I have come to this target two different times to find phone mounts for my car and have come away empty handed. The first time, I checked the target app before I went in and they said they had one in stock. But when I got there, I couldn’t find it. I asked for help and was told that the app is wrong and I’m SOL. After refusing to believe them, I found the one on a “put back” cart and when I asked if I could buy that one, I was told I was not allowed to because it wasn’t restocked (even though it was sitting in the cart 5 feet away from where it should’ve been stocked. They refused to stock it and sell it to me. Today, I go back to buy a different one for a new car. Same story. I checked the app, this time it said there were multiple, so that’s why I chose to go back to this target over other local targets…more inventory. So I go and grab what I THINK is the correct one, only to find out it is a $60 car Mount instead of the $25 model I wanted. I didn’t figure this out until checkout, even though this was shelved and labeled as the $25 model. So I went back to look for the other one, couldn’t find it, and once again asked for help. The person helping basically told me the app is wrong and there’s nothing they can do for me, because they don’t have it in and I’d have to pay full price for the other one even though it was priced incorrectly. I have avoided this target intentionally for months because of how poorly I was treated the first time, and now I will never return. Such a poor experience, when you ask for help the workers treat you like a burden. They won’t have what you’re looking for even if you do your due diligence and look up inventory on the app before you come in. Don’t waste your time, don’t come to this target ever. 0/5. 0/100 actually.

There is never anyone that works at the store when I need help. It almost seems like there are not enough employees, or they are all on break? Don't get me wrong. There was one time that I was there, shopping. And, my APP for Cartwheel could not connect in the store. I looked at my selections just before I went into the store. When I got to an isle I noticed that my phone couldn't connect. I had to go to the end of an isle to ask someone for help. He was an employee. His response was..,"Yah, That is a problem that we are working on". Uh., Ok. So I have Multiple Sclerosis. I need all of the discounts that I can get. That is why I signed up with Cartwheel. He told me to go around to where the things are that I "think" that were on my Cartwheel, and tell the person checking you out.., what had happened.. Okay..first thing first. My memory is horrible. It is embarrassing to have to tell someone that I don't know that I was trying to rely on the App that their store is having issues with. I didn't let it get me down. I realized that everyone has issues. A Smile and kindness along with patience helped get me through my shopping finished and checked out.

Target is my favorite store! The last few time I have been to the white bridge rd. Location i was not very happy with the service I recieved. The lady that works at the concession area is not very nice the 1st time visited she act as if I was asking redundant question about the smoothie /slushie drink she rolled her eyes at me and walked away after I paid. The 2nd visit again i asked if she had breadsticks to go with the pizza she cut me off as I was asking how long would it be before they would be ready. I thought she may have been having a bad day, by the looks of her body language she had a nast attitude. 3rd time is a charm, went in today already knew what i wanted so i had no questions to ask, same lady was talking to another employee who looks like she was on lunch just like i was. I stood there about 3min waiting until they finished talking which they never stopped she didnt even acknowledge me standing waiting to order. I didnt want to be late back from work so I left and went to Starbucks which i still had to wait because they only had 1 worker. I will not be visiting the concession area in that target again.

We are in town for the weekend racing Our boys BOTH ruined their shoes ,so we decided to go to this Target. I will say this . It looked like a Zombie Appoclypse movie. This store was SOOOOO MESSSY. I seriously was about to have an anxiety attack. There there shoes EVERYWHERE! Hardly any of the boxes had lids. Everything was mixed up. The clothing isles weren't any better . I could barely get my cart through without running over sometuing. I spent the better half of my time here picking things up and putting them where they go and re folding things. I guess you can tell I've worked in retail before. I was absolutely appalled at how messy this location was. There weren't hardly any workers around to ask for assistance and our cashier didn't even make eye contact when talking to us and giving his red card schpeal. Needless to say, I'm glad we we re nt from Nashville bc I would NEVER go back here. Maybe try a different location in the city

I like this Target. This is MY Target — the one I go to whenever a Target run is needed. I know it like the back of my hand. It's typically very well stocked (except in the early days of a pandemic when sanitizer and toilet paper are needed, but you know ...), and they have a nice selection of wares. My chief complaint is that there is ALWAYS a line — for both check-out AND self-check. And rather than have someone open a complete lane, they have someone slip behind the little booth by self-check with their scanner to do small, quick checkouts — which is fine, but that's typically what self-checks are anyway. Go ahead and open up that lane for bigger orders and let's get those lines that sprawl down the main thoroughfare down a notch. Otherwise, great job. I particularly love the gal who used to have the dreads, but has since cut them — she's funny, friendly and a character.

It’s unfortunate that this store has gradually gotten so bad that someone who lives within walking distance chooses to drive to the Nashville West location. Every time I walk in your doors I regret it and today was my last time of making that mistake. While trying on a dress over my yoga pants and a tank top in front of a mirror that an employee directed me to (since dressing rooms are not open yet) another employee came up and yelled at me stating it was not allowed. Every mirror in the store had someone in front of it and multiple employees helping women try on close. I understand if you have a policy but if that’s the case it needs to be stated clearly on mirrors. Or just open the changing rooms. There is a lovely woman typically in customer service that has been there for years that I will miss otherwise I’m happy to stop wasting my time with your store.

