I signed up for the membership after coffee was spilled while vacuuming the car. I had grabbed towels and they told me I had to be a member. There was a deal and I needed to detail the inside Anya so fine. I was told I could cancel at any of the locations. So I tried to cancel at the Boat Club location in Lake Worth closer to home with is a pain to access. Well they are on another system so they could t do it and told me to go Saginaw because Blue Mound has a sketch manager. Well I got charged went to get it canceled and refunded over at Saginaw. Well they can cancel it but I needed to call the 800 number for a refund. Called the number several days ago and found out you can cancel through them but you get a rep in another country who says they will email you… days later and still no refund, email or further contact so you actually can’t reach anyone from the company!!! The manager at Saginaw said this location is so bad that he is being sent over to fix it. The vacuums also have poor suction.

Corey is Amazing he runs this place top notch!! He really cares about giving his customers quality service and making you feel welcome. I am now a member and feel this is an extremely valuable investment. I chose the best car wash option and am not disappointed. My car was cleaned very well with no damage. They offer clean rags and cleaning supplies to do your interior and wipe your vehicle. This place is Awesome!! Dont forget to vaccum!! I was very excited about the air sprayer nozzle to spray all the gunk from the crevices of your car that you can't reach. I discovered this after I vacuum . I still used it and vacuumed again. You have two different vacuum head options which was very nice. My car looked almost new. Thank you for a great experience Corey!!

I decided to try out this car wash to see if I wanted to set up the unlimited washes membership once I replace my car in a month or two. I told Corey the manager that for today I was just going with the most basic wash and then needed to spend a decent amount of time vacuuming because it had been way too long since I last vacuumed and my kids are messy!! He walked me through the process for the simple wash as well as what the membership program entailed. He was very helpful and even worked it out for me to try out a month w/my current car at a discount to see how I liked having a membership and to see how much I would use it. He was super helpful and I was impressed.

Their car wash was EVERYTHING I didn’t know I needed. Cory was so helpful. He made sure to inform me of everything about the promotion they are having. He recommended what would be better for me. Which was a plus. Going anywhere where the employees look out for the customers best interest is rare. & to do it all with an amazing spirit is the type of customer service I look forward to experiencing whenever I support a business. He loves what he does and it shows. He even helped me wipe my car down after the wash. 10/10 recommend! I’m happy to have gotten to experience Cory this morning. It was the perfect start of my day.

In April of this year, I went to receive a car wash with a 99 cent coupon. The man working took my card and started inputting things to his machine. I SPECIFICALLY asked to ensure that he was NOT signing me up for something. The man working told me NO that he was NOT signing me up for anything. I have been charged $50 a month since April and had to cancel my card because it would not stop. I contacted take 5 to cancel my account and issue a refund and they stated both requests were put into the system… but I have not heard from them since and it is impossible to get a hold of them over any of their phone line extensions.

I absolutely love this place. This is my go to car wash and it is so convenient for me and my little family because we live in the neighborhood right next door. Every time we pass this location, our son says “5” so I know he wants us to go through the car wash. As a member, I get unlimited car washes for only $20 a month and with a toddler it was necessary. Plus I get to use the Pro 5 station and free air freshener. The customer service is great! Would definitely recommend this place or any Take 5 I also go to Take 5 Oil change, I like to keep it in the family lol

Corey approached my vehicle as soon as I got into the lot. SUPER nice, helpful guy. Walked me through their different monthly subscription options as well as all of the different benefits I’d receive by becoming a monthly subscriber. I told him I planned on using it every day, he said “Please do!” Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can honestly say I’ve never had a friendlier experience at any car wash I’d ever been to. You can tell they take pride in their business. I’ll DEFINITELY be recommending them to my family that also lives here in Saginaw.

The Take 5 car wash on Blue Mound is fantastic! All the employee interactions I have had in the couple years I’ve been in the area have been top notch. The GM Corey is a stand up guy, and has gone above and beyond to make my experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, including giving me a great deal on the monthly Fast Pass (which I usually pass on because I always forget to use it, but Corey was so pleasant I got it anyway and have actually been using it lol). I would definitely recommend Take 5, but specifically this location, to everyone

UPDATE: Received a call after initial post promising account was closed…..and yet have been charged two more times….Buyer beware. Drove up to get ONE basic car wash. Guy came running over, claimed his name was Corey, claimed he was the manager, took my card and started pushing buttons real fast. Said he was making the entries because they had a promotion going on. Said he would call in a month to see if I wanted more washes. He lied and signed me up for the monthly re-occurring charges. Can’t get anyone to call me back. Bunch of crooks.

