It's been years since I've been to target and I feel like I received rather condescending customer service, I came a cross a section for lay-by, refunds exchanges and "pay here". The blonde older lady told me that it's not where I pay as the registers are elsewhere. She came across as rather rude, why have it written on the sign "pay here" if you want to treat your customers poorly for not assuming otherwise? Okay I get there are registers I could have gone to but I merely went there because I passed it. I try to be nice and friendly to the retail staff I meet because I know what they have to deal with but today I was met with this. This was at 12:45pm, 16th of December. If you happen to find this review, please do better.

What a mess. They advertise that they close at 6 pm but they close their doors at 5 pm. Heaven forbid you want to run in and grab something an hour before they close. Also they don't explain the process to you so loads of people are all wondering around trying to figure out how to pay and leave while the staff avoid them. Eventually you find the 4 little self serve registers at the other end of the store with NOONE in sight to help. I'm shocked people don't just walk out without paying. THEN you have to go out into the rain, walk along the carpark to reenter the shopping centre again... Absolute mess.

Target you need need to get rid of that highly contemptible and rude returns goods woman. I have shopped at Target knox for over 30 years and and now when I want to go to return something I always hope I never run into her. She is the worst person to deal with because of her attitude. There is a few comments on the reviews, that makes me realise its obvious other people complain about her as well. Shes a terrible dis-service to a great store. Take her off the counter and put her somewhere else where she cant talk down to people. Very unpleasant to deal with.

A great place to get quality clothing and household items at a competitive price-that is better than Kmarts cheaper offering. Store is always clean and staff always willing to help ( if you can find them) The only issue is, there is never any option to checkout via a manned register, you are always pushed to self checkout. Very minimum staff ( at times only one staff member at the checkouts). Needs more attention to customer service and more staff to meets the needs of their customer.

Ive never had an experience of finding a friendly and helpful staff member. Check out is always total madness, with half the registers not running and only 1 staff member to oversee the self serve registers. Other than Christmas trading, there never a staff member on the registers. Not having at least one register open with a person serving customers is disgraceful. It limits the customer base. I know many older members of the community that find self serve registers overwhelming.

My local store.And so far I have had a pleasant experience until today been made to feel like a criminal trying on clothes. If that's the management style then I pity the rest of the staff. Ita a pity the woman doesn't realise the business model of the more people buy ypur products from your store the better margin return your store makes and more employees required etc. Really disappointed today on this target experience all down to that woman on customer service.

big in size, can dig around and find many things at discounted prices, good opening hours, great location with ample parking... the older ladies that work there are always brilliant, friendly, and always smiling... however the younger employees aren't...and they try and get away from you if they see your coming theur way to ask them a question, which makes you feel awkward somewhat... Maybe training them how to deal with customers would be ideal

Really great size Target. Change rooms were messy with younger customers leaving too much clothing in the change rooms. Made it tricky to hang up clothes. Perhaps having staff there would help this? Checkout was noisy as staff were having a loud conversation as we tried to self scan. ABSOLUTELY HATE SELF SERVICE CHECK OUT! ! ESPECIALLY THAT LONG WALK, LINE UP AREA THEY SET UP FOR QUES. PLEASE HAVE STAFF TO SCAN AND TAKE PAYMENTS.

It's a great Target store, very clean and well maintained. Helpful friendly staff when you can find them. Nearly all checkouts are self serve so not easy to deal with a person but they do have them available when required. Well stocked with lots of options that you expect from any Target store. Normally not very crowded so you can get around the store easily and checkout anything you are looking for.

Floors have been renovated. Horrible horrible horrible. Had strong grip boots and still slipped on the overly polished tiles. Had to hold on to a friend who had the same issue. Felt like we were one step away from falling over. Stressed body from clenching muscles. Bad choice Target. Bad choice. Will not be coming back as such a falls risk being in the store.

Absolute disgraceful click and collect system. Said items were in stock and experience is as follows. Item has to be shipped from a Queensland store. 3 weeks later still waiting to click and collect. Absolutely pathetic. Compared to competition brands that have click and collect 24 hours turn around. Wont be touching this store for Xmas items. Never again.

