Excelente servicio al cliente! La familia Tapia es muy amable y se nota el cariño y respeto hacia el cliente. Tienen arreglos florales hermosos y de muy buena calidad! Estoy asombrada con la calidad de rosas! Me duran hasta nueve días! Aparte de lo hermoso que son los arreglos, los dan a muy buen precio! En verdad que tienen regalos para toda ocasión!! Las joyas y prendas que tienen son de muy buena calidad de 14K, a muy buen precio. El servicio es muy profesional y mis prendas siempre están seguras en las manos de la familia Tapia. Hacen trabajos personalizados a muy buen precio y les quedan hermosos. Les recomiendo ir a este negocio familiar donde lo tratan como familia, ya que tienen 15 años en este establecimiento y 11 años en el “Mega Mall”.

Damage to my rings remind me I regret going here! I wasn't going to write a bad review bc they did refund me for accidentally gold plating an antique silver ring I took to be resized. But then I realized an accent diamond on another ring I took to have prongs straightened had been cracked. Don't go here for jewelry repair. I wish I hadn't. RESPONSE: Who cares if the refund was in cash or on card? And I recently discovered one of the "repairs" you did to my white gold ring was in silver!

Do not trust this jewelry they are thieves, they you will make your gold jewelry thin, and cut a piece and keep the gold. I took 14k gold rings to get repaired because there were slightly bent. For my surprise they made my thick 14k gold rings really thin. Another ring did not fit me when i tried it, ofcourse bevause they had cut a piece of gold off. I retunred back to the place wkthin minites when i relized and they denied it all. My mistake was trusting this place.
