Update: visited the location on June 18 2018 for the 50% off everything in store event. Upon arriving a Talize worker was standing by the umbrellas and what I would consider new items organizing and talking/greeting customers. I overheard her saying to a customer that the umbrellas and white stickered items were included in the 50% off it was only items with a full white ticket that wasnt included. I walked over to the Talize staff member and asked for clarification and said I thought these were considered new items holding an item with the white sticker on it. She specifically said "Nope the white stickered items are included in the sale its the white tags that arent included" I thanked her for the info and continued to shop. I grabbed quite a few white stickered items and some used clothing. First they had 3 bathingsuits same size same brand 1 being sold as a set for $5.99 and the other 2 bathingsuits broken up and tops tagged $5.99 and bottoms tagged $4.99 which I find extremely odd when its the same brand same size same condition? So I brought it up to a manager who happened to be walking by who agreed. And said shed just make them all $5.99 sets when I got to the cash which I thanked her for. Upon getting to the cash the lady cashing me out let me know I wouldnt recieve 50% off the white ticketed items. I needed the manager to reprice the bathingsuits so I brought up the issue with the manager of the original staff I spoke with informing me white stickered items were included to which she didnt seem to care at all and refused to honour what her employee had said. In all other retail situations Ive encountered where an employee misinformed a customer management is usually apologetic and honour the mistake and retrain their employee. This actually happened to me at Value Village the previous week during their 50% off sale and VV completely honoured the employees mistaken advise was apologetic and as a manager took up the issue with her staff. The way Talize handled the situation left a horrible taste in my mouth for this place. Ontop of it upon arriving home 2 of 3 DVD players didnt work. And a shirt that was priced at 8.99 has a bunch of small holes in the front. It was so busy and packed in the store I didnt properly check over the item which is my fault but why are they now selling stained/ripped/holey items now. Theyve been around for less than a year and theyre already going downhill. I wont be back. Loved it. I am a huge thrift store shopper. I cant get enough of thrift stores. Definitely now committed to only shopping at Talize. Amazing deals, amazing items. Everything is clean and in perfect condition. Staff are friendly. They have a points program, plus manager specials, plus senior discount everyday! Oh and ontop of all of that they'll give you a $5 credit if you drop off a donation. All my stuff will be donated to Talize. Ive told everyone about them, brought my parents, my child and my partner. We all agree best thift shop in town.

Went there tonight with my mom I got two large very large (bag) of clothes. The red head kid behind the counter rang me up and never offered me a bag and then when I paid and had a giant pile of clothes on the table he just stood there and looked at me. I then asked if he asked me if I needed a bag and maybe I didn’t hear him. He said “no” pretty straight faced at me. I looked at the big pile of clothes/ books /etc and said, “so am I suppose to just carry these in my arms to car then? If you want me to pay for a bag I can I just never heard you offer it” He then said it’s fine and grabbed a big orange bag from behind the counter. But as if he actually expected to me to seriously take two trips of the stuff I just bought in my arms with no bag to my car and never thought of offering a a bag. Awful customer service. Not to mention some of their prices are very high for second hand and it damaged goods. Comparable prices to value village. I’m curious to know who prices their items and why they think it’s alright to sell things stained, ripped, damaged, items for such high prices. Who would pay 25 dollars for a dress with the lace totally destroyed. Or 30 belt with irreversible crinkles. I mean she did offer to lower it to 17, but that’s 17 dollars for crinkled leather what will never look the same. 17 dollars for garbage. Prices would be justified for items if they were in good quality maybe? But clearly whoever prices these things doesn’t actually take the time to inspect each item. They are likely selling you garbage. Way cheaper buying new. And anyone who says different isn’t shopping online right!

I am an hour away from the Kingston location. Twice I have been and got great deals with color coded tag deals. Today there were none. 50% off a few clothing sections where signs were. I spent 1/4 of what I normally would and today noticed how high prices are on used dish items, ceramics, clothing and purses etc. They told me you can't know ahead what day has what deal online or by phone. I want to pay $15-25 for used purses not even prestine condition, mens bsuit shorts $10 or little ceramic dish $6 or scarves $6-$10 ..used necklace or bracelets $9.. could name more but I won't return and I was told by staff member Im not the only one thats noticed and complained. These are donations and the greed seems apparent. Until a change i certainly won't drive there with those prices. Too bad really. Forgot to mention all price tags are placed over glassware, ceramics etc where the maker may show. It removes the sticker of maker or in covering it people scrape off to see. Why do you do that? The items as well are very dirty yet priced to high.

