Nickel and dime you to death with their fees. Not friendly and vno customer service skills. Moving insurance, getting almost double coverages, and others, they do not offer for less money. Was being way overcharged. Highly recommend you check with other carriers as they are very high priced and not friendly.

I have been with Talro for quite some years now and have honestly never had an issue. Whoever I chatted with was professional and helped me with whatever insurance needs i had. They deserve the star rating i gave and if a place is horrid and not up to professional standards, I'll be honest about it.
