Love targets products and style and highly suggest another target store! if you are going too this target though be super vigilant! And I recommend not going in alone! Bring a witness that can pull their phone out. And don’t just go looking around it. there is a over zealous & violent loss prevention worker that doesn’t ask questions and just acts and this store will delete any footage if they are wrong so you have no protection against them! She cost me a front tooth because I wore jewelry into their store and I believe they have a lot of incidents because the officer that arrived told me that when they call they take their word and it’s the courts job to view camera footage not theirs and like I said this store particularly not all targets will delete that footage if it doesn’t back up their workers statement and she is still there. However there are other target stores and I’ve never had a single problem at any other one and I live in two states. Get my fair share of target and my room is decorated in target merchandise ❣️

Came back today a few months later - I admit it has been a while since I ordered this piece of furniture online. It came to me with missing parts - two essential metal bars that I could not put the cart together without. Emailed you all a few weeks in - you all mailed me ONLY ONE BAR!!! Anyways, emailed you all back and I get emails saying the other bar has been delivered, but I never got anything. Went back to the store on Friday and spent 30 minutes with customer service and being on the phone and was told I needed to bring the cart back with my Target CC. Went back today and they only gave me a partial refund - using my ID. So even with my Target Credit Card, proof of purchase and all, and despite this whole thing not being my fault at all - was penalized and give about $10 less that what I paid for the product initially. Very disappointing and frustrating process. Would seriously consider shopping elsewhere especially since I have been a loyal Target customer...

Online experience. I unexpectedly found an adhesive bandage strip I didn't know existed, yet I have wondered why not for years. It is a Band-aid brand owned by Johnson & Johnson. OUR TONE is the product and it is available in several shades. It does everything a wound covering should do plus so much more! While I'm "fairly"(pun) sure this product wasn't made with me in marketing's mind...I'm as pale as new fallen snow. I have friends that would welcome these with a sigh of finally. More importantly, their children or grandchildren would be sent a message of "it's like me, I matter". It may not seem much to some but for some of us the subtleties of inclusion are often unnoticed. Kudos to J&J and Bandaid brand for "finally" making this product and to Target for carrying this product in its stores. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Full disclosure, I have never stepped foot in this store. But after several frustrating run ins with Target corporate taking then canceling my order for a dollhouse for Christmas, I’d about given up on a huge chain that can’t even track its inventory in 2018. This store saved the brand for me. Kicking myself for not getting the woman’s name who answered my guest service call, but she’s a rock star. Busy day, tracked down help and found me the last Barbie house, then bent the rules a bit to hold it for me for an hour while we drove up packed roads from Nashville to get it. Hope her management team knows what a gem they’ve got - tho I suspect this is a team of good people.

We have all been into a Target and KNOW the prices make you wanna break your neck when it comes to the clothing. Dresses and tops in particular. But the food peices arent too bad; could use a bigger selection OR TARGET at this location could finally expand and have a bigger grocery/produce section like they do in southport and greenwood. I had no idea Targets like that existed This location on E. Washington street is not bad but would surely get more business if expanded. ✌

I really like this Target. I go there to find cute decorative accessories for my home and office, and they have nice women's fashion items. Also practical things like dinnerware, bedding, etc. (I just bought the cutest white porcelain china set complete with a dainty little teapot). The store has always been clean, organized and stocked on my visits. And staff is always polite and professional. I left off a star only because their grocery section is lacking in my opinion.

While I was checking out; the employee monitoring the Self-checkout made a point to tell three ladies that used the self-check before me to have a good evening/day etc. When I started to bag up my items; I was not looked at nor said anything to. Maybe this was because she did not see me; even though I was at the self-checkout directly across from her; maybe this was because I was a man;or maybe it was because I was white.

I sure hope your wanna be mall cop enjoyed their exercise and got a few extra steps in today, looked like he could use it, as I lead him around the store aimlessly looking at everything I didn't need. See when you wanna follow me through the store when I know there's something better you could be doing I'm gonna waist more of your time. Thanks for remind me why I don't shop at target.

Price and convenience. I ordered my television online at 745 pm and my order was ready at 840 pm. The television was 529 plus online offered an additional 10% off. The 70 inch television has a great picture and is easy to use. The sound quality can use a boost for a television this size but I am definitely satisfied. The staff quickly retrieved my product when I arrived for pick up.