Prices have gone up a lot since I last visited the store. For example several women's long-sleeve shirts were between $8-10, and pricing of even poor quality shirts was over $5. On top of this change in pricing is their donation incentive program has become almost nil. Today we donated 4 full garbage bags of quality winter wear (which was a mistake when I saw their outrageous price changes), and received just one $5 off coupon. The Salvation Army Thrift Store and Value Village both have better donation incentives. Not that donations should come with a bonus, but let's be real, Talize is not a charity, they probably donate based on weight not profit. People in need can no longer shop here. Being on a budget means that while we just did a family closet purge, another family on a budget will not benefit. So I urge the rest of you to think twice about shopping here, and put your donations to better use at the Thrift Store, Vinnie's, or even online for free.

They pretend they're about kids, don't bring your kids in this store, the employees are extremely rude to kids. Very ignorant staff, they're poorly trained to deal with kids. I was walking out with very big bags with my 2 year old and she grabbed a display balloon on the way out, the two staff members followed her to the parking lot and took the ballo0n from her, this is after me spending $140 dollars there. They could have asked me excuse me your daughter took one of the display balloons. Instead two of them came out and ripped it out of her hands without asking, they never said a word. They were getting annoyed with her crying at the checkout so they made it a point to humiliate my kid. Very poor first impression.

I use to love this store and shop here on a regular basis, however, I've noticed the prices have increased and the quality of merchandise is declining. I was also very disappointed to see they only supply hand sanitizer at the front entrance doors before coming in and nowhere else in the store. Checkouts and fitting rooms didn't even have any. I had to go back through the entrance just to get some. Also, there were more customers in store than there should have been. Nobody was tracking how many customers were coming into the store. The parking lot was full. I likely won't be back until covid is over as I didn't feel very safe in that store. Such a shame

Yesterday was 50% off entire store! Love that they were opened at 7am( I think it was just for the event usually opened at 9am) and closed at 9pm . Organized and clean, friendly staff. Specially the young lady that was taking care of the change rooms. Can't remember her name but did tell her her happy tone of voice and care in dealing with customer that early in the morning was refreshing and appreciated. Asset to her work place. Would give her a gold ⭐ and 7 days to return items with tags still on. Win win if you are getting for hubby that was not there with me

  • Faith Laframboise

Usually very clean for a thrift store, and doesn’t smell musty. The staff are friendly, especially in the change rooms. This is my favourite thrift store because it is organized by colour and style so it is easy to find what you are looking for. Things are in the correct place and clearly labeled. Sometimes prices are a bit high, but that’s no different than any other thrift store in town. They also offer student discounts and ask you at the cash if you have any discounts. The sales are clearly marked right when you walk in so you know what to look for

  • Eve Green

I was there to buy some used curtains. I could have bought brand new for what you are asking for used. Also there was a glass pig that caught my attention. The only thing is I have one identical only a different color. You were asking 34.99 for it. Mine I bought 3 years ago and I only paid 20.00 for it. This store in Kingston Ontario is very expensive and the quality of your products are not up to standards as far as I am concerned. Wouldn't recommend that anyone should stay away and go somewhere else.

  • Alix Ireland

When Talize first opened in Kingston, it was my favourite thrift store for clothes. However prices have gotten completely out of control as management tends to fall back on their “50% off days” which vary greatly from day to day. The broken and stained items for $10 cheapen the entire brand. I saw a pilled, stained and faded Banana Republic coat sit at $79.99 all last winter. I don’t really bother going to Talize anymore but when I do I have a good laugh at how ridiculous the prices are.

  • Liz Kerr (redspice55)

A lot like Value Village, but cleaner looking. Items like clothing are a bit expensive, compared to buying brand new at Walmart. I'd rather shop at Walmart. I did buy 3 items: a toothbrush holder, a purse and a t-shirt. Wouldn't go there very often unless I wanted to browse for something specific, before I go somewhere else to buy new. I believe if they lowered the prices on items, which are donated to begin with, they would sell more stuff and make more money.

  • David Brownlee

The store is clean and well organized, some staff were present at 2 in the afternoon but not like it used to be. The prices have gone up probably double from the same time last year, which I understand with everything that is going on now but not everyone can afford to spend those kind of prices for clothes. I was looking at pants and jeans cheapest of either was $13.99 and up. I know it is cheaper than buying new but I used to find some for $4.99 to $9.99.

