There is a guy standing there pretending he is from the gas station but he isn’t. He is helping you with a “service” but in the end he is just trying to get money from you. The machine doesn’t return any change and that’s what he is waiting for cause any credit doesn’t help you if you leave the country. So then he gets his share by giving you part of the overpaid money. Had a huge argument with him because of that…So just watch out there and just do your refuelling all by yourself and don’t let you “help” by anybody. I was close to call the police but for a quite small amount of money it wasn’t worth it especially when you don’t speak the language.

Le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. ES UN TIMO!!! Me robaron 50€. Pones el dinero por adelantado y si se llena el tanque antes de cubrir todo el dinero no te lo devuelven, tienes que volver al siguiente día, si no, se lo queda el chico que trabaje allí. No hay nadie para poner reclamaciones ni para resolver problemas, solo una persona que no tiene ni idea del funcionamiento ni de la atención al cliente. En mi caso, tarde 1 minuto en abrir el coche para meter la gasolina y la máquina se bloqueó y no me devolvió los 50€ . Me quedé sin gasolina y sin dinero. No vuelvo a Nápoles y mucho menos a esta gasolinera.

AVOID at all costs! SCAM!!! My partner and me got ripped off by 120 € instead of paying the 7€ worth of fuel we actually put into our rental car just before returning it. The system of paying and refuelling is full of security flaws, which means a lot of potential for criminals to make use of. Local people there are waiting for tourists to step into their traps. We paid for fuel other people put in their cars. I wish I had read the reviews here before using this station. Now I can only share my experience, since Tamoil didn’t want to help after we contacted them.

Before refueling you have to put your card and they will authorize 101 € , and there is no option to chose any other amount, which they will deduct on spot , refueled the car for 45€ , thinking the rest will be refunded , but it never happened. Should be reported to the authorities and looked into , since the automation is not clear and someone passing through can’t know that it’s a scam happening in the middle of the road by the station it self. AVOID ! There are other petrol stations close by , better to try your luck on them .

FRAUD ALERT!!! Don’t go to this gas station! Like other reviewers, we experienced fraud at this gas station. We arrived with a credit card, U.S. dollars, and Euros. The attendant refused our credit card, requested Euros for fuel, and promised change. After filling up, he claimed he had no change. Despite a heated argument, we chose not to involve the police due to the small amount involved. Clearly, this is a fraudulent situation.

Une honte, à éviter, un homme s'est fait passer pour le garagiste, il m'a fait le plein, puis à du faire le plein sur mon compte auprès de quelqu'un d'autre. J'avais normalement la moitier d'un plein à faire sur une fiat panda, soit 40euros maximum, j'en ai eu pour 100 euros, je ne comprends pas que la compagnie n'arrête pas ce genre de pratique, c'est de leur responsabilité. Ils devraient être attaque en justice.

They ripped me off by 101 euro. The operator guy "helped" me with the card prepayment, despite I asked him to stop disrupting me. When the prepayment was done, another guy teared off the receipt from my hand, and drove away with a BMW. The operator said that the payment was not successful, and I should prepay with cash. I am writing the story to my bank, to Mastercard, the Napoli police and the Guardia di Finanza.

It is scandalous: a man who said he was a Tamoil employee scammed me: I put in my credit card and my code then the man came and said that my card didn't work. I left thé station and the next day, €94 was debited from my bank account. it's a scam and I can not do anything. @Tamoil: you should have cameras: contact me and I will share the information to find this scammer. Morever, do you think I can be reimbursed?

Better to avoid this gas station for safety reasons! Some guy (without company T-Shirt or any official branded clothing) was organizing operations of this gas station while smoking cigarette. We immediately left this place.

흑인 한 명이 도움을 주는 척하며 돈을 편취합니다. 직원인지도 불분명합니다. 유럽의 주유소 카드 시스템상 선불 후 넣은 금액의 처액만큼 재결제 되는 시스템인데 이를 악용하여 사기를 칩니다. 이를 입증하는 것도 쉽지 않고 렌트카 반납 직전하여 주유를 하는 곳이기 때문에 피하는 것만이 상책입니다. 렌트카나 주변 사람들은 다 알고 있는 듯한데 도움을 바라지는 마세요. 그저 망하기를 바랍니다.

I’ve edited my review. Initially the €101 charge was pending. Only €25 actually charged. Can’t speak for other reviewers but I wasn’t scammed in the end. I don’t like the setup though.

Pagamento self con carta di debito. Azionato il distributore non parte da 0 euro ma da già € 0, 20. Constatato più di una volta. Vergognoso.

Intenté pagar con tarjeta, me denegaron la operación, tuve que pagar en efectivo, y al cabo de 2 días me encontré un cargo de 58€

Roubaram-me 101 euros. Não utilizem esta bomba. Fraude! Além do combustível que paguei debitaram mais 101 euros. Uma vergonha!

Comme beaucoup d'autres nous nous sommes fait arnaqués: 70€ prélevés sur la CB pour une dizaine de litres d'essence.
