I would like to say l have tanned for over 30 yrs at tanning places across Canada and l found a few good ones, BUT.... this tanning store l have found to be the best As far as cleanliness, times and staff. I have also been a Private Investigator for 20 yrs and am NOT easily fooled, Or sold things. I feel the integrity of the owner and staff are very good.I have NEVER felt the sales pitch of buy this or that. Yes of course they want to sell you product, That is how a tanning store makes a living, But l have found that they try to sell you what YOU want and need. The owner specialy orders me the product l want and need. The other night l left work later then normal and l knew the store might be closed by the time l arrived and the owner was in his vechile as l pulled up, He saw it was me and jumped out of his vechile and litterly re-opened the store so l could tan, My goodness l was really feeling the awesome customer service they offer. I feel that this owner goes above and beyond to show his customers how important they are.....Now thats a place worth checking out.......Thank You for the great customer service. H.B

Pro's: If you are getting regular minutes a good value the high intensity minutes are expensive. Cons: Staff was not particularly friendly nor were they rude just seemed bored, do to the value I was going to purchase a 600 minute package but was told the special of 75 bonus points only applied to 500 minute and not the 600 minute package(would have a bit more flexibility on the up sell there). However staff was borderline rude when another customer came in and was confused as to why they had no more minutes when they thought they had purchased 200, this was because they use a points system not minutes and high intensity is triple. The Customer left angry and will never return and no attempt was made to be friendly or provide a positive experience for them( a free tan and a proper explanation done of minutes VS points may have placated them) instead a disinterested response had them storm out never to return which also prompted me to leave. So 2 customers lost in 5 minutes not a good business model.

I would really like to share my feelings of this business, l have tanned for over 30 yrs and this tanning business is by far my best tanning place ever. First it is a small family run business, that l like, As l am supporting local. Also the staff are always friendly and helpful, l am a clean freak, so cleanliness is VERY important to me, the place is always spotless. Prices are awesome and l never feel taking advantage of. I would also like to comment about integrity, l have a very expensive necklace $5200.00 that l have had for all my adult life, One day while tanning l realized l had hopped in the lay down tanning bed with it still on, l in did it and dropped it on the floor, rather get out and take it off, l got out got dressed and left, 15-20 min after l left l got a call from the owner, telling me she found my necklace and would hold it for me. So they in my eyes have full integrity. I would fully recommend this business. Keep up the great service.

I started tanning here summer of 2017, It's a small, friendly environment,, the staff are always very nice ,,you feel more like your going tanning at a friend's,, I love that it doesnt feel all corporate with a ton of rules ,, (like most of the bigger places like planet beach) The owner is awesome ,,( funny too) I highly recommend checking it out ,, its affordable, friendly, clean,the beds are high powered so you get your tan on quicker..... what's not to love !!!! Check it out,,you wont be disappointed!!!!

New owner is awesome. Good hot beds, awesome stand up, clean, friendly staff/owner. Bought package at fabutan and instantly regretted it. After a couple times of fabutan being closed when I got there or being turned away because it had only been 23 hours since my last tan I abandoned them and came here. No regrets at all. Went for a walk in last week to check it out and bought a monthly package today. Thank you for your great customer service.

Extremely happy and still using the same location fir my tanning for years now. The place is improving continuously, staff and owners are like a good friends and I feel always welcome. Tanning by body image has a new owner!!!! Looks like new changes coming soon. Very friendly customer service, felt warm and welcoming. If you have tried here in the past and had issues, I think the new owners are fabulous and suggest you try it again.

Beds aren’t in working condition, and dirty. There was crusty lotion on the bed they tried to put me in. Save your money and health by staying far away from this place!

Their regular bed was broken... So you had to do intense. One of the face tan lights was out.. Now half my face is lighter.... No joke. Just terrible.