  • cycyccy “F” tf7ghih

I never get coupons whenever I donate here, and when you donate you are supposed to. One of your employees said I was lying when I said I donated, even though I walked in with a grocery bag and put it in the donate bin at the front. Idk whenever I shop here employees are rude, seems almost like im bothering them. Won't be going here anymore, prices also are ridiculously high for a second hand store, and you sell damaged items as well..

  • Ash Mueller

Prices have been through the roof. Talize came to Kingston with great selection and great pricing and is now one of the last stores I visit. I would have given 1 star, however they have increased the amount of 50% off sales which makes the pricing more affordable. Staff is usually friendly. Wish they would stock the shelves more. You can afford to go once every couple of weeks if you don't want to see the same things over and over.

  • Luke Wong

Horribe customer service. My wife bought me a shirt but I didn’t fit so I decided to return it two days later. I misplaced the receipt but the tag was still on the shirt, so I figured I could at least do an exchange for another shirt of the same value. The manager told me she could credit me half the tag value? Are you kidding me? I was just asking for an exchange. Pretty stingy for a store that gets all their cloths for free.

  • Rachael Forsyth

While this place started out with reasonable prices the price EVERYTHING has sky rocketed. I came here hoping to buy school clothes for my daughter for less. joke much? A pair of PANTS $29.99?are you kidding me? I donated THOUSANDS of my old clothes and they turn around and GOUGE the people??? Thrifting is IMPOSSIBLE in this economy I will no longer donate here. And I won't be setting foot in it EVER AGAIN

  • Kenneth Major

Great selection of items at fair prices. You sometimes have to look around to find the 'gems', but when you do, it's worth the effort! I managed to pick up a few new (original tags on!) brand-name clothes that I usually buy from the retailers, for much much less than I usually pay for them. I have also donated quite a bit to this location, and it's a quick and easy process. The staff are also very kind & helpful.

  • Kevin Hung

Prices are getting unreasonable. I shopped there for first few times. 1/3 of items are stained, torn or missing parts. Overpriced thrift or second hand store. It does NOT help the environment at all when everything is priced for insane profit. I heard that staff is underpaid, they should either lower the price or paid the staff better if they want to keep increasing the price. Probably ain't coming back

  • Kris

We love(d) this store.. until today. We went in to find **donated** items marked up more expensive than they were at full price! Completely disgusted! There was even a sweater that was priced (still expensive for a second hand store) at $24.99. We went to the cash to find the cashier rang it through stating it was marked wrong and wanted us to pay $68.00 for a donated sweater at Taleze!!!! Never again

  • A A

Management plays favoritism and has an abundance of communication issues. I started work here in June 2021 and quit July 2022 on the spot because of nothing being done to help with short staff and extremely poor management. The prices are too high and staff paid too little. Either lower your prices or pay the staff better. The sales team and supervisors are the only positive aspect of this place.

  • Crystal Nugent

I went with the intention of buy quite a few things. The coupon I down loaded was only good for one day and it was past. I left my basket of clothes with the cashier. I didn't but anything. It saved me a pile of money. I'm finding these places, Talize, and Value Village to be very expensive as they get all what they sell for free. I'll be spending more of my money at other smaller Thriff stores.

  • T K

Definitely better prices than value village. The selection of items is great and actually seems to be sorted through for quality purposes. Very well organized and clean. I have had help from their employees and have had positive interactions. Love the additional incentives to shop there like recieving coupons for donating as well as their points system for $$ off. Recommend for sure!

  • Kelsey McLaughlin

As a bargain shopper I think Talize is the place to go. The store is clean and organized with no harsh smell. The change rooms are bright and have a good amount of room. When checking out the staff are friendly. Military, Senior and Student discounts are offered on already great prices and they have an easy return policy. Donating items is simple and similar to other thrift shops.

  • Maddy Davidson

The past few times I've gone here, prices are ridiculous. 11.99 for a t shirt? I can just go to old navy and buy one for 5 bucks. Another issue is selling items that are clearly damaged or stained. Definitely raising prices for no reason, it's a second hand store for a reason. Only thing good about this store is that it's organized. Other that, very disappointing.

  • Mitchell

Great little (big) store. The location is nice and central, close to bus routes. The prices are in some cases outrageously low. The good thing is that if you know what you're looking for (and the specific brands to look for) you will get some pretty amazing deals here. I believe they get new stock every few days, so you can frequently visit and see new inventory.

