Update: The Tampa Furniture Outlet apology below includes more deceit. What a horrible way to treat a senior citizen.On July 4th, 2023, I was asked via text to provide an address. I did NOT decline their solution (a $200 refund via check for a broken bed). I countered and they asked for my address. A good faith negotiator would follow through. They did not. They are not sorry. If they were they would have sent a check. A $300 discount (my counter) for a broken bed is a bargain for this unethical business. UPDATE: And another warning. After TPO posted the insincere apology below, I have not received the refund they indicated they would mail to me. Such an easy fix, but clearly they’re not interested in making my situation right.This is the deceit and unethical behavior I have experienced since May!! BEWARE! Take a look at reviews on Yelp, or Better Business Bureau Rating (F) before trusting what Google Reviews say. Customer Service is deceitful. After spending nearly $6000 at the store, we were disappointed to have our bed unusable after improper installation, resulting in cracked rails and faulty support posts. The rails were replaced, but the support posts are cheap and broken. After more than 13 phone calls, multiple text messages and two emails, we have no resolution. I was promised a phone call from Nemo to resolve this issue two weeks ago. Broken promises do not sit well with me.

Horrible service/ DO NOT BUY from TAMPA FURNITURE OUTLET bought expensive $1100 plus Barcelona bed in 09/21 was told will receive by 11/21 called weekly finally received in 12/21 and headboard DAMAGED and DISCOLORED. Called the same day sent email and pics as requested by my salesman Tai and Sonny. Manager Luna stated filed a claim waiting on ETA for headboard. Since 2/2022 waiting patiently and been getting a run around. Have been told call tomorrow and in few hours and they never pick up. Finally talked to Luna stated she’s the store manager and notified me they can do a touch up for me and the item is discontinued. I notified them why did they tell me that before I’m not paying for damaged bed and if they told me the day it was delivered I would have returned it. They kept stringing me along until today 5/3/2022 they can touch up and will not be able to replace it with the same headboard. If I wanted something similar I would have bought it instead of the one I have so I told them to give me my hard earned cash given for the bed so I can buy the same bed from another store. They will not give me the money back. I would never buy anything from them they wanted me to give a good review with in fees of buying I’m glad I didn’t. So save your money and buy it from someone else. My first AND definitely my LAST time buying from TAMPA FURNITURE OUTLET.

Lots of great selections here that you may not see elsewhere or in more mainstream stores. They have beautiful decor items. We definitely plan to come back! Kay was super helpful & gave us a lot of good deals. He helped us find the perfect living room set, and an upgraded for a bed set and he even threw in a complementary rug. Delivery guys that came were lazy, and had my Friend not known Spanish and not been here at the time to know what they were saying behind our backs, ( they wanted to just leave us with the boxes, without setting anything up even though we were promised they would take everything out and set everything up. They also told us they’d arrive between 6-8 pm and came 15 minutes before 8pm claiming they were in a rush and didn’t have time.) My mom and I wouldn’t have been able to set everything up and take all that furniture out by ourselves… (she’s an elder woman and I’m fairly small….) Luckily Kay helped talk to them about taking out our old furniture! Great service from the company just wish they hired better delivery guys

Tampa Furniture Outlet has such a wide variety of furniture to shop. They lay their store out so as you walk across, you go from from more modern looks over to the traditional style of furniture, making it easy to identify your style. Sunny was my sales representative. He gave me tme and space to look on my own in the beginning, checking on me occasionally. As I narrowed my search down, he was pulling up pricing on the combinations I liked the best, knowing I was on a tight budget. The sectional that I chose did not have a chair. Sunny took the initiative to discuss with me different chairs on the showroom floor that would compliment my choice. He even went as far as to find a pillow that matched a chair color and fabric so I could see it next time the couch. I have to say he helped me choose well. Thank you, Sunny! Their customer service is beyond compare, even down to their delivery team. A big thank you to the delivery team for making the extra effort so I wouldnt have to wait another 2 weeks. We'll worth the money on all fronts.

Just moved to Florida. We have heard Tampa Furniture outlet was an excellent place to check out. We went there the first time to get an electric fireplace tv stand. Nemo was very pleasant to work with and gave us an awesome price. We were able to put it in our car and bring it home the same day. We needed a living room set and decided to go back to Tampa Furniture Outlet because of their great service. Again we were not disappointed. Met again with Nemo and again he was very pleasant to work with and again gave us the best price. We did check a few other furniture stores and Tampa Outlet was the best by far. If you ever need any furniture they have a great selection and everything we bought was in stock which is a plus plus. Can’t go wrong with Tampa Furniture Outlet. Went here to find a sofa/sectional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by James and asked if i needed any help, I explained the type of sofa I was looking for because they have sooo many to choose from, the place is huge and filled with all kinds of furniture. He showed me one of the sectionals and I loved the deepness of it and wanted it. I got a great price and a free rug as well. James was wonderful from start to finish and got my stuff delivered in 2 days which is amazing other stores have 2-3 week delivery dates, even online stores. If you’re looking for good quality furniture come here and ask for James, one of the nicest sales person that actually does his job with such a positive attitude. I will definitely be back to get more pieces for my home!!