While I dig the store, trying to pick up an item I'd ordered online took so long I'm not going to bother with online ordering again. I ordered it online because I needed it there when I arrived and not having to search, not after someone spends 8 minutes returning some lightbulbs. This followed the item being placed in a drawer rather than the bins because, well, that's how whoever was running the items handled it. That searching took another minute or two. After seven minutes in the line I contemplated going back and seeing if the one remaining item (there were two listed in stock,) was on the shelf and cancelling my order, but how much longer could it take. Eh, just another place where instore pickup is slower than locating it yourself. Not hating, they just need to have some way to pick up and go

Trina at the checkout was absolutely amazing! Words cannot describe how polite and professional this woman was at her job. She was kind a courteous, and it almost felt like I had known her my entire life. She was moving quickly, but still was able to hold a wonderful conversation with me. I honestly believe that everyone in the world should be like her. She is TRULY a prime example of outstanding customer service, and she deserves recognition. I was a customer service supervisor for 4 years in a retail environment, and then a patient service specialist for the Vanderbilt University Medical Center as well. Believe me, when I tell you... I know great qualities and work ethic when I see it. Absolutely wonderful!

CVS Pharmacy inside Target is never crowded and the pharmacists are personable and helpful. Target has value priced housewares such as plates and bowls as well as kitchen utensils from inexpensive to good quality at a fair price. Walking around the store and seeing what is available rather than just going for a usual item you buy there is worthwhile. I found that many items I traditionally purchase in two or three different stores were available at Target. Saved time and money and now know that several other needs are available in that one location. Four stars for quality and price structure, five stars for CVS Pharmacy in Target for ease of access and fast service from nice staff.

Awful service. I was being helped get a video game from the section that is locked up. The manager came over the radio calling the person helping me to help someone else. The person helping me was the only person in the electronics section. That person tried to explain several times she was with someone but was continuously ordered to leave me. She was extremely apologetic but understandably left. I waited 10 minutes and went to customer service desk. I asked how long until someone could help me and was not given an answer. I asked why the other customer was more important than me and was given no explanation. I was never helped and eventually left.

Zero Stars! Do NOT waste your time and gas to drive to this Target location. I highly recommend that you go to a different Target. This White Bridge Rd. Target is ALWAYS out of items. It never fails. Every time I have gone, they are OUT of what I am looking for. Whoever does the ordering needs to be REPLACED immediately. I went today looking for contact solution—they were out of just about all brands except the store brand. This was seen for other items too. Multiple employees confirmed that this (empty shelves) is the norm. I don’t plan to EVER go back! The Charlotte Pike/Nashville West locations is fantastic! They keep their inventory stocked!

Customer Service was superb! I was looking for a travel size kit that Target carries and the bin was empty. As soon as I pushed a button for help everyone responded who was nearby which was about 8 people on staff. The young man who helped me let me know that they did not have any in stock but he called the Target down the road to make sure that they had it. The store was clean and the staff helped us with navigation to get to other stores that were not Target but might have what I was looking for to prepare for a mission's trip. Everyone was extremely friendly and super helpful. They went above and beyond in their service! Thanks Target!

The return policy is ridiculous. I paid with my debit card and I wanted it back in cash. They claimed the return policy had been changed recently and I would have to have it returned back on the card. The card is damaged and I am waiting on another one ...debit card is basically cash..to add insult to injury it takes them 2 days to return your money to the card. Also they don't allow exchanges .. Everything has to be given back in gift card even if you have your receipt..I was trying to exchange an exact item with another. Target loves to make things difficult.Bad business.

Love this store's selection. I just wish Target could do what Kroger does regarding carts (the wheels lock when you get to the end of the lot) as I work nearby and get tired of having to push their carts back across the street from the bus stop as it's a safety issue for our customer's, their vehicles, as well as other drivers if it were to go into the street. Granted I know it isn't their fault if a patron is too lazy to carry what they'll have to carry anyway onto the bus, and then to their destination. Just want to put the locking cart idea out there.

Went through self checkout with an item that was marked on the shelf as 5 items for $20. The machine did not ring up with the deal so I called over the lady working the area and she told me “oh yeah that happens all the time, they must have forgotten to take the sign down” she was very dismissive and frankly rude. Absolutely ridiculous that she would not honor the deal that was currently labeled on the shelf because the employees of this store are too lazy to “take the sign down”. The isles are a complete mess as well. Stay away from this Target!!!!

An item was priced way off and we didn’t find out until we looked at our receipt and the price was a lot higher than what it showed on the shelf. We asked someone about it and the guy didn’t even care and just told us to go wait in the exchanges and return line which was really long. Then, when we got home we figured out something else we had bought had pieces of it missing so we drove back up here and are once again waiting in this long line and an employee just ran into me and barely bothered to apologize ☺️ The customer service is horrible

The employees are were kind and helpful but I absolutely HATE how the kids clothing is organized. I get y’all are being gender neutral but this made it very hard to find anything bc all the “girls” clothes are mixed with “boys” clothes. I just wanted to get some pajamas and Jean shorts for my daughters and it took 30 minutes just to navigate the area. I still never found the GIRLS pajamas. I understand some girls dress like boys and vice versa but just leave the sections separate without labeling them or something.