  • K MacDougall

This is the newest thrift store in Kingston. It is a massive facility. They have everything ; toys, shoes, sports equipment, clothing and much more. The prices might be a tad more expensive than other thrift stores but it is because they gave nicer products. It's kept very clean and the workers are very helpful and nice. New and old stuff for any age.

  • Samantha F

Wasn't overly impressed with the store. Had heard good things but I don't feel it lived up to my expectations. Standard large format thrift store. They need to work on organizing their plus sized women's clothing. I'll go there again if I need something from a thrift store but I wouldn't choose it preferentially over any other thrift store.

  • E O

Nice store, organized. Some items here are quite overpriced, clothes in particular. However this store has some nice items here, I personally come here for books and DVDs. I got a horse plush here for my bed, and awhile later I was getting fleabites, not sure if the plush was the suspect or not? But overall I like this store, nice place.

  • Jeffery Smith

Do not shop here Customer service is bad and quality of products are extremely poor and they have no return policy at all they claim they will return for in-store credit however this is a total lie they do not accept returns and it's pointless asking for a manager as you will be told nobody is available worst customer service out there.

  • Hannah Sutherland

I love Talize! A wide selection of gently used clothing items from a variety of brands including many name brands. I bought the most beautiful set of hardcover books here that perfectly adorn my library bookshelves. I always find some treasure here, whether it's housewares, shoes, jackets or dresses! A must visit thrift shop!

  • Chris Warmington

Overall a good experience at Talize. Its a very clean store. The staff are great and very friendly. You can definitely find great deals here still. I have noticed certain items creeping up a lot in price and becoming expensive. But give them a go, they have a very good selection and there are certainly great deals to be had!

  • Mary

Store and washrooms are clean. However, Staff are not really pleasant and obviously racist. It seems they think you're there to steal their stuff. Color/brown people are followed in that store even when you buy more than $100 worth of stuff every time you shop there (you can tell they are over watching you) Creepy!!

  • Lori McLeod

The store is well laid out, in size and colour order. Department signage is large and easy to see. Lots of accessible room to move around. Staff are friendly and helpful, management is close by for any concerns and dealt with very quick. Fitting rooms are kept clear and well organized, a great shopping experience.

  • Nicki Doria

Love this place, stop in whenever I am in Kingston, and I always find something. Clothes are well organized, store is extremely tidy and it is easy to find what you are looking for. Staff are helpful and there are discounts for students, seniors and those who donate clothing on their visit. Worth checking out!

  • Shandi Ratz

Its an awesome store to shop in your allowed to bring your service dog in with you the customer service is always kind its a good place to shop i did notice tho since covid there prices have gotten higher like 29.99 for a used pair of jeans from American eagle is ridiculous but other then that good place

  • Deborah Kingston

Clothes are well sorted and it is easy to locate what you are looking for. Prices are not too bad and I have found sone pretty cute pieces there. I have found some pants with original price tags at a lower price than what the Talize price tag says. Bright well lit snd easy to navigate. Lots of selection!

  • Matthew Schell

Edit- since my original visit I have come to learn about their business practices and lack of any moral ethics. Stay away if you care at all about business ethics. Original- Beautiful store, Great customer service. I wouldn't even believe this is a thrift store but the prices are definitely thrift!

  • Jason Silver

While much cleaner, better organized, and maybe even hipper than value village, telize just doesn't have the selection one would like to see. As a man, I get pretty bored looking through their sparse junk shelves. The under glass area is pitiful too. Just not much to look at while the wife shops.

  • Colleen Shannon

I love that they organize the clothing by type, size AND colour. That way, if you go in knowing what you're looking for you dont have to spend a lot of time rifling through everything but if you want to browse you still can! Also, nice staff and not too crowded like some other thrift stores

  • Bob

All of the stuff we looked at was overpriced for the quality and condition they were in. $10 for a toddler shirt with at least 4 holes in it? I'd rather pay full price. Only reason I don't give a 1 star is because they offer a student/senior discount, and the staff are very friendly.

  • Kat J

This store is neatly organized by colour, style and size. There is a good variety of nicer brands and cheaper brands. The clothes are on the slightly more pricey side so this would be a good choice if you want to thrift shop for environmental reasons, but not for low cost clothing.

  • Joshua

Students, seniors and military personnel get a 10% discount. Great finds for more than reasonable prices. I consider this place better than most stores at the Cataraqui Town Centre. It’s really fun to visit and try on clothes with friends if you need an adventure and a distraction.

