more concerned about the window time than actually serving good food. Prices are much higher at this location than any other I go to and the Nacho Fries portions at this one are barely even half the carton. $1 menu, nah it's $1.29 here. $2.29 for a bean burrito when a veggie one is cheaper? No way! The random price hikes, abnormally high prices, and inconsistent portion sizes do not make any sense are are not acceptable! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on until this is fixed. On the other hand service is friendly for the most part.

Easily the worst Taco Bell around. Drive thru employees do not pay attention to orders. The quality and quantity of food provided does not match with Yum Brands policy for weights or distribution. There is no care taken by the members at this establishment to make the customer feel welcome or welcomed back. The quesadilla was poorly cut. The grilled nacho fries were a combined total of 7 fries with small plop of beef on the side.

Yeah, I'm done going to this location. There is a guy who has a paper towel inbetween his head piece and his ear. It seems as if he doesn't care about his job and the customer at all. I always recognize his voice through the radio as he is monotone and not helpful or welcoming at all. He doesnt ask what sizes for anything or even offer any sauces. He just rings you up and seems like he just wants you to just go.

Something about their services bugs me. Every time I go to THIS one specifically. I usually avoid it because the person on the speaker cuts you off completely and provides no decency. I am a minimum wage worker myself so I understand the tiresome 3 sentences you have to say all day, but I think what ticked me off more was the fact that a worker named Arnold pretty much threw the sauce packets into my hand. I just think it’s really rude and unfriendly. He definitely shouldn’t be working there with the attitude.

Not bad, as it is one of the few spots open late night, but the portion sizes on items like the Nacho fries can be bad. There's a recorded prompt when you pull up at the drive thru, which can be disorienting when voices and enthusiasm change. The order is normally taken accurately, but food quality can be bad, as it seems like they give you anything, even if it's been sitting for a while. Not the worst option, but Jack in the Box down the street often has friendlier staff and better food quality.

It's a Taco Bell. This isn't gourmet. But I can tell you this is the most consistent taco bell I've ever been to. Staff is always quick, friendly and always get my order right. Sometimes you go to a taco bell and you get those beans that are dry and know they've been sitting in some warming tray all day. Never at this location. This is literally the only Taco Bell I will go to.

Have been here several times now. Food is not always warm, burritos are often not wrapped well and will spill out from one end, and even the chicken in their crispy chicken sandwich was not at all crispy. I gave them a pass the first few times I went because I went when it was closing time so I figured they were just trying to close up soon, but after having gone a while I realize that the quality of their food preparation is just quite lacking.

First I'll say.. it's Taco Bell, so my expectations were not super high to begin with... But that being said, the food was fine (not great). The issue was that I waited 10 mins just to get helped and 20 mins to get my food. When I walked in there were 6 people waited for their food, and they all looked very upset. I think this Taco Bell/KFC needs a few more employees!

The prices were $6 more for I would usually order at other locations! The nacho fries were extremely stale, cold and gross and there were dirty rags tossed next to where all the food was being prepared I’m so frustrated that I didn’t decline the food when I got to the window and saw how dirty the restaurant looked but never again at this location.

I have been here several times, the food is cold half of the time. I also ordered crunchy tacos and half the taco was lettuce and when I pulled some off there was only meat on part of the taco. I also ordered a Gorditas Crunch and there was no hard shell taco with it and they put tomatoes on it when I asked them to leave it off. I also ordered Dr.Pepper and got Pepsi.

I work near by. I have been going at least twice a week since April 19th,2020. My last 4 orders have been wrong! I am not sure what has happened in the last few months but the employees are incompetent of taking the right order. AVOID GOING HERE IF U CAN, unless you like to play GUESS WHAT IM HAVING FOR LUNCH with your food!

Went there last night.. and whoever that guy was at the window was soooooo rude to me. Had a horrible attitude with me when I asked for hot sauce and rolled his eyes at me when I thanked him.. my taco was at the bottom of my bag with all the rest of my stuff thrown on top. Smashed all of my shells.. im very disappointed.

One of the worst customer service, they don't give you you're receipt, they don't ask you if you need sauce, they give you soda with 3 cubes of ice, like literary this place is a joke, the Asian drive-thru worker is one of the worst. I ordered today and always avoids to talk to you or ask you if you need anything.

Wont sell small drinks with combos. If you ask for small drinks they'll give you small but still charge for medium on the receipts. (the following doesn't happen so much anymore) Too much opening and closing of the drive thru window (get card close, give card back close, give drink close, give food close)

My order is wrong yet again. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I can't go back and wait online and wait for a new order. 6 out of my last 10 orders have been wrong. Please train your employees to either take the right orders or your cooks to read properly. Not sure what is going on with this place.

CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! Don’t get me wrong I love Taco Bell but this one just messed it all up. They messed up my meal. I want the dorito loco taco shells and no ice in my drink. When I got my order they gave me ice in my drink and the regular tacos and still charged me extra.

Just came back from this tacobell. Ordered two chicken quesadillas and a 2 pack of cinnabons. Only recieved one quesadilla and the cinnabons. For a total of 18 dollars. Was pretty upset and ended up just eating the cinnabons cause the other quesadilla was for a friend.

The food is always fresh and good. I can also appreciate that they get the orders right, so many places you have to check your food and be disappointed. This place is top 5 taco bells I've been to.

KFC and Taco Bell! Service is quick even when ordering across both menus, only challenge is the drive through set up. Either the line extends onto a busy road or back around into the strip mall.
