I filled out the short form for a free consultation and shortly I received a link to complete an Intake form and I got the time slot I preferred. Close to the meeting I got a reminder for my time. However, I’m very disappointed by the behavior of the Legal Intake Specialist-Michael Austin. He showed up 1 min late and had no apology for not being on time. Then he stated what is the issue whereas I already wrote the description in the form. Looks like he was not fully prepared for the meeting as I was the last person for the day. He was giving general information and an overview of my problem and answering based on assumptions so was not having real answers to my questions so what is the use of free consultation he said a lawyer will assist me later. After I questioned you are not a lawyer then why are you having this meeting if, you are giving answers based on assumptions instead of guidance to me for that he got upset and said get another lawyer for yourself and cut the phone we just talk for 7 mins whereas free consultation is for 15 mins. Rude and unprofessional behavior. Totally not acceptable. The later person sent an email saying thank you for attending the intake meeting this is funny..... Please stay away to save your time or else request to have a lawyer for a free consultation about your problem and not a person (Legal Intake Specialist) that I was assigned talk-based assumptions. No customer service attitude. Thank you!

I first retained Annie Zhuang for a post-nup. In our initial discussion, I advised her that it would take me a while to get my documents in order and that my wife and I were in no rush. She kept calling and of course billing me each time. I then asked to her to put the matter on hold until I was ready. When I had all my paperwork in order, Annie demanded an extra $2500 on top of my original retainer to resume the matter. Janet Rodrigues then informed me that I should not continue with Annie as she did not have my best interests at heart! She assured me that it would be best to move forward with a different lawyer. I should have switched law firms at this point but was already financially invested with Tailor Law. After sending my paperwork to their law clerk Amanda, she sent it back with numerous errors which of course caused a back and forth with emails and more charges. Then after a month with no communication from the firm, I followed up and I was informed that Amanda was no longer firm. When it came time to sign the documents, Preeti had me sign them without the proper documents attached which of course caused more wasted time and money because we had to resign the papers a few weeks later. Overall, Tailor Law was a nightmare to deal with and I would avoid using this firm at all costs!

I reached out to Tailor Law on behalf of my husband by phone and asked to book a free consultation. They were very friendly and directed me to their website where it could be done online. I followed the instructions and received an email confirmation about our free consultation two days later. We received three different text confirmations the day of to expect a phone call with Luigi Torres. We waited by the phone for over half an hour with no phone call. A hour later we receive a email from a different person named Michael who claimed he called us, he did not. Pretty disappointed as we were hopeful to hear what they had to say in terms of helping us through our case. Bad first impression as well to make it seem like it was our fault no connection was made at the scheduled time. I know it’s just a free consultation but that is usually the determining factor when deciding to work with a firm or not.

I would like to say a thank you to the Tailor Law family and a special thank you to Annie Z, whom represented me during my separation with my x partner. Going through what was a very difficult separation, Annie had taken the time to understand my needs and helped guide me through the process and kept me level minded with what is a "win", ultimately my mental health. Annie was very organized and responsive to emails and calls and following up with the other party. Her care and attention to detail definitely helped with moving the case further and ultimately settling out of court. Thank you Annie!

Even after numerous requests to do so. I left the firm very disappointed.

It was great to work with Annie. She was great with communications; from our initial meet up to following up with the other attorney. I was in awe when we had our review and she made edits on the fly, not to mention the consolidation of all schedules into a fantastic final document. The best of all was her understanding and friendly demeanour. She knew my situation and worked with me to finalize everything in a timely manner. If a law firm asks you for your ssn, your place of birth and your bank account information and you dont see this as a major issue and you hire this firm. That will be one you. This firm is am a scam waiting to happen working through AI to protect them. I wouldnt hire them to pet my dog after their fake intake forms. I even got through the free consultation to the retainer agreement just to see if they were real. Even that was fake. AVOID AVOID AVOID! STAY AWAY!

Daniel at Tailor law is amazing! He is very personable and he guided me and informed me legally of anything I needed to do or know that I was not aware of. If I had any questions he was quick to respond and help me through what was a lengthy separation. Anyone I have called in and spoken too have been amazing as well.
