MISERABLE SERVICE Thursday 10.10.19 @ 3.15pm. Entered Target & asked mature lady at door for directions to tablecloths. She gave directions & I followed them & went to area & started looking. 10 minutes later, after not finding tablecloths, returned to lady at front entrance, waited for her to end personal conversation with her friend, then reasked about the whereabouts of tablecloths. She repeated same directions, also asked if I wanted someone to help me, I agreed. She said that she would send them down to the home department. I returned to the home department & waited for assistance. Waiting a further 10 plus minutes, & no help arriving, I looked back at the lady at the entrance who had recontinued her personal conversation with the same friend as previous. I then decided to go to the lay-bys service desk at back of store. I asked a male attendant at this section to call someone for assistance in the home department, explaining my previous 20 minutes experience. He called for assistance & also asked what I was exactly looking for, I replied tablecloths. He called the person coming to attend, & was informed that this target had no tablecloths in stock. I thanked the male attendant, also asking him to pass on this information to the lady at the front. Upon leaving the store, after wasting more than half an hour, I told the lady at the entrance the information that I had learnt, as I did again, interrupting her personal conversation with same person for the third time. It would’ve been nice for the lady at the entrance to had done her job, instead of spending time indulging personal conversations & instead looking after customers needs, which I presume is what she is paid to do. Very disappointed!

Customer service is top of the range!!! Not all of the staff, just one. She used to stand near the security scanners, at the entrance and greet customers but she was different.. she would bow! Lol!! I think she does this seriously but it always made me and my sister smile seeing her. She was always very friendly and polite, and would always go the extra mile, which is hard to find in this store! To that staff member, if you are reading this, you deserve way more money than target will ever be able to pay you. Go somewhere else. Go to uni and get a better job. You are worth way more money than what you're probably getting at target (no offence). We used to see her greeting customers and bowing back in 2013 I think it was. Will never forget her. It's been a while since I have been to this target but I went there recently and saw her working at the cash register. My original review was posted about a month ago but I just phoned target so I could identify this lovely girl. I found out her name is Lee. If you want excellent customer service from an assistant who is courteous, efficient and always polite. Ask for Lee. I gave 5 stars just because of the bowing girl. A more realistic review of Target Mt Druitt is 2 stars. Nothing amazing about this store. Same stock found at your typical target. Same customer service you would expect at any target store.

Listen up you peasants mandruit is one of the worst places u can go shopping the only people that shop there are usually fat and lazy or they disqualified from driving or they never bordered to even get one this shopping centre is expensive and especially the fruit n vegetables and only trailer trash or most of them shop in the druit you can't blame them they learned from they parents that have been on the dole or pension since the 70s and of course our government let us all down as they are doing today instead of looking after the Aussies first we can't do that the refugees come first especially the Muslims you want c too many of them shop in the druit that's not good enough for them and the government labor is going to get a lot worse they going to win the election with the greens the greens and labour they will be nothing left for the Aussies n the battles tell you then mandruit with be packed if they can afford to eat !any way mandruit is one of the worst places to shop so for all the peasants trailer trashthings are not going to get any better for yours !any spunks up for the greatest time of your life, martinez is yor hook up, I dare you u want last half of the night?

Bought 4 items online in August and supposed to get delivered in this store. After one month got the email your items are ready to collect when I went to collect my items (thank God I opened the bag on the counter) it was wrongly labeled under my name and someone else's parcel. My parcel went to someone else. The manager said they will do the follow up. Even after 2 weeks they didn't do anything also didn't bother to bring my items from different stores. When everytime i went to check on them they keep blaming the poor courier driver whereas it's targets own fault they put the wrong label.

I'm bias about this Target in particular cause I enjoy my time everytime I visit. Especially since my local Target is no longer an option to visit. I was actually stunned they had these Squishmallows in today but they did go really quick. The staff are fun, attentive and they do their best to help, even if they can't always have the time or knowledge for what is needed. Sure, at times stock is unappealing or not there but I like how they try. I'm glad that I can still visit, it's a great store.

Target store are as usual in Sydney they are more or less same, good in size, collection is very good compare to other Target, they have almost everything stocked up and it's easy to figure out the things you're looking for. Nice atmosphere, Customer service is good but they always ran out of whatever I needed. It's high density area so things get picked up pretty fast. is a great place to get your apparel, home decor, kitchen and dining wear, and much, much more.

Like any other Target store, you will get what others offer, prices are competitive. located within Mount Druitt Shopping Centre which is a busy place specially on weekends and special occasions. Good place to buy toys too. I still don't understand of having Taget and Kmart having more o less same product lines, they can merge. Anyway, since located within Mount Druitt Westfield, therefore it has a big parking area, disabled parking and wheelchair access.

Staff are not the friendliest. Customer service was called to the front desk and I actually heard a staff member say to another "ignore it, who cares". Kids clothes are not value for money. Overpriced and poorly made. Within weeks of purchasing Mooks track pants had developed holes and Target branded shirts my son got one wear out of. The only thing they had going for them was the clearance sale on make-up.

