I recently attended a game and bought a jersey in this store. I didn't realize until I got home, they didn't heat seal the letters correctly and the name patch was half on. For one, a $300 jersey should be stitched on, not heat pressed. But for two, for $300 the jersey should not have defects, especially on game day. I emailed and a gentleman said I could bring it in to get it re-pressed....ok. I'm only available on weekends and was told to call him to make sure someone would be there. I called on a Saturday and Noone would be there to help. Honestly I don't have the time to drive over to Tampa on their time to get the $300 jersey fixed. I would like a trade in, Mail in or simply my money back. It's really not worth the hassle

I ordered a Tampa Bay Lightening Jersey with 2 Day Shipping on December 17th and today is December 26th. I have tried to contact the e-store by phone and get nothing but voicemail. I called the store on Channel Side and someone told me that they would contact the e-store and get back to me but that never happened either. I understand that this is the around Christmas and that everyone is busy but when you order something and pay for 2 day shipping you should receive it and if there is a back-order or other issue then you should be notified by phone or email.

On July 10th I ordered $225 worth of Lightning shirts. The website had a notice at the top of the page "May take 2 weeks to ship" Well As of Today Aug 2, 2021 My order still says "last updated July 10th " Awaiting Fulfillment. " They took the money out of my checking account on July 12th. When I emailed them on July 20th just to make sure my order was not some how missed, I was reminded of the fat that It said when I order that it may take 2 weeks to ship. We are long over that time now and I emailed them again and have gotten no response.

Tampa Bay Sports Store not only has the best Lightning gear but they also have the best staff! Ally is the BEST, she went above and beyond to help! I can not say enough good thing about the Lightning, the Amalie Arena, or the people that work there! This girl got herself an early bday present (a #20 Nick Paul jersey) the day after he signed a 7-year deal, thanks to this store and their staff! I had the time to wait and walked out with the jersey the same day!

Placed an online order then received and email saying item was no available but they already charged my credit card. It’s been 2 weeks and no refund and no one answers the phone when you call and are very rude via email. Their answer was “ according to our records we issued a refund so take it up with your bank”. Guess what, they didn’t wanna give me proof but they will have to answer to the bank. Horrible buying experience. Never again!!

I’ve been shopping with TB Sports for many years, both online and in-store. Always worth paying a little extra to support the local team store, plus the quality of products is 10x better than fanatics. Recently had a minor issue with a jersey, which was throughly resolved by the TB Sports team. They care about their customers and that speaks volumes about the entire vinik/lightning organization!

Terrible Experience, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I bought the wrong size shirt online, tried to exchange for a larger one. I emailed multiple times, I called Multiple Times never got any email or calls back. I called the store they said they would pass the information along to the online people, Guess what no one called.

Came a day or so before opening night and selection was poor. I had hoped to get my son a vasilevskiy Jersey but none in stock. I settled for an autographed puck. Clerk didn’t mention thunder bugs kids club, which I would have gotten while there. I ended up ordering it online while in Tampa which is kinda ironic.

I called during business hours to ask a question and someone answered but didn't speak. When I said "Hello" they quickly hung up on me and then wouldn't answer even though I called back several times. My wife and I are season ticket holders but won't be much longer at this rate. Very poor experience.

I brought in several Lightning and Bucs jerseys to have patches applied Andrew was amazing He worked with the temps to make sure that my football jerseys came out great His expertise and customer care are a credit to the Lightning Store Great Job!!!

Ordered 3 items only one was what I had ordered the other two items were not what I purchased. Tried calling but never get anyone to answer. Emailed and got a response after a few days then nothing. It’s been a month since I’ve received the items.

Expensive and every time I have ordered online, the order is refunded and they say its sold out. The items are still listed for sale on the website. Great business model; take your money for a month for items they don't have and then refund it.

Frustration with what should have been a couple minutes stop in and pickup my playoff pack turned into 20 min. They could not find my package, so I waited while they created another. They were attentive so that is why 3 and not lower.

Big thank you to Jim who went above and beyond to help me get to the arena (and there was a game), park, get into the store, get the jersey and got me checked out. He was incredibly patient and helpful beyond words!! Thanks Jim!!

Helpful staff, constantly getting new things but dont know what delivery schedule is. It is a long trek from northern Pinellas county only to discover the thing you really want either hasnt arrived yet or is sold out.

I love coming here and getting stuff to support my favorite team! They always keep things fresh with gear for different seasons and events. I always make sure to come by the store when they have new releases

Huge selection of Tampa Bay Lightning merchandise and clothing...pricey but to be expected as the shop is right at the arena..if you are looking for a particular item, this is the best place to go

Trying to call the store during business hours to find out if something is in-stock results in nobody answering, no returned calls. Middle of the week, middle of the afternoon (non-peak time).

Beware of the Jersey customization! $100+ for cheap iron-on vinyl numbers and plates. If you buy a jersey, buy a blank and get real stitched numbers elsewhere for less money.

A bit pricey, but if you have the season ticket holder discount it isnt so bad. Customer service is great and there's a variety of products to choose from.

My lettering came off my jersey, from another company. They fixed it here for free in 5 min. Who gives that knid of service? Bolts for Life

Great sport's store, just an FYI, no cash only credit cards thru out! Original gear love the Shirts! Prices are a wee high but worth it.

Everyone here is nice and helpful. The stuff is too expensive, but that isn't really unexpected. The selection is pretty good.

As a fan of The Lightning, you will find everything you need here, and the staff is great. Love to come here when in town.
