By far my favourite Target, it's lay out is really good and the variety is huge. I feel that the styling is better at this store than the Werribee Plaza. The mannequins are well dressed showing you what works well together, I end up buying the whole outfit on display! The mirrors in the changing area are well lite and the ladies that man this station are always helpful and will even go and swap an outfit, to ensure you try the right size on. I love the toy section to as it has a really nice Lego display which is next to the boys section with a huge range of clothing it is so good! the quality of clothing is better than Kmart for sure. I do find it frustrating that there is only self services available at this store. I do understand that a lot of stores are opting for this, but I just find it looses that service vibe as I always need to ask for assistances on check out! The range of bedding and home decor is really good at this branch too with the display bed and range of bedding being in full display too. The men's section right towards the back is well laid out too. Great store for sure, love and totally enjoy going to this Target store

Went to Target Point Cook like I have for over 10yrs now. Thought I found a good bargain with the waffle European pillow case.( To go with the whole queen bed quilt cover set I bought earlier in the year $100+) HAD $10 SALE Docket on the cases and when I went to buy them was told it for a different pillow case that wasn't anywhere near them. I made a complaint to the complaint department and said they will discuss it with Point Cook Target and they will call me. And the complaint department said they will email me to check on the outcome. That was almost a week ago. Now the sale signs have disappeared and I have been left in limbo no answer. I know these are hard times but for a big company to lie and cheat a customer..never going back to any Target store again..disgusting treatment.

I have visited the store more than a couple of times and at all times the staff was very friendly, helpful and considerate. The item collection is good. Their click and collection is also something which I use frequently and works out quite well. If there's any improvement suggestions that would be the Deliver to Home option. Now that's a disaster! I have ordered an item a few months ago which went missing and looking at the tracking of the parcel, I saw that it was on one wild ride, moving all over the country. Eventually, it was declared lost. This is something Target should really improve (but it has nothing to do with this particular branch. Hence the 5 stars).

Not one to write a review but target point cook need to sort out the trolley situation. Last two times I have been in there been none last time I had to walk back to the car park to find a trolley . This time I didn't even bother . Went in today to do my Xmas shopping had my 1 year old looked for a trolley there was none as usual went back to my car and drove to BIG w in Altona meadows . Very disappointing. . Wasn't going to carry my child around the shop and didn't bring a stroller as was planning on doing a big shop with a trolley

I thought retail was dying but with your best customer service attitude changed my views, rest assured I will be back and shop again at Target just because of the staff and manager like yourself who knows how to go above and beyond. Very happy customer who you assisted with regarding Towel Exchange and made my process looks so easy..

Has everything you need. It is clean and has a beautiful display of their bedding range great to touch and feel the quality of fabrics before buying. Recommend this Target for shopping if you’re close by. I came from Tarneit to pick up some new guest bedroom bed linen. I am excited though, Target Pacific Werribee is being renovated, I hope it will have the same clean and open feel Point Cook has.

Awful customer service by two older women in the service area for a refund. I had the receipt and asked for a refund or voucher at least and they refused because the box didn't look new despite the inside being fine. Even if they couldn't give a refund, they could have said so politely but instead both aggressively said no. Even the customer before me wasn't treated with respect.

Pity I had to give a star. This store is a joke. 2 customer service people busy with click and collect whilst other person left desk to help a customer meanwhile other customers wanting to pay for their purchases stranded without assistances. Spoke to manager but she said that's its to bad and I have to wait basically. What a JOKE

Staff very friendly and helpful. went around 3pm on a Saturday so was good to see things were clean and well stocked especially in kids section. The click and collect line is quick which was a relief as at other places it takes forever bit the Staff who assisted me were well trained on the scanner device.

My collect and collect was fast , but the assistant Lisa who assisted my purchase , also went above and beyond to find my other order that I needed as this was Christmas eve. I was so grateful for her help , and the other staff at the front registers were so polite. Thank You Target Point Cook

The staff that they do have are fine, but total lack of staff and no manned checkouts. Only one staff member trying to manage the queue for self serve and assist if anything goes wrong so it’s a bit chaotic when the shop is full. But that’s the same everywhere these days. Nothing unusual

Got there a bit late this evening to pickup my click and collect. Great team at the service desk and greater too. In and out quickly even with a missing item in my order they were able to find the last one there to fullfill it. Nothing was too hard for this crew. Thankyou!

Not a lot of variety. Clothes and toys. All self checkout. No registers open. Went to buy a baby gift for a new born and there wasn't much to choose from and there was basically one small isle to choose from. So I was limited for choice.

Went to buy ties. Just has slim ones (I hate those) and just 3 designs. That's it. I presume this store has less options for other stuff as well. The Werribee Plaza one is huge and has endless options to pick from

big target store with a lot of variety. staff is limited for help have to find one for assistance if needed. usually I find here what's needed. Staff at the checkout is helping and very friendly

Such a big shop and very good specials. I got a lovely dressing gown for half price! Great range of clothes (from jeans right down to underwear). It's like a house and home clothing store.

Looks more fancy than Kmart, if you have plenty of money, go there, target will clean you dry especially if you take wife and kids with you …

Some of the worst customer service from multiple employees iv experienced in years. Just rude and unprofessional no other way to describe it.

Target point cook is one of the best Target's. Lots to choose from clean and most staff are nice.

I go to Point Cook Target as it is easy to park, not as busy as werribee and can take your time

What can you say about Target? Cheap and reasonable quality. Top store if you're on a budget.
