My visit to Taphaus Sports Bar on the 30th of September was nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. Initially, we were seated at a table meant for two, despite the fact that there were 3 of us. But the staff provided with a large table after a couple of requests. To my surprise and dismay, the evening was marred by frequent power cuts, a first in my extensive history of visiting bars and pubs. The electricity repeatedly flickered, disrupting the ambiance for about half an hour. The staff struggled to promptly restore lighting and air conditioning, exacerbating the discomfort. Even worse, they turned off the AC, and upon my insistence to have it back on due to the crowded space and limited ventilation, they claimed it was non-functional and refused to address the issue. It was clear that their infrastructure was inadequate for a full house, yet they failed to manage the situation effectively. When it was time to settle the bill, we opted to pay through UPI. Shockingly, the first payment deducted from my account was shown as failed on the restaurant's end. I had to make a second payment to successfully clear the bill. The owner confirmed that the first payment had gone through but had not reflected on their system. I requested a refund for the first payment, which the owner initiated on his Paytm app, reassuring me it would take 24 hours to process. However, he declined to make an instant repayment, displaying a lack of trust in customers. After a prolonged argument and providing my Aadhar card as proof, I finally received the refund instantly, and I provided the owner with his refund the next day that he had initiated at the reataurant deducting the service charge which was, needless to say, poorly delivered. Food was good and tasty but in quantity was a little less compared to the price. This experience was not only inconvenient but also showcased the establishment's disregard for customer satisfaction and efficient management. The overall service left much to be desired, and I would caution others before choosing to patronize Taphaus Sports Bar.

Its must got to place when it comes to have dedicated place for 30-50 gathering though place can accommodate 150+ Well manned staff and polite enough to cater till last milestone of the dinner Now comes to food and drinks Food was served DIRECT DIL SAY . Mouth watering snacks that too served piping hot. Be it vegetarian or non vegetarian meals were served quickly and was delicious. Usually we north indian struggle for food and all when we visit to bar and pubs but chef assured that things are served as per customisation and without waiting much for bext ( next best) plate of mouthwatering delicacies We had peri peri chicken chicken nuggets chicken 65 paneer shashlik and jalepeno balls.and few other tummy licious meals. Then we had quite simple but delicious dinner followed up by death by choclate and choco brownie Here one thing i must acknowledge or highlight the owner( Kamat Brothers ) attended me well and allowed us to enjoy the food with whatever customisation we asked for. Great staff and great service @Taphaus makes your experience an awesome experience. Ganesh from the crew is very cooperative, he made sure all the requirements are right in place and he managee our orders efficiently and ensured timely serves. Yash who owns this place is great at managing clientele and has a good understanding of your requirements. A great experience for the groups of upto 20 to 30 pax. They provided us with good offers on drinks as well as food. Upper section has a good smoke zone and perfect seating area with enough space for the group of 20-25 pax. Features of this place - Standard service, quality food, decorations put up by the team was amazing, DJ and dance floor, live sports screening and best deals discounts on corporate and private parties even on weekends, and much more discounts and offers on weekdays. I strongly recommend and I would like to visit this place again with my team and friends.

Want to share a honest review had a disappointing experience. First is that we ordered a draught beer which was served to our table after quite a time of wait. And after a wait still the beer tasted as diluted. The food was also average we ordered chicken lolipop which was overfried. Only one thing was good about the place was the ambience with tv screens and some good music. But the main disppointing thing was when we requested to remove the Service Charge from the bill, we got to know that if we do so then the offer on beer will not be valid. Thats some thing we didnt hear any where else. If it is in policy then it should be mentioned on with the offers. As it was a the weekend and we didnt want our day to go in any quarel we did not argue about it. The staff was polite but the policy here is not good. Will not recommend this place further.

Recently we visited this place at prime location in hiranandani medows, thane west. They have really wide menu which includes, Chinese, continental, mocktails,cocktails and what not. Also the staff is very polite hand helpfull. We tried here :- ➡️Lovers crush :- sweet drink with a great texture, and purfect amount of ingredients. tastes damn good!! ➡️ prawns Koliwada :- perfect start to a meal...good Portion , served with ketchup and thick sauce. Tastes yumm!! ➡️ Dum biryani :- authentic Smokey taste with served with salan. Also the quantity is more than enough, can easily feed 2 adults. Loved it. ➡️ rice with Thai curry :- white rice with slightly tangy gravy.... absolute heavenly taste... especially the gravy accelerated my taste buds. Most recommended!

Eagerly wanted to try out this place and preferred a week day evening for the same. Didn't turn out to be the most enjoyable one. Although the food is really good and the place is well made up too, the service was at a snails pace even on a weekday. Oh and the music that the DJ was playing was absolutely DEAFENING. Repeated requests to lower down the music fell on deaf ears. Literally saw quite a few people moving out in the middle of their dinner and preferring to sit outdoors due to the music. The DJ seemed absolutely unbothered to listen to any requests. The sound became a Lot bearable when the DJ left. Thanks DJ for ruining it big time!!!

Music is very good. Food is decent. But they try to cheat you on the final bill.They never agreed to give us the 25% Dineout offer on a weekend. It is not mentioned anywhere that it is not valid. When we asked them they said we should have called them initially and asked if the offer is valid on weekend. Also We had gone for 2+1 offer which they had, however they gave us a huge bill which never included the offer benefits. Luckily we checked the bill and told them what the right amount is. Even after reducing the amount we were charged service tax on the original amount. overall very disappointing experience at the end. And we are sure of not visiting the place again ever.

I had a disappointing experience at this sports bar lounge. The staff miscommunicated the prices of their items, which led to confusion and frustration. Additionally, despite giving them business during non-business hours, the staff back talked about me for staying longer hours and occupying their table. As a customer, I believe it's important to feel welcome and respected at any establishment, regardless of the time of day or the amount of business brought in. Unfortunately, my experience at this sports bar lounge did not meet those expectations. Henceforth, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Extremely disappointed with the miscommunication that happened... we were leaving the place and the captian offered us one on one on the MRP. shocked I even asked him twice to get a confirmation and he did... later on the bill there was no one on one charges applied and he said he never made that commitment... it's not right to set wrong expectations and confirm it and then deny the same. food and ambience was good but because of this experience I may not ever come to this place ever again nor recommend it.

The management was really bad and they were constantly arguing in a very rude tone..... I will not recommend to go to this place with your friends. A very bad place, would never ever vist here.Bad experience. You would spoil your happy day if you visit here as the staff fools you. While placing the order they will tell you the offers and later after you finish half your drinks, other staff comes and will tell you that they don't have that offer any more that they agreed will placing the order. Will unnecessary agrue with you and try to fool you saying you came after the offer timings. Etc etc... Worst place ever visited

A Nice Colourful Place with Neon Sign Boards and Sports Jerseys at Display. The Food Quality was Good and they have good offers on Alcohol as well. The Staff, Karan and Vicky were very Helpful and Courteous to the requests. A Definite Recommendation and cool place to hangout with Live Sports.

The beer served to us was outdated and even mentioning to the waiter he didnt respond, manager came later on and gave some excuses but in the final bill everything was charged we ordered sizzler and it was not served hot.. imagine a cold sizzler worst exp in food n drinks

Amazing place to watch games. Loved going here with my friends for a Premier League game. Will visit often definitely. Food was great, taste and quantity both. Music volume could've been lower as it is a sports bar and the priority should be for in-game commentary.

Had a very bad experience, manager over there is rude too. timing was till 2, however kitchen was closed at 12:30 Also the drinks (liquor)they served were duplicate. Also their counting was incorrect. its a total waste of money, i do not recommend this restaurant.