  • Staci Elliott

pricing is out of control there. $13 for a pair of toddler shoes. and they put an anti-theft tag straight through the strap, causing a big whole to an almost new pair of shoes. like, your getting your inventory for free, calm down. at this point, value village is cheaper.

  • Naomi Colquhoun

I know this sounds ridiculous, but the sound of all the hangers scraping on the racks throughout the store made it unbearable for me to browse long, it's sooo loud and high pitched. Also the prices seemed high for used clothes, $20 for a used dress is too steep for me.

  • Kathie Dick

I made my last donation and visit to Talize ever, recently. The prices for used items are through the roof. The fun of shopping in a thrift store for a special find is gone. I expect the profits made here are lining somebody’s pockets. My donations will go elsewhere.

  • A J

Fun place to shop, you never know what gems you will find. If you bring a bag for donation they will offer you a coupon for shopping. Check prices and thoroughly check items (especially clothing and bags) for any unrepairable rips, tears, broken zippers, etc.

  • Hamburger !

Very nice store. Big, clean, and well organized. Similar to nearby value village but with lower prices. Seniors discount every day. Make a donation and get a $5 coupon. Managers specials daily. Well worth a visit. Give yourself plenty of time to browse.

  • Sarah Pitcher

Great prices, good finds. Everything is colour coded making things easier if you have a favourite colour or item in mind. Make a donation and get 5$ off your purchase. Student discount every day off 10% off. Friendly staff and reward program as well.

  • Jessica leBlanc

Very dirty, staff members are incredibly ignorant, very award place, staff treat you as if you are there to get hand outs. I left the items on the counter and walked a way, I'm buying not begging. You lost my business forever. Lots of other shops.

  • Kathryn Reimer

Ridiculous pricing. I went in for mason jars and a very used jar was $2.47. I can buy new for 1.25. And so it went mostly through out the store. I get it, inflation happens. But stay competitive and remember, you’re selling USED items, not new.

  • Angela Dean

A new take on thrift shopping. Always clean and the staff have always been delightful. I LOVE how the clothing is organized according to size and colour, makes for a quicker browse of my options when I'm hoping to find something specific.

  • Viv

While visiting Kingston decided to stop in and check this Talize location out. I am giving 4 stars due to the smell that greets you as you come in and I think many locations are like this for some reason. The smell is of old clothes and

  • Jilly

It's one of the better second hand stores around in Kingston. Gotten lots of great deals and everyday they have something on sale. Another review was saying "prices are insane", then I say go to the mall, shop there for a reality check!

  • M

This store is very well organized and extremely clean, but the prices have really increased a lot lately. We used to shop here as it was super competitive compared to Value Village, but now it is on par if not worse than VV prices.

  • Alana B (alanapants)

Since the store is new, the clothing items are still sorted not only by size but also by colour, which was such a revelation for a used goods store! We found a few neat items for very reasonable prices. Lots of sports team apparel!

  • Jason Barriage

Very clean second hand shop. They sell everything from dishes to clothing and little odds and ends. All proceeds go to make a wish children's foundation. Excellent way to help a child 's wish come true just by shopping at Talize.

  • Parminder Kaur

Store is really good and they have lots of stuff at reasonable prices, atmosphere was good. All the workers were helpful, just one cashier was behaving somewhat rough, she might be having bad day. Overall experience was great.

  • P L

Prices are insane. 25% of items are stained, torn or missing parts. Really disappointing second hand store. It does NOT help the environment at all when everything is priced for insane profit and not to move out the door.

  • Phil Lajoie

What a wonderful second hand store! So clean and organized. Makes the other second hand store look like a dump. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who enjoys saving a buck on quality gently used clothing.

  • Trina Bartolo

It's always bright and tidy in Talize. The prices are more than reasonable, and there is a lot to choose from. The staff are friendly and very helpful too. They have nice changerooms and a really great washroom.

  • Steve Sweet

I have to say that this place surprised me. Think Value Village, but a bit cheaper. The staff are very helpful and willing to go out of their way to do it. A pretty decent place if you are looking for deals.

  • Madisson Miller

Organized and easy to find what I was looking for. Got 4 pairs of pants for $55 so the deals are great too, but the quality of my purchase is good too. Dusty change rooms but otherwise a great experience.