I decided to take some items off because they were priced much more than I had realized (special diet protein bars) and the checkout girl was very patient and kind about it. This particular Target store has the same priced items as other comparable stores, but a pleasant atmosphere. The women's clothing is cute for everyday wear. and more. They have a great selection of home goods with an upper class feel. I always feel good after shopping at Target store.

I was surprised to walk in here today! It's usually clean and well organized. Today, the floors were pretty dirty and the "bistro"area was almost filthy. The kids at the Starbucks were poorly trained and not knowledgeable about the offerings on hand. The Pesto, Turkey, Mozzarella panini were not tasty; hard bread, the turkey was tough and over microwaved. On a positive note, the products I came to the store for were available and the staff was friendly.

Disappointed! I placed an order online and clearly it said order would be ready in 2 hrs, I get the notification saying my order is ready. I get up there it's not ready and now it's over 3 hrs. Automatically the lady cancelled my order without going back to get what I ordered instead she wanted me to buy the items without receiving my refund first. This was a bad experience they don't go by their policy(PICK UP ORDERS READY IN 2 HRS)

Just terrible, I went there yesterday and gave an employee a product number turns out they had it "instock" but the guy in the Electronics gave me many stories of why he didn't want to go back and look I even asked another employee for help and they went back to him to ask in which he responded they didn't have it instock yet the website said it did and other Stock Websites said it was, just a bad experience all around

I had a great experience ordering online and picking up at the store, very easy to do! When ordering online, you will know if they have it or not, which made it easier for me to decide. The pick up process was very easy as there are signs directing you where to go at the store and they also send an email informing you on the process of pick up. This is great for people who doesn’t have time to shop and look around.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Me and my son went there one day, we had come upon a toy which had $20.00 sticker on the rack where the toys had been placed. We got to the counter it rung up $59.99 now I tried to reason with the manager about the situation and he refused my service even walked away from me while we were still talking to resolve the situation. I highly don't recommend this store location at all

I have good reason for making Target my favorite store. The parking lot and store is clean and bright. Shopping carts and hand baskets are always in great condition, pricing on shelves and products are accurate, there’s a wide variety of high-quality products, and employees are well-groomed and friendly. The Target near White Bridge Rd in Nashville is expanding the grocery store. It will be very nice to shop once everything is put into place. Some areas are congested due to moving other departments around. I definitely liked that they had several cashiers available unlike Walmart!! Plus their self checkouts have hand scanners unlike other stores!

This store is just completing a remodel and it is terribly organized.Cosmetic aisles are the width of a shopping cart and feels claustrophobic. Womens clothing is also cramped and unorganized. I have enjoyed shopping at target for years but I will never go back in this one again.I can’t express how choppy and cramped the layout of this store is.

It’s crazy being an ex Target employee you know how the security team works and the young lady who was the security guard on duty tonight was horrible. If you are going to follow people around try not to make obvious that you are following people around. Stealing out of Target is not worth catching a theft charge and ruining your life

This Target is really nice. I walked most of the store. The bathroom may need a little TLC a little more often but was decent. I was under to find 1 of the 3 things I was looking for which was coffee stirrers. I think this store is stocked well and looks clean. The movies were out of order so check the name before purchasing.

I have given up on this location and will now only go to the Nashville West store. Items are constantly out of stock. When the website says it is available in store, the employees tell you it's not. They also have a problem with the checkout lines being long and slow. That's the reason I avoid Walmart.

I had some problems with the self checkout not calculating a discount properly and a Target employee named Chris helped me out. I don't often write reviews but he was so friendly and helpful that I had to share. If that's the standard of customer service at this Target I'd recommend shopping here.

Why does this location always look like it's mid apocalypse?! It is a total disaster. The racks have no organization, boxes out on the floor, dressing rooms a mess. The staff is at least friendly, the only reason it got 2 stars. Definitely worth the extra few minutes drive to Nashville West.

I gave 4 stars because of the bathrooms are gross! Every time I have to use it I dread going in there because it is dirty. Again aside from the bathrooms I would prefer this location over the Nashville West Target. This location always has the baby products that I need.

Out of the four or more times I've been to this location, the mens' jeans section has never been organized. The hangers don't reflect the correct sizes and they're hung in the wrong racks. It's too inconsistent to be useful in finding what you're looking for.

This is an incredibly disorganized store. Every time I shop here, the items I look for are out of stock despite the website showing them to be in store. The employees are not helpful or knowledgeable about anything. Target has become Big Lots.

I infrequently visit this particular Target and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. I found a number of items that were not available at other Targets I frequent. I was able to quickly navigate through check out and parking was EASY!

I lived in Nahville for years and was traveling. This is the 1st time I had been in this store in a couple of years. I couldn't believe the change. It looked like an old Kmart that had been trashed and the staff acted like we were a bother.
