Left my car for the 2nd time here for the a long weekend 3/23/2022 - 3/27/2022 and when I got back from the airport and valet gave me my car back I noticed my stuff was all moved around, my whole car have been searched through . When I reached into my glove compartment to get some emergency cash to tip the driver I realized they had STOLEN my emergency money $200.00 worth, 2 broken iPhones from my middle compartment and my Mac laptop from my trunk. When I told the valet guy ( Li Zhiquiang) what had happened he seem uninterested on the situation. I called the cops and the night manager which was very nice and tried to help. The cops came and did a report, the manager tried telling the valet guy Li to fill out a claim form and take pictures of my car and he literally will not do as the manager instructed him to do! He declined to follow proper protocol once a case like this happens saying he didn't know where the claim forms are even though he's been working there for 2 years. Regardless Dan the general manager had to call me the next day and do the claim over the phone. He put it in just for two hours later the company to email me and say NO. We respectfully deny your claim. Now I have to contact my detective addressed to my case and have no option to do it in court. AWFULLLLLLLLL don't leave your car here! I never felt to violated in my life. I cant believe someone actually went through my car and took something that DID NOT BELONG TO THEM.

Avoid it. Take more than 20 mintues to get a spot. It is just over crowded and no sign or any indication to tell it is full. Take almost 20 mintues to get out. It is because of cars also park on space they shouldn't after all assigned spot are filled. Drivable road become limited and there is only 1 gateway you can scan your paid ticket to leave the parking lot. Serious safety concern here. Also, it is so dusty inside. You may need a car wash or change your car filters afterward. Make sure you've a mask on your and yours family face while walking in the garage.

had resident parking for the building but was impossible to cancel the subscription. the email listed on their invoices all bounce and calling the garage will only refer you to corporate. the self managed portal also doesn't allow you to cancel their subscription. have to fight with credit card company to cancel the subscription. edit: The response below is fake nonsense. They ask that I reach out to their email below but my email is denied. Just like their parking garage. disgusting behavior.

Paid via way.com for a few days to stay here while flying in and out of LGA. When we went to check out they needed a barcode (which way.com told me the garage didn’t request from them). We spent about 20 minutes trying to find or contact an attendant while their phone kept going to voicemail. Finally was able to get in touch with someone who opened the gate for us. Do not use this lot with way.com parking. If we didn’t find someone we would have had to pay the for the entire stay twice.

After I left flushing hotel I went to park myself after my stay just to Go in the mall for an atm. Guess who I saw again Nay. She escorted me to the pharmacy atm and made jokes and was just a down to earth girl. I wanted to buy her ouch but she insisted I do a survey of her service. To any boss reading this young lady is A leader of customer service. Whatever the world needs right now she definitely is it. Hod bless you Nay and thank you again.

This is a really bizarre parking situation. You may get in and park yourself. The valet would chase you down to collect your car key, but then you have to pay the fare at a machine or at the gate out but you also need to tip the attendant to get your key back. I have never seen anything like it. So confusing, and slow because there was only one valet person on staff on a weekend.

You would think in this day and age any new development and public parking would install EV charging infrastructure during the construction process right? Well not this one, talk about LAZy! Two stars for the pending installation of one as per one of their reps I reached out to. Will reassess rating if and whenever that happens.

Do not even drive in here. They don’t put out lot full signs and make u pay $5 to leave. FYI the guy on the help line at the exit kiosk will just hang up on you or send you to Voicemail. So don’t even bother. There are so many parking lots around this place - it’s not worth trying here.

Do not valet park here unless you don't mind being stolen from with management ignores it and pretend it's no big deal. Follow up to my earlier review. The contract info they provided is not even real, no one has ever responded to the complain.

The garage is 24/7 but it close at 11:30. They even have a cinema upstairs. Tonight my boyfriend and I are being locked inside the garage and we made several phone calls but no one helped us. Ridiculous!

Nope! No way, am I paying $5 to park for just over an hour to attend OrangeTheory classes. At certain times it's hard to find parking on level1 and I dislike level 2, since it's a bit claustrophobic.

Parking lot is big enough for many cars but the parking space is kind of tight. Overall it’s great price parking in Flushing. $3 up to 3 hours, can’t beat it …

The parking lot is very new, but there is not enough direction signs. We were lost two signs in the parking lot. No signs for dead-ends, no signs for existing directions.

Parked here in Oct2023. It is a well lit and looks new/clean. Located in the same building as Tangram mall and Reinassance hotel.

Good parking, I took ticket on entrance (no barcode neded) after I showed my online purchase everything went smoth.

The rate is $5 for 3 hours. The garage capacity is 1000 cars. There are 2 EV Tesla chargers on the lowest level.