Nice big store located in the Knox Westfield shopping center. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Some good priced clothing racks through out the store. Definitely worth a visit and plenty of parking around the center. Give your self plenty of time to look around in here because you sometimes come across some great sale items hidden through out the store.

Don't order Click and Collect if the stock is low. Your only option if they don't have it in stock is to have it posted to you, you can't have the order cancelled. And when it's posted to you, Target use Couriers Please. Arguably the worst courier company in Australia. I won't be buying from Target anymore, Big W and Kmart sell the same things anyway.

It's still going strong despite pandemic and Westfield Knox undergoing major renovations and changes. Upmarket competitor Myer left the building so it's up to Kmart and Target to carry the torch for Knox shopping centre. Target deals and products have good value generally. Check their catalogues and sign up to their weekly emails.

Was a semi pleasant experience. Went in there for a couple of particular items which weren't too difficult to find. Went out via the self serve checkout. Only issue was that my Flybuys bar code on my phone couldn't be recognised by the scanner so I had to ask for assistance to get the barcode number manually punched in.

Went there about two weeks ago, they had great bargains/clearance stuff. Been awhile since I shopped at any Target store. Forgotten what decent things they sell. Hard to find staff when need help, as they don't wear uniforms. What is it with Target and Bigw not wearing uniforms anymore. Please!! Explain!

The checkouts are dominated by construction equipment, so there was nothing to see while we were there. However, it is right next to mens department, so you should walk through to see the old fellas. We had fantastic Danish hot dogs right next to the construction site from one of those little shacks.

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this target to anybody. The customer service team are not skilled or trained at their job. It’s better off travelling an extra 10 minutes to go to a different one. As a retail manager, I will not be returning here.

definitely a target. floors are like a slip and slide be sure to bring a friend to use as support or invest in some work boots for maximum grippage. alternatively buy some runners from this store and slide around the floors like you have discount heelies.

I had a great experience at Target Knox. Tim was so helpful when I was trying to find some towels for my newly renovated bathroom. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products being sold. I will be looking for him next time I come into target knox!!

They never get stock in for long sizes and when I asked if there was anything they could do they said flat nothing. I have been looking for size 16 long black work pants for months. They just got stock in for only regular sizes. No long sizes.

Target Knox is the best target in Melbourne. The worker Tim was of great assistance and helped me find new bed spread after I burned my old ones because my silly husband had an affair on the linen sheets. Enough about me, got to target knox

Great selection of •kids games, toys & entertainment. •and huge selection of clothing for almost entire family. • the men's clothing is unfortunately quite small though given the size of store and in comparison to women's selection.

Reasonable range but it's terrible that girl's size 8 and above have crop tops for pyjamas when it's inappropriate for young girls when all parents and kids want are warm pyjamas that keep them warm and keep their tummy covered.

Visited here this afternoon in search of clothes that were on special, found exactly what I was looking for although it took a little while as this target seems to be less organised than other versions of target.

Good value products. Not much for men though a general issue I find with lack of masculinity and quality shops in malls which generally piss me off. Back to Target it's good for what it offers and at good value.

Excellent place to shop especially the Clearance racks..the prices is reasonable and the quality is good..can't fault any of the displays either..overall a pleasant place to see and buy stuff of your choice..

Always too hot like Kmart. Hate that registers are all self serve. Prices are too high for the goods they sell. Less than Kmart quality at David Jones prices. Range of clothes for curvy girls is appalling!

It's a little outdated and needs a major upgrade. Some stores have closed for good due to Covid-19. So opportunity for new concept stores is there. Great food choices at the food court and at the O-Zone.

Unfortunately, like all Target stores the quality of the merch has fallen closer to Kmart standard. That's the marketing strategy of the owners though so don't expect it to change any time soon.

A bit quiet over Covid but luckily changing rooms are open again. Helpful staff. As usual, hard to find current season clothes - always stocking up for winter in February.

This store is my personal favorite place to shop for value quality and convenience. The friendly staff are very helpful too.. well done target..! High 5 from me.