I had the best experience with Alex at this Target. He is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and the customer service. I could tell that he is a star employee and demonstrates wonderful leadership skills to his fellow employees. If I was his boss I would give him a raise!!!

Your cashier and I literally sat there and watched two lady's Rob you and nothing was done about it. The person she was ringing up was handing her items out of her cart one at a time. As the cashier filled bags the lady would put them in her cart on top of other items that had not been rung up yet as to hide them.

Initially, I had difficulty finding the shelving that I was looking for because of unfamiliarity with the layout of the store. But, I was able to find staff and ask for directions to what I was looking for. The price was reasonable and the checkout rapid. It is a good place to pick up most miscellaneous items.

Rude staff Got to the store only half of my order was found walk through the store found the rest of my order my self asked the associate and the manager since I already paid for item could they now scan item and give it to me very rude told me no I would have to wait for my money back

I'll tell you what, this is the biggest target that my little eyes have ever seen. Had everything I was looking for and more. Never seen a snow shovel before today! Bought some underwear there today. Switching to briefs, gonna try them out need the support, getting older.

This store used to be great, with easy to find products and friendly associates. Now there's carts blocking the merchandise and there are no longer checkouts open. Other than self checkout . So this is another unfriendly corporate giant. I'll waste gas and drive further.

The customer service here was amazing. I was having issues with some bras that I had purchased there and they we able to help me! I will say, the staff here is 10x better than the actual customer service number overall. I got hung up on 3 times. So thank you guys!

Horrible. Ad shows 12 packs of soda at 4 for $8.88 They said "That's not the price in our market and we won't honor that." Not in your market? It's the same ad I receive every week in my email. Also said buy 2 Tidy Cat litter @ $12.99 each then get $5 gift card.

The staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I just wish this location was bigger and had more of a selection. Seems like the forgotten target of Indy. No /produce meat department is non existent, and the fridge/freezer options are skimpy.

Love target. Ordered online picked up in store. Order was available in 10 minutes, and the pick up area is immediately inside the door, so I didn't have to walk all the way through the store. Have been using this service for years and will continue.

Floor assistance is hard to find. I had questions about the Beauty product promo and had to go through the cashier to find out my items didn't qualify. When i went to another cashier, she opened her book and scanned a coupon and my items qualified.

I've spent a lot of money here over the years and had no major complaints, but during my last two visits a security guard obviously followed me around the store. Very annoying/insulting, and I will be staying away from Target for a while!

I went to this location because another location told me they had an item in stock. So I made the drive over only for 2 different employees to tell me it's in the back and that they won't go get it. Customer service is not up to par. I

Target has everything I need and it’s always so enjoyable to visit. I regularly stock up on my toiletries and household items here, because they have the best range of products and I can get everything in one place. I LOVE TARGET!!

Closest target to me and it is phenomenal. Clean and very well stocked, it's NEVER busy! But man is it eerily quiet I this place, they don't play music over their sound system so it's just crickets the whole time you shop. Weird

I had a wonder experience visiting this store . I came two weeks ago to do Christmas shopping and employee “ Marcel” was very helpful and respectful i had a better experience at this store than I did at a target in my hometown

The Target store at the Washington Square location is still a very nice store I went shopping there today and I was very pleased that everything I found the prices were great and the people were nice I would go back again

I love the convenience of pulling up and picking up. The wait is never long. Employees are very nice and polite. I don't have to wait the next day to pick up my order. In two hours or less, my order is ready.

I ordered on the app, and picked up my order which was super simple and really convenient. Then I returned a few of the items the next day using the app and it only took seconds! This was a great experience!

I like this location, there are actually people working at this one as opposed to others I've visited in the area. Everything was well stocked and its not as crowded as some other locations.

I thoroughly enjoy the convenience of the drive-up option and also the pick up in store option. That helps me when I'm pressed for time and can't go inside the store to walk around and shop.

The employee doing the exchange “Mikayla” was rude- had a “Walmart” type attitude and look- not expected coming from a place that charges above normal market value than most stores alike.

Was just shopping for clothes when a man started following me around the store, even followed me outside. When I told an employee they found it humourous and acted like it was nothing.

Employees were very courteous and friendly despite some other customers that were being rude at no fault of the employees. Employees were going above and beyond to listen and help.

The dollar section is always stocked, whereas other Target stores are usually all picked over and bare. This location also always has the clothing, and beauty items that I want.
