"Tallawong station is one of the best metro/train station beside those station in the city"
"Monday, 29 November"
"An excellent brand new station forming part of the new Metro network! This station is the first stop of the NorthWest metro"
"Brand new station made for new Sydney Metro, it has a train maintenane facility close to it since this is the last station or first metro station for Chatswood"
"Tallawong metro station is the 1st metro rail station on the metro line to head towards Chatswood and later when completed to the City and onto Bankstown in 2024? Large station, plenty of room, safety barriers, toilets, trains run about every 4 - 10 minutes in peak hour"
Tallawong station is one of the best metro/train station beside those station in the city. The architecture is unique and the platform is underground. wheelchair accessible with very good services of toilets and the drinking water. Train replacement bus station are just step ahead from platfprm exist. The gardening outside station give extra charm to the entire surrounding. The roads aren't so busy, very rare vehicles so there is no zerbra crossing near by station. There is large open free car parking services outside station. on few minute walk from there we can reach to the highway and next to that a lot of construction work going on. Talking about shopping center and suppermarket for buying food and drinks, there is nothing for shopping. That is just the station and is totally new so not so much customer alight there. Just for coffee lover, there is on small coffee shop on the street. Ovearall Tallawong station is very good.
Monday, 29 November. I waited 15 minutes at Tallawong for a bus to Schofields. The bus crawled for half the route - and had to do a three-point turn around a roundabout to get into Schofields station precinct. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for a Richmond train. Then the train sat there at Riverstone for 10 minutes, then at Mulgrave for 10 minutes... (which is alongside a level crossing, so cars could not go, either; No one was moving.) Then the suburban train absolutely crawled at snails pace into Richmond station - this would not be tolerated by commuters getting off busier Epping or Chatswood station - so why so here? It is absolutely breath-taking that the Metro was not extended 3.9km to link up with the NW / Richmond / T1 rail line in the first place... instead it falls three large blocks short.
An excellent brand new station forming part of the new Metro network! This station is the first stop of the NorthWest metro. The facilities are all modern and new. I was fortunate enough to attend the grand opening on 26 May 2019. We rode the first public train out from Tallawong to Chatswood. Key highlights of this station are: 1. Linked to the bus network 2. 1000 car parking spaces 3. 55 bike storage spaces 4. 10 taxi spaces 5. 27 kiss and ride spaces 6. On demand public transport - the first of its kind in Australia! This station has a state of the art safety system with glass barricades to prevent track accidents and is designed with accessibility and inclusion in mind. This is a sign of great things to come!
Brand new station made for new Sydney Metro, it has a train maintenane facility close to it since this is the last station or first metro station for Chatswood. It has plenty of parking which is still not enough as It is difficult to find parking after 8am. They have underestimated the requirements since there is lot of development happening in this area and many new houses coming up in the surrounding areas. They could have gone for multilevel parking building. Station is bit quite but going to be a busy space in coming days, there is only one coffee shop and couple of vending machines right now.

The "M" North West Metro opens on Sun 26th May 2019. First trips from both Chatswood and Tallawong will be at 11:05am. Normal service commences the following day and trains will run every 5 minutes during weekday peak hours (to be increased in late 2019 to every 4 minutes) and every 10 minutes at other times. Until late 2019, the last train at night will depart Tallawong at 21:25 and Chatswood at 22:05 - replacement buses NW1 & NW2 will operate until last service.
"The end of the line" Great trains& stations. I love all the stations along the 1st metro line in Sydney. Brilliant quality & all round high standards in every station. Pity there's no staff to be found but that's what you get going driver-less. %100 awesome system to ride on with the stations all unique but the same if you get what I mean. Totally love the whole line..
