I came into target today with my boyfriend and had a casual conversation with one of the young workers, Brandon. he was very kind, helpful and personable. A manager nearby named Jess, had tried to antagonise Brandon and reprimand him for only helping and conversing with us— two customers!! she didn’t greet us at all and immediately assumed Brandon was slacking off. We felt incredibly sad for the young worker. If this is the working conditions at this store then it is not acceptable. Target Macarthur needs to do better and the standard of working ethics have been thrown into the trash. Do better Jess and Do better Target. Why employ such rude and disrespectful managers expected to be around these young people. So disappointed and disgusted.

A big shout out to give credit when it's due. Yesterday 12/4/22 I waited for my wife while she was in store and sat on the ottaman at the store entrance at Target at Mac square. My wallet feel out of my trackpants and fell to the floor. The lady at the entrance Catalina, had a lady come to her with my wallet in hand and left it with her. Now there are honest people out there still, and a big thankyou to the unnamed lady that handed it in. Catalina was so helpful right from the start of the recovery process of my wallet. 10/10/23 ~ midday. The entry/exit worker (an older woman).. could see I’m heavily pregnant and struggling to get around. I accidentally dropped something as I came in, and instead of being nice and offering to help me - she asked me to pick it up. i picked it up and put it in the bin. She then said “I could have done that for you”… it was very odd if I’m honest. Felt like she was having me on? Her weirdness left a bad taste in mouth. I don’t think the front staff know how to be decent humans. Shame.

I hope the Target store like more stores such as Narellan won't close down, Parramatta, Macquarie Fields and I thought Liverpool at Westfield is safe too but isn't happening until 2 weeks converting to Kmart, so I'll miss it forever. :''''( Target stores is my favourite, and I've been in here all the time and they are professionally great staff. I buy outfits and homewares, like glassware, storage baskets, towels, kitchenware and bedroom sets. Please don't let it close down! :(

I was looking for a nice shirt for my dad and I had been to so many shops and couldn't find anything. When I went to target I went into men's wear and asked the most amazing, genuine and helpful worker Zane. He helped me so much and is honestly the best person there. He knew where everything was and didn't complain once with all the questions I asked him. I give this 5 star review to him and him only. What a nice young man!

Rudest retail staff I have ever come across. Don’t even try asking questions about products you wish to know about, 99% of staff are juvenile and clueless. Simon the so called ‘manager’ is the rudest person we have ever come across. Whoever trained this person to be in charge taught them to be rude to customers and should therefore implement a completely new training system. Horrified and disgusted.

Everything I wanted they did have but still had them on shelves but not to but, have always hated this store the one at the Mall was so much better but they closed that down for this for me a big mistake only go there if I really have to not user friendly in my view & never anyone there to help you

You would assume that all your click and collect order would be ready to pick up together. Instead I have to make two trips to pick up the order in two parts. Apparently there's a button on the website that says to notify you when your order is complete. Ridiculous.

The two female staff at the front (self serve & on the entry/exit) are unprofessional & very rude. When asked for help they will brush you off then tell you your in the wrong and talk down on you. Approx. 4:10pm today. Extremely disappointed and bad experience.

You advertise on Google that you close at 8pm and on your official website. Yet I was turned away at the door at 7pm after rushing home from work. Probably best to update your hours. Once done I'll change my review.

Collecting a "Click & Collect" at the Service Desk. Was horrified to be in such a long line. But to their credit, they did call other operators, and the line started to move a bit quicker. …

A lot better than it was last year. I dunno I feel like they tried to be more like David Jones. They were great years ago but just not the same sort of shopping but staff are fantastic.

If I had more money to spend I would have gone absolutely crazy. The shelves were well stocked. The store was clean and it's the best store I have been to.

Nowadays any target i can find is great since most of em are closed, so ya got what i needed and it was a bit far for me but its fine.

The best place to find almost anything that you need. Too many shops - food, clothing, kitchenware, groceries, toys, you name it.

Bit smaller than other stalls. Boys clothing sizes sell out quickly. The store is always neat and tidy able to find everything
