I went to this store to look at some makeup with two friends. The employee yelled at us to not use the products or she will make us pay. We were not acting in an inappropriate behaviour and it made us all very uncomfortable. She continued to monitor us, standing right next to my friend. She would walk lightly up the aisle and continue to stare at us. Just because we are teenagers does not mean we are ill behaving children. My friends and I felt extremely uncomfortable after this encounter and proceeded to leave the store without buying anything. Probably not coming back here for a while.

Good afternoon, I was doing some late Christmas shopping one morning and was very stressed and disappointed as I missed the toy sale by 1 day. A helpful and amazing member staff named Steve Suffolk guided me around the store, helped me find every item I needed as well as giving me a discount. This act of kindness and assistance has allowed my family to have an amazing Christmas and I will be forever thankful to this man. I would like to say a massive thank you to Steve and all your staff. Target customer service worker (a lady around 40-50years) was degrading customers to her other colleagues Infront of other customers very unprofessional. This worker was degrading myself Infront of my mother in law I am very disappointed in her ability to stay professional at work. I also found it extremely difficult to organise my click and collect the workers didn't seem to understand . Except Tyler which he was extremely helpful thank you Tyler

Went to purchase two Nintendo Switch video games for gifting. Store didn't have any in stock. Was very disappointed. However, was impressed by them having staff at the front checking COVID check-ins in a friendly manner. The staff at the front also knew the store layout very well and gave us clear directions inside the store.

Rude staff. Can't be bothered helping. A lady bluntly told me they dont have any raincoats before I could even finish asking my question. I later found a huge range of raincoats in store. She just couldn't be bothered checking or even be honest enough to say shes not sure. We have had several such experiences in this store.

Went into store today, looking for a school bag and drink bottle. Walked around the stall for a good 20 minutes before I found anyone who worked their. I showed them the bag I was after, she then told me that they don’t have that and pointed me in the direction of the bags. There was only 4 kinds to choose from.

Such a great variety of small shops great atmosphere, spacious and clean. It's well spread out and the late night dining looked Sydney Harbour comparable beautifully lighted park, fountain and water features just zoomed with welcoming and inviting eateries. Well done. A Penrith envying all about this place.

The staff are generally friendly but the clothes are dull and not enough choice for workwear. With Winter and the cold spell, I would have expected to see e.g. Melton jackets as a option under the office wear. The plus size clothing is old fashioned and dull as well. Great variety of boots.

My personal view is that this that Targets gone down hill with its women’s clothing line and could do with reviewing the entire range of both men’s and women’s clothing. Excellent for kids stuff and a reasonable range of homewares. The stores always look nice and well presented

Beautiful shop ... great prices and good variety but most importantly..good quality. The staff are always helpful and cheerful which makes for a great shopping experience!! I will continue shopping there as long as they dont turn political as they are doing in the states!!

I have been into the store a couple of times in the last month as I live in the country. A lady name Kerry has been on the door and her service is impeccable. She was so friendly and helpful and to me could train many in these skills as it is not common. Thanks Kerry.

Best store by far, everyone is super friendly, nothing is a problem. The store is immaculate with plenty of variety, and prices are fair. Customer satisfaction is always the only disappointment is the lack of checkout operators. Not everyone likes self-serve! …

I had to get dolls pram which was only available at this store and staff was so helpful. They come to the floor and helped me find it. Big store with a lot of stuff available. It’s even better the online target. You can easily find things. Will go back for sure

Very bright in the store. You might get a headache from the intense flurolights. I try to keep my experience short in the store for that reason. Prices are ridiculously high. You may find a cheaper deal at David Jones. Store always clean, organized at narellan

Like always go in for 1 thing come out with everything. I do have to say, the store is well stocked very rarely do you see a section that hasn't been restocked. And if an item has run out, there will be a tag saying that it was there but has run out.

Most enjoyable shopping experience. Target has always been a favourite of mine, well stocked, quality & variety. Cashier very pleasant...we need more middle aged Cashier's who are caring, friendly & courteous. Keep up the standard of care

Spacious, well organised, and friendly staff. Reasonable quality goods, baby clothes are much better than Kmart. Had to return an online order and the returns process was so easy, no questions asked.

Generally a good experience, good variety and quality products. But be aware if you try on more than 6 items of clothes they will think your stealing and will stalk you even at the check out

Shopping experience has improved a lot. Staff are friendly and prices on items on clearance seem to be cheaper than marked on the ticket. A good surprise!

Not happy that we had to use self checkouts. Should be a choice. Lucky we only had one item, or I would have made more of a fuss.

The store is well set out. Check out was fast and efficient. Perfect, considering it's 2 days til Christmas. No stress here.