First metro station in the Norwest line , plenty of carparks available however it gets filled quickly in the morning before 7.45 am... Good luck If you are looking for a parking during weekdays outside of this time ... Plenty of disabled parking available even though it's empty most of the time ... Also there is a small Caffe called applugum opens door in the morning
This is the Last Stop of Australias’ first Driverless Metro. It is located in the suburb of Tallawong, NSW in the northwest of Sydney. It is clean and tidy station with wheelchair access. It has plenty of parking but usually all of them are full by 8am in the weekdays. People around Schofields, Marsden Park, The Ponds, and Tallawong itself uses this station.
Neat new Metro station that has easy bicycle access from bicycle routes. I road in from Parramatta on Old Windsor Road cycleway. Trains regularly, easy to access gates, easy access to platform, bathrooms, vending machines, good indication boards, safety gates that only open for passangers after train has arrived.
I really enjoyed the train ride from Epping to Tallawong, journey was fast and convenient. The station should really be named "The Ponds" as it is the nearby suburb it serves. Also, it really should be extended to Schofields to connect passengers with the trains on the Richmond branch line.
I am a tourist from India... Travelled 1st time in this " Driverless Metro "... It was wonderful experience to travel... Without any fear. People are reading something / eating something around. This Metro / Station is very clean & neat... I would love to travel again & again.
All good. But need to extend parking space. The progress of development of this area is less than 10% but parking space were full before 8 AM. (Before COVID-19) Most of people might feel the same thing as me. After Covid-19 , it is going to be the war of hunting parking area.
Easy to park as there is a lot of spaces. The spaces are tight though. Overall station is clean and you don’t need to wait long for the next ride. I love the metro and look forward to seeing more stops and connections in future.
The end of the Metro line. It is very quiet here, and there is a coffee shop right outside the station. There are elevators and staircases and after using the elevators you find yourself around the middle of the platform.
Should be called The Ponds Station, or Riverstone or Schofields or Rouse Hill North anything but Tullawong, Tullawong is in QLD and as far as I know is not a suburb of northwest Sydney. Rename it to make it better.
Till now the last station of Sydney Metro. Its a beautiful and not crowded station I have ever visited. Can't find any restaurant or shops nearby but have seen a new Tallawong Village is opening soon.
Can do with more parking lots, it being the end/start station for the Metro line. Has the potential to become a social hub for Riverstone when the Tallawong Village is completed.
A very well presented Railway station in Rouse Hill. very open drive in area and drop off point make this train station a very easy station to drop off at or pick up
What A poor planning in terms of car parks space, People with Kids after dropping kids at school no space left for car park , Car park usually get full at 8:00 am .
Nice lady staff safely held my lost property until I came back for it. Without her I would've been obliterated by the barrage of consequences of losing that item.
Very good service but not enough parking compare to people commute. Parking get full 7.20 in the morning . They should have think little bit advance.
There should be more parking especially since uni students will use it to get to uni. Either develop more parking or less people will use it.
Nice new metro station with modem features and easy to use new train to Chatswood with stops along the way.
Very clean and modern train station, wish it went a few stops further towards Marsden park/Hawkesbury
Very clean and safe place with gret parking snd amazing pick up and drop off spots 5 stars nice starf
Final stop on the Sydney Metro that currently starts at Chatswood. Clean well set out Metro station
It’s one & only metro station for people in Riverstone and Schofields travelling towards Chatswood
The Sydney Metro is local to the Northwest Sydney Growing Areas (such as The Ponds and Schofields)
This station is super cool, especially when it was called Cudgegong Road railway station!
Love the Metro - great parking, clean stations, great information about trains and trips.
Brand new first station of North West Metro .. with all facilities and big car park...
Truly amazing. So different from only having the 601 to catch when I was a lad....
No parking spaces available. Had to park 15 minutes walk away in the next suburb.
Well set out, easy walk from The Ponds and love the Cooee bus too.
Brand new metro station. Hope there will be more frequent trains.
Lots of parking yet still never any spots
New station and the building is great.
Very good to catch the metro rapidly.
3 minute walk from my cousin's house
The end of the line. Nice tidy stop.