  • HAS Smith

Overwhelming when you walk in..but the anticipation of variety w less expensive price tags helps you focus. Yes prices are more..but more name brand clothes hanging on the racks for the deal seeker!!!

  • Sandy Miller

The staff is always super friendly and the prices are pretty good. The store is kept quite clean and the areas are kept quite organised. It is probably one of the most positive places to thrift shop!

  • Mark Pelton

Best prices around on second hand stuff. Everything seems to be cheaper then other thrift stores. Very friendly staff. Every clean and well organized store. Plus they offer multiple discounts.

  • jesse

Not really a discount store Just a used clothes store Old Navy sells shirts for 7 bucks, and so does talize I bought 3 pairs of pants and it's was 65 bucks. Lower prices and I would 5 star

  • Sheila Hiltz

Great variety to choose from. Overall pleased with experience. Products like kitchen ware and some other stuff needs to be wiped down/disinfected before it goes out onto the shelves.....

  • Greg Baxter

One of the newer stores in this chain of thrift stores. Very clean and some bargains to be had. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Parking is adequate. Worth a stop on your thrifting trips.

  • Janene M

Prices were a bit higher than expected for a thrift store. Selection was ok - some plus sizes which was nice. Clean store, and not busy. Siper easy to get into/out of off of Gardiners.

  • Cathy L

I love Talize. The prices are amazing compared to VV. They have a nice select and the staff are so friendly. Only thing I cannot find there is a dehumidifier... donate one someone lol

  • Jackie Sturgess

Love the colour coordinated selections of everything. Reasonably priced used clothing, toy, household items, electronics and furniture. Loyalty cards and promotions keep me coming.

  • Chrystal Garrity

Worn out clothes for gently used prices. Example being a pair of faded Nike yoga pants with barely visible logo, complete with pilling all over them as well, price? $18.99. Gtfo!

  • Troy Halladay

Great store for thrift shopping, amazing brand names and many other, kids clothes teen clothing and adult, great prices and great staff. Tons of parkkng and wheelchair accessible

  • Ghazal Khademi

Hit or miss. Found myself putting things back due to pricing. But found lots of luck in other areas of the store. Was able to find some really nice things here a few years ago.

  • braden m113

Good selection good prices on somethings others npt so much. Staff are always pleasent and helpfull good clean store. Overall good shopping experiance i keep going back.

  • Rhonda Arnold-Bell

The store is clean and organized. Their price have went up since covid. But did have 50% off all shorts and I got a pair of men's shorts and 2 pair for myself for $14.

  • Angie Carey

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE shopping there. Employers are very helpful, courteous and the prices are fantastic!! So much better than Value Village! This is my go to store now!

  • Layna Reise

Everybody working, wore a mask, or a face sheild, and everything was very organized, labeled and sanitary. Extremely pleased with my visit. Well stocked as well.

  • Roger S

Lots of blazers and pants and all sorts of items. The back right of the store smelt like urine. Otherwise give it a try never know what you are going to find.

  • James M Larsen

This place is great! Quick turnover of product means lots of treasures and deals to be had. In house rewards, daily sales, and discounts never cease to amaze

  • Michael Stoneman

Talize always seems to have what I want. It's close to home and has a daily senior's discount. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Great place to shop.

  • Ian Blois

It's very similar to value village except everything costs more (almost double). Selection is decent, but most prices I will not pay at a thrift store.

  • Marsha Johnston

Was very impressed! Store is clean and hasn't got the odour present in many clothes "re-cycling" stores. The colour coding is great for mix and match.

  • Christina Lee

I love the prices. And most of the staff is delightful. However the dressing room lady was very rude. But I didn't let her ruin my time spent there

  • Antony Steel

Not a lot of choice in the large, XL, XXL ranges. Some really unique items way overpriced for a 'thift' store. Got what I wanted without much fuss.

  • Jean Guy

Great deals, friendly staff. Can't find a better store. Watch for silver fish! Found dropping all over poker table! Bed bugs as well! Just FYI!

  • Michelle M

I love going to this store! Usually have some great items and the staff are always nice. They are taking great measures for cleaning, as well.

  • Obaynne Dawnstar

So much variety Decent prices (like value village $) for thrift Change rooms and bathroom that is regularly cleaned Friendly staff

  • Carie Sutcliffe

I absolutely LOVE shopping here. Your store has so many lovely things. Clean. Well organized. Helpful staff. Well done!!

Nice finds. But pricing can really be too much since the product is free. Staff are nice. Store is always very clean.