From the time I walked in and Luis assisted me until a few weeks later when I came back to make my purchase, I was treated with respect. Luis listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for while I was shopping for a queen sized bed for my son and wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He talked to my son, who is 15, as an adult and really listened to him and that helped us find the bed we wanted and even though we checked out other stores, the friendly, family like environment is why we returned. This place has a variety of beautiful furniture that would cater to anyone's tastes and style. The prices are surprisingly very good and affordable. Thanks Moe & Luis for the great service!!

Amazing customer service, Adriana and Ty were a great team. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We lost all of our furniture due to the hurricane and desperately needed guidance which is exactly what they did for us. We drove all the way from orlando and I’m glad we did. Adriana was the sales rep that showed us every piece of furniture and Ty, the sales manager was very helpful as well. I highly recommend their products, they have a great selection of beds, living room sets, mattresses, dining sets, tables, etc. They have everything you can think of at great prices. Other furniture stores sell cheap products but you can tell these are name brand couches and dining sets that are quality.

I went to this place after messaging with a salesman Ty through market place. I drove to the store. I was impressed with the inventory. I asked for TY and he came up introduced himself to me. I told him a wanted to look around. He checked up on me a few times. I saw a piece I liked and couldn't make my mind up. I told him I like this sectional but need to think about it. I texted him and he responded right away. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen right away. With in a hour I had it to my front door. TY is a very professional and has a great personality. I recommend asking for TY. TY makes it happen right away!!

I recently decided to purchase a new living room sectional. I found Furniture Factory Outlet after browsing the over-priced furniture stores advertised. FFO had a huge selection of couches and other furniture, at a price that was much more reasonable for my budget - even for the name brands. I ordered and it was delivered that same week! I couldn't believe they actually had it available and was able to deliver so quickly, but they did as promised. The guys delivered and set everything up perfectly. This was the best and least stressful furniture buying experience I can ever recall having! :)

We went to pick up our sofas on the date scheduled and come to find out the associates at the warehouse sold our sofas to someone they knew. Knowing that it had a reserved tag on it. The Manager did not accommodate and has his two female associates try to handle the situation. The two associates were Amazing and did everything to satisfy our outcome. The day of the delivery, the warehouse dept called and said they couldn’t deliver it until the next day since no one put us on the schedule (and we were guaranteed for a certain date). Horrible attitude!!! Will not purchase from there again.

Moe was OUTSTANDING! He greeted us upon arrival and gave us space to look around the store. When we found a coffee table we loved, we were given the wrong price by a different store associate. Without even hesitating, Moe gave us a discount for the inconvenience and was able to have the coffee table delivered the SAME DAY. Within a few hours, the sweet delivery man dropped off our already assembled coffee table. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes of making our furniture selection. Make sure to look for Moe - I will most definitely be back!

This store gives you one of the worst customer service, no professionalism. Let me highlight some specifics: 1. Price what you see is not right. It all depends on your negotiating power. Why do you even display it then? 2. You must have to buy something and leave the store, otherwise they disrespect you as much as they can. 3. Every tom claims he is the owner, and everyone have their own rules. 4. After all this kind of standards, they ask you compare the prices in line with Ashley. Really??? Will never visit this place again.

Mark and his wife Fanny were tremendous to deal with while I have not personally met Fanny. She's been remarkable via text checking up on the purchase and guiding me on how to get a small issue with the patio set I bought resolved. The prices are phenomenal. The customer service is friendly and welcoming, and the transition from the store to the warehouse where I chose to pick up my own item was seamless. They were literally waiting for me and put it in my car. Outstanding experience, and I highly recommend the store.

Terrible service, cheap knock off furniture. Spent $2000 for a bed and dinning chairs, only to get furniture that looked like the pictures but in cheaper quality. 3 of the dinning chairs front legs don't fit, modifications are needed. I was able to make them fit but the hardware were missing. Can't put them together and they won't send the missing pieces saying it was our responsibility to check before leaving the warehouse. Will never buy from them again. Everyone should be aware.

Just received our couch from Tampa Furniture Outlet. From shopping to delivery, the whole process was a breeze, and even fun! Nemo assisted me over chat and in person and verified that my requested sofas where in stock before we drove 2 hours to pick up. He was very polite and professional and got us a great price! Only small issue is the feet where not attached to sofas when we picked up and did not realized they are tied under sofas cushions. I was here today get a bedroom set and Sunny taking good care os me. I very get what I need for my home. When I got my bed room set and it was damaged a little bit in the back of the dresser, I sent Sunny a one massage and he replaced another one the next couple days. I've never had an issue until today. I brought 3 rooms from Tampa furniture outlet without an issue. Today I get my chimney delivery and they didn't assemble just left it in the box. They stated it was a drop off only. I requested drop off with assemble but sales guy didn't do this sale correctly won't buy ever again from this place. They just lost a customer and many others as well.

Ehab was a great sales person with extremely well communication and effort to make sure I got the furniture I wanted at a price that couldn’t be beat else where. Exceptional furniture store with great staff. Will make sure to use Ehab again when buying furniture in the future. Watch out for the "Regular Price" listed on the tags. Those are marked up. Pics attached as proof. Ashley serving table from Ashley $1059.99, Tampa outlet claiming regular price as $2099. For an outlet, the floor price for them shouldn't be anymore than $850. Do your research.

I don't recommend anyone to buy here. I paid for my entire piece of furniture and when I went to look for it they didn't have it. It took them a month to deliver it to me, well, they haven't delivered it to me yet.