Employees were polite, car came out looking clean. There's a detail station, free to use for your convenience where they provide micro-fiber rags, and glass and multi-surface cleaners. There were enough supplies as well. Vacuums worked great and they even have air guns as well. There was one vacuum that was left dirty from previous use, but as soon as I let the employee know, he got to working on cleaning it immediately. Would come here again after this overall pleasant experience.

I haven’t used the car wash in several months. I’ve emailed them to cancel my monthly pass and they still keep charging $40 it dipped into my bills and I ended up being short on one of my payments. I didnt realize it until my credit people dinged me. I can never reach anyone! They owe me about 5 months of billing. I’m not even In Texas to use it! The car wash was nice when I did. But y’all need to answer your phone!! At this point I’m contacting BBB if I don’t get a refund!

I drove by looked over and said to my daughter, "a quick car wash let's do it! my car needs a nice cleaning in between detail". Corey came over explained what we get with the wash and really went above and beyond. The complimentary detail center, explanation as well as his grit to help clients as the GM helped the experience. Needless to say I now saved money and have a monthly membership. Thanks Corey and my car really appreciated the quick towel dry on a very hot day.

The manager Cory is amazing he always helps out and has a very promise positive attitude I prefer driving a little bit farther for this specific location one of the employees Brandon was very helpful I work at a take 5 oil change as an assistant shop manager so I can tell that they do whatever they can to keep customers coming and happy. They’re always coming up and checking on us and making sure we are getting the best experience while here.

The car wash worked really well. You could see the high quality of the equipment while gethe car washed. The vacuums worked on both sides of my car. I’ve had bad experiences with vacuum cleaners at other car washes. The complimentary microfiber towels, glass &interior cleaners were a nice touch. I paid for the $20 special (BOGO, so $10 each) and Cory checked on me a couple of times. It was about 100 degrees outside.

Great car wash always get the car nice and clean. They have free vacuums and towels to really make the car shine and are awesome. I like it so much. I even have the pass to get the car washed as many times as you want. Since pays for itself after going twice, the car always looks great. Also, I love how they turn the wash into a drive-through haunted house during Halloween.

My whole family loves this car wash! Location is very convenient. We have 3 car wash memberships in our house. Staff is friendly. Love that they provide detailing shelves with interior spray, window cleaner, and microfiber clothes for customers. The manager Corey is very professional, helpful, and also friendly. We've used 3 other nearby carwashes and this one is the best!

The best location in the area. The LakeWorth and Saginaw locations are nothing compared to this one. The vacuums always have great suction and the customer service is much better. I’ve been offered help numerous times just to help dry my car. I’d recommend this location though the Saginaw one is closer, I still come to the Blue Mound location.

This was my very first time at this car wash. There was a gentleman there by the name of Dakota, he was very helpful and very nice. He explained everything about the car wash, and all that it has to offer. He was very pleasant and very informative, which made my experience a good one. thank you Mr Dakota. Cool car wash! Reminds me of the Hot Wheels car wash I had when I was a kid with the glass walls. Reasonably priced and did a good job. Most other washes were closed because it was below 0 degrees. Dry time could have been a bit longer, but really that's just nitpicking. Free vacuums, but it was to darn cold, so I didn't use them.

Take 5 Car Wash on Blue Mound is simply amazing! they have an awesome detail center and Brandon was an amazing attendant. Actually came to my car while I was cleaning and greeted me and made sure everything came out okay! He was awesome and even gave me a free air freshener! Vacuums and wash were great! This place is a scam. Do not get monthly pass. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a response to cancel my membership and nothing. This email system they force you to use is pointless. Customer care rep doesn’t do anything. I just got charged again. They’re stealing from so many people.

Guy guiding me in was on his phone as my front wheel went up on rail instead of where it should go. Then the guy just went back in office. The Saginaw take 5 soaps down front end winshield, back end and back window this location clowns go in to talk on phone!!!!

Mike is always on top of his game. I'm there almost everyday due to my job. I'm in-law enforcement. I always have to clean my car out. Everybody knows me they're already. I've been there about a calendar year already. Good team appreciate everything they do.

Paid $25 for the “signature wash” which is their top of the line option and no one washed the windshield, wheels and tires or the front of my car, like every other car cash does so I basically paid $25 for a rinse that didn’t even get bugs off of my car

Would give a ZERO star. Smaller car wash, at lowest price of $10. Left the windows with spots, and VACUUMS do not have good suction. For $10 lowest price, the wash and vacuums need to be in FULL WORKING ORDER. Please dont waste your time or money here.

Great customer service! Corey was super sweet and understanding when I lost my RFID tag and needed to replace it. The wash is good quality with fun lights inside and the vacuums with the complimentary window, and interior sprays are worth every penny.

I have to say when they first opened service vacuums everything was great, but lately the vacuums haven't been working well. It nice they have cleaning products but also now they are over diluted.
