Order only one Wireless Headphone for Click& Collect from this store since 8 days ago and the status has been shown 'Processing' with no status that where it is processing to. I called 5 times to this store and wait 15 mins each time, no one picked up. Wonder, there ain't staffs working there? I sent email to customer service team, still no reply for 6 hours passed by. I need the headphone for my child to study online and expect to have asap, so we chose Click & Collect as it said available at store. Why it takes so long to find things in store? If we knew that it will takes this long, I would rather check somewhere else. If staffs at Target Castle Hills see this review, please get back to me. Thanks. ---Review updated--- 30/11/21 I wish to give some update about service from Target Australia. After long waiting period of my Headphone order, I received items around 3 -3.5 weeks after order placing. Some staffs replied me after I collected item, but it was at least good that they returned. For now, I still make Click&Collect orders with this store as it is closet branch to my place, but the better thing is they keep communicating with me via emails and sms. They advised every stage of orders processing and apologising for any delay with reasons. Honestly, I have no fusses with the delays, as I can feel they are still looking after my orders. I just wanted to give Target a fair, I want to give them 2.5 more stars for this improvement in customer services. Unfortunately, processing of some items, which would be delivery from other stores, will be taking more than 7 days to collect.

The inconsistency with stock is very inconvenient. This product was marked as in stock but two days went by without being told it’s not in stock. Then it was ready for collection but only 1 out of the 10 I ordered. I think you need to improve on your communication that’s on the app and website with what you actually have in stock. It’s very inconvenient for customers and it feels very misleading because when you call customer care they also don’t know what’s in stock and will say just wait for the ready for collection email. I’m extremely disappointed in your customer service and customer experience. I was asked to review the store and wrote the above as it is. Target sent an email saying my review has been moderated because it didn’t meet their guidelines. Target is more concerned about their brand than fixing the issues when a genuine review is given.

Bad customer service experience at the exchange service today by a teenager whom was in a hurry to process in a quite Friday afternoon. She had to interrupted me looking for my receipt but she ended up hassling me to show the receipt anyway. All she had to say was that she can only give an exchange card which was an obvious statement. The difference of exchange was only $1 balance for a brand new card. What a waste of card. Anyway happy to exchange my bad fitting bra with a couple of comfortable t-shirts. Just shame about the abrupt service.

I had an absolutely disappointing experience at Target Castle Hill yesterday . An older lady, wearing a red Target vest, behaved in a dictatorial manner towards my family and me. She didn't even help us and completely ignored us. We felt discriminated against and treated differently due to our race. I will never come back here. I gave it 2 stars because the blonde lady, who I believe to be the manager, was really attentive and able to assist us afterward. However, I will not be coming back due to this terrible customer service.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. For click and collect, reached sharp at 6pm (closing time was at 6pm) and they denied collection of my stuff. I mean, these could have been 20 second job for then to pick the stuff and give it to me. I requested and the staff turned their face, but even courtesy to say sorry. Sometimes few unprofessional and rude people diminish the value of big brand. So they are. Specially I rang them at 5:55pm saying I will reaching at 6pm. What a unprofessional behaviour.

I like this location as it has a lot of selection in each department. The staff are very friendly but I find that they are typically concentrated in the front of the store. As I was shopping through the store I found it a it difficult to get some assistance but that's okay. The self check out is very convenient as well but I did pick up items that didn't have tags on them and had to ask for assistance at that point, the gentleman who helped me was very nice about it. I'd shop here again

A large store offering a range of good quality products at fairly affordable pricing. Not sure the price point of items is suitable though given the quality isn't that much better than Kmart across most departments. They do have a good selection of homewares and a fairly extensive book section for a department store these days. Mostly the popular/top books but affordable pricing if the most recent releases are what you're after.

Very clean and nice inside. Love the gentleman at the front door, super lovely and he's been there for years. Decent prices and I was lucky to get a discount on a damaged product that was the last of its kind in the store. It's a bit hard to get service at the back service desk and it's sad to see the book and gaming section slowly disappear. Like Kmart it looks like it's turning into a clothing department only

The newly revamped store is much better Great place to shop for kids clothes, toys or books Homeware section is also good They have introduced self serve checkouts so the earlier winding queues at checkout are no longer there. Sometimes the deals you get at the occasional clearance sale are good so worth a quick stroll everytime you are in Castle towers to make sure you grab that one odd deal.

worst service i have ever had. i came to target to purchase makeup and clothing, shortly after we were getting followed by a group of workers which made us feel uncomfortable. they took the things that we were PLANNING on purchasing and accused us of stealing which we weren’t planning on doing. the ladies who followed us gave us attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable to be in the store

Trying to call the store directly, after I was left a rude voice mail regarding some items I have ordered, which they threatened to cancel if I don’t come in today. I have tried to call back all day, because I am unable to come into the store. They call off a private number. It’s not hard to answer a phone call. I expected better from Target.

Needed some bedsheets and found some. Always a good experience at this store. Need some cushions? They have that too. I even bought a pair of chinos here a few years ago still wear them. Cheap is not always equal to bad quality. Staff are mostly friendly although last year or so there seem to be less.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had a really pleasant experience today with the staff member at the door, she was very helpful and just an overall friendly person to talk to. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately but it was around 2-3pm if that helps. Nice store overall

I was shopping for men's shoes and I felt happy with the selection on offer I bought two pairs as the second pair were reduced by 50% ! I was very happy with my purchase .The only thing I wasn't so keen on is the fact that there are only self serve check outs

I had to purchase a considerable amount of stock today. The store was very well stocked. I was assisted by Harry and Mandeep. They were so helpful and made the whole process very easy. They even helped me take the goods to my car. Very friendly staff.

Staff are invisible and they have no normal clothes. They claim to sell everyday wear and active wear, but if you take a survey of size 14 women or even size 10 there isn't anything in stock that they can wear this season. Get a better clothes buyer!

Customer service was excellent. We were looking for a Christmas tree and they didn't have any in stock at the Carlingford store, so the store salespeople rang around and found the tree we were after at another store for us.

Click and collect is so slow. Waited a while only for someone to slowly approach the line of customers with no sense of urgency. No organisation. One person to at least 20 customers waiting and that means poor management.

This might be the most depressing target store I've ever seen. The lighting isn't quite right and the walls are a dull grey. It's only redeeming quality is that the music isn't too loud like the nearby Kmart.

Target Castle Towers has fully automated their check-outs. There is no-one behind the counters anymore. No more friendly service nor helpful target staff. No longer an easy nor enjoyable shopping experience.

Went to find some school clothes for the grandy. Ok, but limited stock so close to school start. Well laid out and easy to find. Door welcome was refreshing.