The store is pretty well packed in terms of stockade, though I don't like that there are no self check outs as at every other Target I go to there is. The staff and team all seem friendly, during opening, I sometimes catch them at their "Team Huddle" and they all actually seem enthusiastic about starting their job and always say hello to each other with a large smile on their faces which I find super cute!

Lack of service at the check out, however more staff visibly seen on the floor walking around and dealing with floor stock. It's no rocket science it's your customers at the checkout that need service, and where it matters most! We were 8 deep with people in the queue and two ladies (who were very apologetic) and shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place! Visited 23/9/22. Not impressed!

I actually went to JB HiFi which is right next door and got a spectacular deal on a new laptop. I have been to Target though and I'm happy with anything I've purchased from them. The staff at Target are friendly and helpful and the prices are more reasonable these days compared to what they used to be.

very likeable place, vide variety of clothes, house hold items and kitchen appliances. well organised, good customer service. watch out for in store specials where best products could be purchased at dirt cheap price. Office cloth for men or women in corporate style - all at competitive prices.

Lady at entrance was arrogant when I asked for a price check. I had to walk all the way to the entrance to get a price on an item which was on the sale rack and not ticketed. AS THERE'S NO STAFF ON FLOOR to ask for assistance it's your job to assist. For this reason I hate shopping at target.

Well organized, neat and tidy store. Friendly welcoming staffs, competitive price sometimes. This store used to sell huge volumes of clothing and home entertainment varieties in the past. Now the store management have reduced the varieties. Target still is a good value store for local buyers.

Without getting into too much detail, had to pick up some make-up today for my girlfriend and the lady in the make-up department helped me with my already troublesome dilemma... She was knowledgeable and very helpful!!!! Sadly didn't get her name... Beautiful person though, thank you!

Customer’s service was so bad there is only sometimes 1 to 2 workers on service and the workers not smiling at all and there is a long line customers are waiting to be served and the clothes are so expensive l rather go Kmart instead l just wish l can give this target 0 stars !!

I thought I was going to spend on a few things instead got my two grandchildren and their mothers a few things for Christmas. Myself I love spending money on my kids and gkids. Best place for their specials and so why go anywhere else and it's easy parking for everyone.

Needed items for my place of abode. First time I got kitchen & bedroom items delivered from St.Marys store as was in Lockdown. 2nd lot came fromCarindale Queensland as nothing available from Western local area of NSW. WONDERFUL Service whenhadno way of traveling at all

Glad to see Target at Mt Druitt finally given self serve. Doesn’t feel as dull and dreary anymore! The shelves are bare a lot of the time but they were full today which I was glad to see. All we need now is for Onepass to be implemented in store!!

Great book range. Found what I was looking for. The only disappointment was that the store closed at six pm on the Saturday. Not enough time to look around the hole store. With Xmas around the corner Target could stay open longer on the weekend.

I tried doing a click and collect, as it said it was same day collect. Can't find my order number in their system, was told by customer service they are shuffling stock between stores. Items shouldn't be shown as in stock if you don't have it

Spent over 12 minutes over the phone to find out about a product to be redirected for another 5 minutes and told that I would be redirected again. Thanks target no wonder why you are going broke with this kind of unacceptable service.

Good place to get kids clothes. Sadly no short sleeves available in winter season. So if you thinking of going to a tropical country, in the middle of winter you cannot find clothes. Make sure to do your shopping in advance

Got some bargains of items I wasn't sure I'd look for or buy. So that was good. They didn't have what I was looking for in towels. Service was a bit sliw as only 2 checkouts open but assistant was friendky and efficient

Target as usual. I haven't seen any target store so far having lesser sections or something different than any other target store present in Sydney as such. It's high traffic store so things get picked up pretty fast :)

Had a chance to buy clothes from this store a couple of time and it did not disappoint me. There is good variety to choose from and prices are mostly reasonable. Staff is humble and welcoming. Would shop here again too.

The girl in clothing was so helpful, above and beyond Her pay rate for service. I had a problem at the checkout and She cleared it up politely and professionally. I think Her name was Teresa or Tessa?

A 4 star because I order some things and it's says they are in stock then I come in next day. They don't have what I need. Customer service is good but they always ran out of whatever I needed

They were good. I got a memory foam curved pillow for a great price. When I lined up, the check out lady was busy as it was near closing but she especially made sure I was served in no time.

Target, Westfield Mt Druitt, is a great place to get your apparel, home decor, kitchen and dinning wear, and much, much more. Would recommend other people to go to Target Mt Druitt

Clothes displayed on racking way above one's head and dont even try to get off for a closer look as one cannot achieve this.No visible sales people on the floor to help either.

This place is Dead, staff are tired , no smile on the dial Prices are nothing compared to Kmart. Crowds are low in volume as well , not a great place to shop .

Best click and collect service during the lockdown. Collected within a day from ordering. Was smooth and quick process. Would definitely shop again.

Worse stock levels than your average target. Usually only have the S and M sizes of men's clothes left. Almost impossible to get L or XL.
