I used the app to order two bean Crunchwrap supremes. Received it very quickly and piping hot. Unfortunately, I bit into one and it was beef rather than bean. However, the person working the drive-thru and the manager were extremely accommodating and apologetic. Received piping hot replacements shortly after. It may just be corporate policy but I still appreciated their response greatly. If anything, I feel they went above and beyond what is needed for such a simple and understandable mistake. I can only hope they don't feel compelled to be so obsequious because other customers have mistreated them previously. It actually prompted me to write my first ever google review. I did not catch their names but this was around 6:10 pm on October 30th, 2023, so hopefully whoever reads these reviews can pass along my appreciation to the appropriate parties.

Missing items in the bags no receipt when requested ordered family 10 pack got 8 Ordered other items was not in the bag talk to some lady claiming to be the manager/owner then saying she is the one that made the ordered not somebody else. Only thing I will recommend even if you have lineup don’t leave drive-through window. Talk to Lady on the phone that is racist to white people calling you a female when you’re a male you can correct her she apologizes two seconds later she’s back to where she was being calling you a female and other names I requested the owner. She claims to be the owner and manager. Food was not cooked properly meet was cold and still frozen fries were hard only thing I can eat was nachos

Great service at this location on the day I went. I know great service is hard to find these days. Well, on this particular day, it was great. The person at the cash was nice. Most importantly, the order was right with no issues. You guys need to try that new burrito. It's spicy and delicious! My vegan friend had it with beans instead, and he loved it, too.

Only $11 to be full--that sounds like a good deal to me. The food is tasty and cheap. On the other hand, three staff members walked by a pile of discarded serviettes on the floor without picking them up. I was there for an hour waiting to see if anybody would bother with them. Then I wanted to use the washroom, but much to my annoyance I found at least three different colours of urine on the men's bathroom seat. I guess they have a low-class clientele that was raised in a barn who don't know how to put the seat up when they want to urinate. More to the point, however, obviously no one has been in there to clean it up for many hours. I recommend the food and strongly recommend you don't use the filthy, unkempt washrooms...

we went through a delivery service like usual but this is a location we don’t usually order from. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff working tonight for ensuring my fiancés meal had no beef just bean in it! When we order from the other Taco Bell up the street from you guys we order bean and beef tacos and fry supremes (like tonight) and they all come just beef and my fiancé is left ordering from another place since he’s vegetarian not too extreme he just doesn’t eat meat. I called to double check and the lady that answered the phone ensured it was bean and was super kind even though it was probably an annoying call to have to answer ( sorry girl <3 ) it just makes it a lot more assuring and I’m thankful for the team working tonight you guys are amazing and super fast as well!!

I had two good recent experiences here. When my vegetarian high school friend visited me from Montréal near the end of July, our orders were perfectly substituted with beans or extra veggies in lieu of their usual ground beef. We had so much fun with our refillable fountain pop & sharing dozens of stories. She had two veggie Gordita Crunches, Fries Supreme with extra veg [instead of beef] & Dr. Pepper. I had a refried bean Crunchwrap & bean subbed Nachos Supreme & Baja Blast Mountain Dew. I ordered UberEats [2022. Thu. Aug. 4th] & it was the 2 Chalupas set [#8 on their menu, I think]. I ordered 1 beef & 1 [refried] bean Chalupa. The Fries Supreme was amazing & so was the can of Rockstar Punched. The only hangup I had was the salsas mostly being mild when I asked for 2 of each kind. Oh well.

Placed an order through the drive through and was accidentally given regular fries instead of fries supreme. No big deal - we go back through the drive though again and mention the mistake, and are told to come up the window. When we get there we’re told we have to pay for the item again separately, we asked why? They said we had only paid for regular fries they refuse to even let us pay the difference between what we apparently paid for vs what we’d ordered. Mistakes happen but the way this was handled was the worst customer service I’ve ever had….Honestly couldn’t believe they were being so rude and fighting me for something that costs them nothing to fix. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Ordered combo #1(steak soft taco combo), it was alot of lettuce very little steak and it was all cold. I had fries with a side of cheese, the cheese was half filled in the small container and fries were half old/half "new" fries but yet still cold. Also ordered the value combo with nacho supreme and the nachos were very few. The nacho cheese was very scarce . All in all, not very good value for the horribly overpriced combos. I paid $20.00 for this terrible food, your better off going to a real restaurant like East Side and getting real food with free soup, bread and or salad for the same price! It seems as though when the managers are not there the place is a mess and sloppy procedures.

Sometimes when we are in the area we like to stop by and grab a bite to eat. We eat here maybe once a month or something. The staff is always friendly and the service is always quick. Great for a quick bite to eat. We like the Chili Cheese Burrito, steak quesadia and the regular tacos usually. Never had a complaint about anything here and never will.

Great taco bell to go to, staff and atmosphere inside is pretty good, extremely clean too, kitchen is wide open so you can literally see everything in it. When I get my food it's so good. Only issue I ever have here is that every time I order they always mess up my order by either forgetting items or mixing up my items with another customer somehow. This happens every other time I come here and it gets really annoying but it's seriously the only issue they have, this place is great

After a long process and a gift card situation and hours on the phone with Taco Bell head office. This store has been very accomadating to me and my family. I have to say Nishi and all the staff are helpful and friendly to resolve the issue. I don't recommend purchasing Taco Bell gift cards at all. But I recommend this store

If, I could gave it negative stars, I would. The canadain staff here is very good, 5 stars for them. But the punjabi staff is very lazy, I was all alone in the waiting, and there was no one to take my order, they were busy in thier talking, I literally waited for 5 minutes, I ordered two wraps, and when I opened them it's all sauce there, they don't event know how to close the warp properly, the punjabi staff should be trained properly.

Poor quality food I ordered a crunchy taco supreme and a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell, but I was very dissatisfied with the food. The taco was cold and had barely any meat or cheese. The quesadilla was dry and bland. It was not what I expected from a Mexican restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone who likes authentic Mexican food. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I ordered a bunch of bean burritos and fries supreme but Uber eats didn’t have an option for bean fries supreme but the staff realized all the other stuff I was getting had beans so they made it for me anyways. Thanks guys, that’s pretty cool of you.

If you have allergies beware- my partner has a severe bean allergy (he WILL die if he eats them) and the person taking our order could not comprehend that and just kept asking if it was fine to leave the beans on. Since this location opened I have never had an issue with the service, food or wait time. Today however, after getting home and drinking about 1/4 of my 7Up.. I see a black spec under the lid. My guess is it’s mold from the ice machine. Service your equipment regularly, this is disgusting.

This is the worst store i have ever went for tacos. Messed up my orders and up charged for the stuff and gave the regular one. They literally burned my food and when i called 11 times they didn’t picked up the phone. I recommend everyone to never ever visit this store.
