Not only do the owners provide excellent service for your dog, they also provide excellent advice and help educate you on aspects about nutrition and all things health-related for your furry friend. In addition, they’re wonderful humans and always willing to go the extra mile. They are willing to accommodate and help you in making sure whatever choice you prefer, they'll ensure top quality foods and products. They also have a great selection of raw-food. You can tell they only have the best quality of foods and products in their store. Parking is also easy! They have parking in the back or in the front, I never have a problem finding a spot! Whether you have a puppy (like us), a senior, or a dog anywhere in between, this is the place to go. Thanks for all your help!

This is an amazing store, amazing location and even more amazing staff! The owner is very knowledgeable and is great with giving advice if you aren't sure which food is best for your pet, especially if you are switching to raw food.I trust the owner's opinion on different health issues that my dog has gone through over the years and has often saved me a trip to the vet. Another huge bonus is that there is free parking in the lot next to the back door. The owner is also great at accommodating to special orders and will let you know the moment it arrives. Highly recommend!

Went in today for 2 things, left with one but the staff (owners maybe?) were great! Very friendly and polite, as soon as I told them what I needed they were both on their feet looking for each item! When it turned out they were out of one, they let me know the next 2 closest locations and made sure I knew to call before driving all over the place! Good thing too, because the first one I called didn't have it (although it didn't seem like the staff member even looked??)

I had a great experience today at Trailblazers I took my puppy in to get her something safe to chew on. The lady there was very kind to my pup and very helpful, she was very knowledgeable in all of the products they carried and even helped me pick out something for my cats. It was very affordable as well, whenever I go into a little shop I expect to pay more but this place was pretty reasonable. Thank you for the service, we will definitely be back for some puzzles!

These guys have been nothing but helpful and kind! I switched pet stores to this one because I always end up leaving with a smile on my face! We found this place by accident, we would walk by after playing in the river and my dog would take a drink out of the water bowl they have out front. One day we went in and we were so nicely greeted I had to come back!! they are incredibly welcoming here and I feel comfortable in their environment!

Enough can't be said about the owner and her staff. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable and they sincerely care for your pets.They have a wide range of selection for kibble and raw food at competitive prices. The raw food I purchase is ordered weekly, ensuring my little guy's food is fresh. I also appreciate that they remembered my name since the first visit - showing top notch customer service!

I had such a great experience shopping here! I heard great things through other dog owners but going in for myself was awesome. The store is locally owned and operated but the prices were comparable and even cheaper than bigger chains like petsmart or petvalu. These purple rings are super durable and my dog LOVES them. Definitely coming back to be a loyal customer!

I love this place. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They gave me free food to try with my sensitive cat, lent me books to read, and even gave me contact info for people who knew more about our feline issues. I will continue to give them my money, the experience is well worth it!

The staff is so amazing and they carry a huge selection of products to suite your doggo's needs. It may be up-marked in costs minimally but it's worth it for the customer service and convenience. I've been going there since I brought my puppy home the first time and will continue as long as I live in the neighbourhood

The service here is impeccable and I love being able to find what my dog eats every single time I go there. The staff are genuine and friendly, know my dog by name, and always fill him up with delicious treats when we visit. We travelled from the states and I needed to buy dog food for our visit. I feed raw at home and I didn't want to change the dogs' diets with kibble, so I came here. The employee was really helpful and explained all of the options for me. I settled on two local brands and the dogs loved them!

“Sorry we’re out of bones”. What dog store runs out of bones? Been here twice now in a pinch looking for food or bones, both times they have been out of what I needed. Bad selection, higher prices than most other dog stores, and out of stock all the time to boot.

I've been coming here for a few years now and love it. The food selection is great and all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and genuinely care about our pets. I can't imagine ever going back to a regular pet store to buy food for my dog.

They are a smaller store with minimal selection. But the owners are so good they will bring in anything they you prefer for you animal. Pls visit and keep them open as they are a staple of our neighborhood!
